This place had everything you would need all in one package.I recently got married there and I was thrilled with everything. The photographer Raul took amazing photos. He was so worth the money. The owner Maria did an amazing job I loved all of it. I would definitely recommend this place if youre looking for something reasonable.

Had a birthday party here. Beautiful inside but horrible staff and owner. Never again, wont recommend. Owner was rude everytime and very pushy. Was told they trashed all our left over food when it was supposed to be given to us. Supplied our own alcoholic drinks and mixers and they used our mixers such as soda and juice instead of using theres for non alcoholic beverages which should have been covered through them. Arrived early to set some stuff up and was told we couldnt go in and if they let us in it was basically a privilege. The DJ didnt even pay attention, was sitting on his phone the whole time. The same song played 3 times and a family member had to tell the dj since he didnt care.

Attended a small wedding ceremony and reception. Decorated very nice for the event. Bar was cash only but had pictures of credit cards that they would accept. Wedding was at 1800, we arrived at 1745 and wouldnt be let in due to the absence of security. So didnt let us in until about 1810. They did check our temp when we entered. Restrooms need an update and the people outside driving around begging for money, well security should have dealt with that 1st.

Horrible horrible place their students for their dance school are the most worst kids their prices are too high and they take advantage of people they are so rude and rude staff and students please do not come near this place or people they will take your money and they have no good service save your money and time

The place is very nice, but the service is bad, bad I went to a wedding and they did not have enough food for the amount of people they must give what the customer pays. I really wouldnt go do an event there again ...

Never again. I will never recommend this place. Such a horrible experience. If I can give this place -5 I would do it.My wedding day was October 2, 2020 on this place. I wanted to push through my wedding so my mom can see me married before she pass away due to cancer. Unfortunately, she died on October 1, 2020. One of the first places I contacted was this banquet. I understand that I wont get a full refund. However, I communicated with the owner to atleast give me a some sort of credit for the venue so I may use it when I reschedule my wedding day.Nope the owner said it really hard for me to give you credit. So now that I have buried my mom and still grieving, I am upset that this person would not even give me any credit.I just want everyone to know how horrible it is to deal with this owner. Yes, it was a deal I found to have my wedding for $3000 for 100 people. In which, I end up just having 70 guest.I fully paid the venue and did not use any of the packages.Is their any place where I can report this place?I support small business owners because I believe on the idea of support it. I am not one to complain or report any bad service but this is just horrible.

They breached the terms of contract for the party one of the worst places to go to they litterrally will charge you for people going in and out

The only reason they are getting a star is because I have to put one to leave this review. My brother rented out the room at this hall to host my nephew 18th Birthday/graduation party for May the 23rd and he made the reservation way before the pandemic happened, not to mentioned she was paid in full at the time of rental. Here we are now at the end of June and since we were on a stay at home order with no more than a groups of 10 people we was not able to have the party and the owner is refusing to issue my brother a refund. While other venues and banquet halls are calling their customers and issuing refunds she is holding on to my brothers money. Do not rent at this banquet hall this owner is obviously not a honest person. I will also be going to the news stations because i do not understand how she feels she can do this when her doors were closed at the time of the event, especially one we no longer need to have not to mention still cant have as our guest count was 150 people.

We went for a 25th wedding anniversary and the manager or owner short guy with a severe attitude problem greeted us at the door mind you we are guess and we were pretty much yelled at and told we couldn’t go in. the manager was extremely rude and very ignorant. He could’ve just told us politely to turn back because the Banquet hall was at limit but he was extremely rude about it . we left they turned us away .they even offer to pay more for us and he will still not listen. if you’re going to pay for this place at least they can do is be not so rude to your guests.

The new salon is so beautiful. I had my daughter 15s last weekend and all went very nice and organized. Thanks to Maria, Tania & Carlos for all the services they offered to us and the flexibility of this people to help make my daugthers party the best memory in her life. Thanks a lot for all your attentions. Excellent food, delicious cake, everything was great guys. 100% recommended👍🏻👍🏻

They have you covered location, food, staffing, atmosphere, hands on instruction, traditional and not so traditional = tuxedo, gowns, etc. They can assistant from layout, music dance too dancers perfect all in one place

My Son was in a Quinceñera at this hall and rented his tuxedo from here and the pants had something nasty on front, the bowtie broke and was dirty, 3 out of 4 tuxedos had to go back for exchange. So look over your outfits before picking up. The people who handle the dance practice for party night were constantly late or rescheduling practices. The people who worked the party did very well.

To book in this place take into account that the staff counts the people who are entering ... But if a guest leaves and re-enters they will tell it again, which for me does not make sense ... I went to two parties as a guest and in both I realized that they had many guests outside without letting them pass ... Although the chairs for which they paid inside were empty ... They do that to charge more money ... This people dont care about your event, they just care about how they get more money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Avoid embarrassment with your guests.

If I could I would give it 0 stars but I cant This is one of the worst salons I have seen and that I have been We traveled from boulder Colorado to my nieces wedding so they will be treated the worst in this room they did not let anyone enter they overcharged For a room of 50 people when we paid for one for 100 and the bathroom was out of order and the food and the cake were very ugly there are better rooms there are To rent for a party this room I do not recommend.
