I had my wedding reception here. It was easy to book but hard to get a hold of the owner or someone to pay for the reception. It took 2 weeks for the owner to be there to meet us to collect the funds. We went over the colors 3 times and for some reason during the reception there was different color lighting. You would think it would be common sense to be the same color as the table cloth what we agreed on. The food tasting wasnt professional at all. We picked the chicken and steak fajitas seemed like we got steak fat fajitas (owners recommendation). Huge hole in the mens bathroom by the light switch, no toilets seats. The VIP area was duty and the white furniture seemed to have rips. The DJ seamed at first to know what he was doing. . We had asked him to pick a nice song for the Mother and Son dance and he picks an instrumental of the 50 Shades of Gray song... Of course embarrassing. We asked to change the Skirt of the lifted seating area for it was very very dirty, it wasnt replaced it was just taken off making it look tacky. You have to be the coordinator of your own events they do not do anything but provide the space. We made the best of it. The waiters were very nice and I feel bad they have to work in a dirty place. Very unprofessional and dirty. Not good for weddings or quinces.

The banquet hall is beautiful, but the food and service sucks.

Beautiful room, the only reason for a star is the DJ. It made the waltz and surprise dance look awful. We paid $ 50 to have the takes of the dance songs taken and everything went wrong, the music was too fast, the surprise dance song was not in its entirety the one that had been chosen. Anyway, he did what he wanted and I spoil such a beautiful moment for the quinceañera and her court of honor. The room offers you a master of ceremonies but it is not true that the one who directs is the dj and he is very distracted, he does not follow instructions. Be very careful when you book, I recommend hiring a real master of ceremonies who is with the DJ at all times directing because the truth was very unpleasant, the DJ did it. All bad songs and bad weather.
