Great Service. This was my Niece’s wedding venue and the staff was great. Very accommodating and the place is nicely decorated

Terrible service. Please do your research before reserving. Further, make sure everything that is included and stated verbally is actually written in your contract and included in the price. They try to find loop holes to charge extra the day of the event. On the day of the event they were charging for xtra items that were suppose to be included, such as a table. We were serving ourselves as well and there was a LIVE worm, a centipede to be exact. A dead moth was also on our table. Look elsewhere to get your money’s worth. This place is truly trying to charge you for everything and anything such as a simply extra empty plastic plate. The staff is not friendly whatsoever. Money hungry establishment. Save you a headache on your special event...

Do not come to this banquet!!!!!! My cousins quince started at 6 and when we got there, the doors were locked so I called the number that was on the building which was the owners phone number. She was so RUDE saying “well why do I have to open it?” As if she forgot there was a quince going on. She had an attitude when she came to unlock the door and when my cousin and I walked in, the door closed behind us and she said “don’t slam my door please.” THE DOOR CLOSED BEHIND US. She had an attitude all night and it ruined my night LOL the bathrooms were also really really dirty. Wish I could give them 0 stars

Terrible costume service, we had an appointment and we had to wait outside after our appointment time. Once inside everything looked very good but the person that helped us was not very helpful she wouldnt answer our questions with clarity and her behavior towards us was not the greatest. The prices for the drinks are ridiculously high and her packages are not very diverse for a quinceanera.

The whole staff has some horrible attitudes and bad communication skills, for my cousins quince it started at 6 and nothing or no one was there not even the owner we called and all she did was give us nothing but attitude the whole time, dj messed up and lack of communication with him as well as he played the Val’s song for the padrion dances and wanted to point fingers and say it wasn’t his fault ( when the songs had names of which was what ), we also never got a chance to practice at the salon either because the lady would never get back to our messages so we had to practice 30 minutes before guest arrived on the day of the party

If it wasnt for the owners attitude and belittling us by looking at us, we wouldve made a contract here.

The venue was nice inside, they give really small portions of food so dont come hungry, dessert bar was good enough for half the people that came. The security is not that great. Seeing as they had two of them, not one noticed people breaking into a row of 8 cars right in front of venue. No outside cameras. That being said its a sketchy part of town. Is it worth saving a couple bucks for your security? Ill leave that up to you.

This place is so much nicer than it was last time I was here, about two years ago. However, the restrooms are still a disaster. If they spent a little bit of attention, and money, in the bathrooms this would be one of the best venues in this side of town for all kinds of events.

Definitely not a place to get if you want to have a great party. Its all about the ambiance and the way the dj carries the party and this place was just not that. I would never rent this hall.

Great Service! owner was nice and very understanding, service was fast. i had my daughters quinceañera here. The pasta was great and decent portions, i brought my own pizza for the kids so there was enough food for everyone. It was a bit hot but nothing we couldn’t manage. 10/10

BEWARE!! I’m disgusted with these people. We agreed on a date so the kids can come in an practice their choreography for their dance and they go back on their word. They lied and said they had another event going in that day so we couldn’t come in. My mom had to begged them for a day before then so they could practice. Then the day they let us come in to practice and set up they give us two hours to get everything done 6-8 pm which is okay but as soon a 8pm hit they turned off all the lights with everyone still in the place and they start rushing us out the door. Like you can’t be kind enough to let us walk out the damn door before you shut everything off? Like how are we suppose to clean up and pack our stuff up in the dark? And not to mention when we first got there the A/c was on and with in a few minutes of us being there they shut it off. So they got nice cool air while they set up their stuff but we walk in and we can die of heat stroke for all they care. This lady was so damn rude and stared at us and made faces the whole damn time we were there. We made the mistake of not looking up reviews so beware. These other people aren’t lying when they say that the owners get paid and all the customer service and accommodations go out the door. Please, save yourself some stress and stay away from this place.

Honestly the best experience!! I had my 15th here the Dj such a nice man and put the best songs. The owner so nice to us and arranged the whole thing to our likings. The photographer also very nice women and knows how to take pictures. The food was also good there are different varieties of food to choose from as well . The decoration was also perfect to my likings I’m so happy I chose this place I’d definitely make another party here I really recommend to make parties here . :)

Ive had a few friends have parties here & its very pretty & owner was helpful. The food that is made by the catering for here is also really good too. Also cant beat the price.

I just have to say that I am very thrilled that my quinceañera was a success especially with this banquet hall.The food was delicious,the service was amazing and I loved how the owner of the place checked up and really made sure I was having a good time and making sure everything was in place. I highly recommend making ur party at this banquet if ever needed,greatest experience ever.

I wrote a whole review of how my sisters 15 was ruined and they erased everyones review on their Facebook page because I was not the only one who complained. Do not trust this place! 7 to 8 vehicles were robbed and vandalized while security did nothing!! The owner did nothing and took over an hour to apologize to my parents. Worst service ever!!

Everything was very nice workers attentive but the dance floor was very uneven, almost kept falling while dancing

Horrible, experience!!! The lady (owner) is extremely rude with the people who rent the hall and the guests. She refused to lower the A/C and it was super hot in there, Everyone was fanning with plates & she didnt care. The food that was left over that my mother paid for was thrown to the trash after 8pm. Instead of setting it to the side for late guest or for us to take home. She also doesnt not go thrown with her word she agreed with certain things and the day off its completely different. Please go somewhere else & enjoy youre events.

I see a lot of reviews about the owner and the hall being not clean or stuff not working but I’ve been going to a lot of my friends parties since I was 15 and I’m 21 now lol!! The owners wonderful with every party my friends and I have experienced there and the hall is constantly changing since I’ve been going and they remodel to keep up with trends. I’ll be having my wedding here in summer and I can’t wait, I say go expireince for yourself, she negotiated with us on the price and really took the time to answer and explain everything which my fiancé and I appreciate. Just know deposit is non refundable but really that’s with anywhere now in days but it’s in the contract you sign and she also explains it to you. All in all I say give it a shot she’s a nice lady and the hall is beautiful you really do get for what U pay for !!!

Nice inside, but hard to find for the reason of two halls in the same address

Its a nice place to have ur party but they have to work with their prices because after u pay u still have to provide the alcohol and the time for ur event and the lady has to work on her attitude if she wants to charge that much for little hours that they offer

My brother and sister in law recently had their wedding reception at this venue. While the owner of the venue was nice to our faces (the wedding coordinator/sister of the grim) she was very rude to our guests as our evening progressed. She got into a few arguments with some of our family members and had a “stink face” all night. The venue was very nicely decorated and you would be surprised how nice the venue is on the inside. My biggest complaint was the DJ. he was supposed to be the master of ceremony but he wouldn’t do anything. I had to constantly go up To him countless times to ask him “what are you doing, please call the next part of the reception” I eve had a written schedule that he could go based off and still nothing was done until he was asked to... also another complaint on the owner,as soon as the venue was paid off (about 4 months before the wedding date) when we wouldask about the food, DJ, small little details here and there, she would give out very short answers almost to the point where you felt stupid evening asking ... I’m not saying to stay away, just telling the issues that we had so that you don’t experience them for yourself

They rent the place the way it is. Is perfect if you not going to change anything, Place is durty, they dont let you do anything, 2 ladies restrooms but 1 with no light,

Used the for my sister quinceñera it was decorated great. Decent food. And Good service.

Honestly ruined my special day she kicking out lil kids and grabbing them by the arm owner yelling at kids and decorations weren’t the same as the theme food was nasty, bad service and owner was rude to guests

Its a nice space for events but during the summer in vegas they dont turn on the A/C in this place and if you are dancing or just sitting its hot, I suggest you bring a fan that you can carry around with you.

El lugar muy bonito solo la manager es muy grosera le dijimos a cerca del baño que estaba sucio y olía mal ella nos respondió muy grosera y la bartender atiende de mal modo no tiene carácter la verdad muy mal servicio en ese sentido 🙄🙄🙄

La encargada o dueña (MARIA) muy prepotente, el baño olía muy mal y el olor llegaba hasta las mesas, cuando le hicimos el comentario a la señora respondió muy grosera, no muy recomendable.

We order food for 100 people and we also hire a taquero for 50 peopleIn the room we had 50 and 60 people, most of whom were children and all the children ate tacos and the adults also went for the tacos, which in the end lets say that birria dishes were served at the most 30In the end, we asked for what was supposedly left over from the food banquet and it turned out that NOTHING WAS LEFT BEING ALMOST NO ONE EATEN BIRRIA AND I WATCHED THAT THEY TAKEN A TRAY OF FOOD AND TAKEN IT TO THE OTHER ROOMSAFETY OUTSIDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE SAYING THINGS TO THE LADIESTHE TRUTH I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Horrible bad service the owner very rude harassed the children we complained and was a very despotic said that the children were very low class the workers seemed that they were doing everything for free, if you want to spend a nice party do not rent that very nice place but the service is terrible the glasses of the drinks broke very easily very ordinary, she said that everyone was haggling over the price and she even gives more very very rude

The lady was very friendly at first and came in 25 minutes to show us around the boutique. But maybe it was the way we were dressed or because we asked her about alcohol and certain foods, she despised us. and suddenly the room was not available. She was forcing us to buy the smallest one, didnt show us what type of food she had, whats included, or gave us a good written estimate. she just wasnt interested and told us her boutique is too fancy for us

A beautiful place but the people who work there have very bad service and act like they are doing you a favor even to give you water. Even the DJ decided to stop playing music 10 minutes earlier than agreed.

Terrible experience, they accept some deals to sign a contract and then they decide not to without prior notice. Super hot, they didnt start serving dinner as agreed.But if they closed exactly on time, too many guests complained. They felt uncomfortable. If you cant find another place make sure to put everything under contract, until you specify that they cool wine or beer because they are going to come to the room to find horrible surprises.

It is very beautiful the place very good atmosphere I recommend it as all Sierran wing event room. Time I designed the contract that the clients hold but thats the way it is in all the salons And the truth is that Bolveria loved being another event in the same place
