Beautiful place, everybody was really nice and very helpful to make sure my event was one of a kind. Can’t even express with words how thankful we are, food was perfect, service was the best. The owner was always there when I had any questions. Will definitely recommend it to anyone. 😍😍😍

Beautiful space decorations were beautiful simple but not exaggerated just perfect . Bar lady amazing friendly and u feel comfortable right away. Servers great people security ok .dj was great played good mix of songs . Kathy always flexible to answer calls questions. I would recommend it . Had daughter baby shower and it turn out perfect .

Had to share with you all. We celebrated my niece’s quinceañeras party and everything came out as we planned. Everyone made an excellent job! Bartender, Dj, server and security did amazing. We all were very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Worst experience, after waiting almost a year do to Covid I expect a great experience. The waiters were not even working, they made my people pick up there plate and line up for food. Took forever, they would get mad when people would ask for food, giving them bad looks. When I confronted the waiter she said she was tired and had worked the night before, im sorry but thats not my problem I paid alot of money for this and I expect great service. The cake was not decorated like I asked. The flavor was not what I asked it was nasty and dry there was only a two liter bottle of soda in the table. Theres more but doesnt fit.

We attended a baby shower here. I was do impressed with the decorations, dj, and venue as a whole. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

The hall is nice and big, but the ladies bathrooms are so small and ugly could barely fit in the stalls, the doors touch your knees 😒... Bathrooms needs to be bigger and nicer, wanted to have my granddaughter birthday there, but the bathroom made me go to a different banquet hall, flamingo banquet hall.

The place is spacious for about 150 people. The wedding planner/ owner claims she can fit upto 400 capacity and will charge you for it. The restrooms had very poor sanitaztion and to top it off theyre small, no space to change if you are hosting a quinceañera or wedding etc. The only thing that fits in the stall is literally the toilet. Even though its nicely decorated with the lights on the floor; the main dancing space fits about 6 couples max for a performance.*BE DETAILED ON YOUR CONTRACT-Servers were offered. But keep in mind they are only servers, guest have to get up with their plate to be served their food.-Make sure you confirm who will be bartending. For our event the bartender provided wasnt knowledgeable how to prepare simple cocktails. She was just one of the servers.-AC is unadjustable, so prepare an alternate for ventilation.- Security was unprepared and unaware of what the guidelines were.-Food, we payed for 300 plates, 200 ate.-A Photobooth was supposed to be available. What that entailed was a guy taking pictures with his IPAD in front of her logo with 1 pair of glasses aa props.Very disappointed with the service and undetailed communication with event organizer. The owner isnt very comprehensive or sensitive to any situation. So analyze each detail before signing a contract with this banquet hall and its owner.

This place is so gorgeous ! The decorations are so beautiful and they provide the ones you want! I had my quince here and i couldnt have asked for a better day ! Kathy and her crew were the sweetest people and helped me everything! I 100% recommended this place with any type of event !🥰

If youre looking for a place to have a wedding, quincena, baptism or whatever the event you are trying to find a location. If YOU want to have to clean up the place. Were they serve you cold food, have horrible service and a bartender who wont give your guests a drink because you dont leave a tip every time you go up there. EVEN THOUGH YOU YOURSELF BOUGHT THE ALCOHOL FOR THE EVENT.A place with small bathrooms that can only accommodate one Male in the mens restroom, and two ridiculously SMALL stalls in the womens restroom. If YOU or your family dont want to enjoy your time because they dont want to do something as SIMPLE as cut a cake and hand out some slices; and you and your familyhave to do it. Then look no further for the Best worst service and experience for your event. Only wish I could give it 0 starts.

If I can give a zero stars I would... Place looks nothing like the picture... We held my nieces sweet fifteen there and it was horrible... Food was nasty and could.. The announcer did do anything.. And the staff was rude and argumentative and was trying to charge more money during the part

Worst place ever. Owner had bad attitude. Try’s to get cash for everything to pocket money. Contract said we were going to have servers to serve us all my guest had to get up and serve them self buffet style ! Bathroom is all broken and nasty ! Food was disgusting ! Worst banquet hall ever for what I paid !! I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!

They are overbooking during this pandemic and then using our deposits to play catch up with their bills then they are cancelling on events with non refund. FRAUD

Tacky and cheap looking place. Tiny bathrooms that you can’t turn around in or sit without your knees on the door. They never restocked the toilet paper or cleaned bathrooms throughout the evening. 2 tiny stalls for women, 1 spacious stall for men. If you are wearing a wedding or quince dress, you have to take it off to fit. They gave the wrong time frame for the open bar so they could pocket more money. Wrong cake. DJ sucked, didn’t change up the music. Very disappointing. Definitely would not recommend.

A great hall to host my party at i liked how the banquet hall is not in a hotel music was good they even had a security although no problems the server well she is awesome help cut me and my wife cake the family had wonderful night they made sure to keep me and my wife stifled got what I paid for thanks kathy and that wonderful girl .

This place honestly doesn’t even deserve one star to start with, so unprofessional we had a sweet 16th In this place I retreat the day I decided to sight the contract I ask the owner to paint the hall because it was nasty she agreed by time when by she wasn’t doing it so i decided to painted the hall my self with the condition that she will let the kids practice more than once in the hall wich she agreed but when I went to paint I notice the kitchen and restroom where the nastiest in the place they had a party on the weekend and Monday was still nasty like the picture shows the worst thing is that they where cockroaches in the kitchen and restroom I try telling her a this things but she got offended by me pointing out what I need it for her to get done wich it was to CLEAN plus the table covers where nasty she charge me $400 extra for a candy bar that I end up putting most of the things in it she said that she will provide the cake but I didn’t really wanted her cake so we agreed she was going to bring me cup cakes wich she did 50 cupcakes for a party that I rented for 150 ppl she also told me to take my own ice because I took my own beer plus the dj microphone did work by the way and the day before she hung up the phone on me and she charge my hisband 100 extra for the dj tp stay more time amen the dj didn’t do the hours she said he was going to do, the day of the party her husband charge my husband $250 more because she said it was over the ppl we agreed on plus they wound not give the guest but one soda per guest, the food was disgusting and if someone is thinking of doing a party here make sure you take your own declaration because she didn’t put anything up I took all of the halls decoration center piaces main table, candy bar ítems and cleaning supply’s .

The Baths are a nightmare !!!!I felt sorry for an old-fashioned lady who wanted to use the bathroom but was so young that she couldnt get in with her walker!And I also didnt have handles for the lady to hold up. They really need to fix that !!!!!The Quinceañera wanted to use the bathroom and could not handle it because she could not enter with her dress😞
