We had our daughters quinceanera at Palacio Del Sol this November. It was absolutely beautiful and the staff, food, drinks were excellent. Edwin Reyes was wonderful to work with. He made sure our daughters quince was a incredibly happy experience. Stephanie loved the decorations and the cake was so beautiful. The candy bar was amazing! We would highly recommend Palacio Del Sol to anyone who wants their daughters quince to be a once in a lifetime incredible experience. Thank you Edwin for all the extra time and effort needed during this challenging year.

I had my wedding here on 06-02-2018 and they did an amazing job!! Yaneth went above and beyond with our ceremony set up and the table decorations were exactly what we wanted! It wasnt the easiest for all of us since we live in WA state, so a lot of our planning was done over the phone. You have a couple of options when choosing the food, but it was all great! We decided on Mexican style food, Birria and their Poblano Chicken Pasta and we are STILL getting compliments on how great the food was! Winning! The cake, we chose chocolate and vanilla, was a hit as well! The DJ did drop the ball twice BUT I will partly take fault since I did not give him anything until the day of the wedding. After that, the DJ did a great job of keeping everyone on the Dance floor! The Mariachi they hired were great too! The only complaint we have is that it was too hot in the venue. They had 2 big fans in the front, but they need another 2 in the back of the venue and that would make a BIG difference. Once everyone started drinking, it was no longer an issue though lol! So I recommend that you confirm they will either have the AC on blast or at least 4 big fans in the room. Overall I am so very happy that we decided to have our wedding at this venue and will use them again for any other big family event! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the amazing coordinator, Yaneth, and the amazing staff for helping with making our wedding so amazing!

Nice venue. Wish the womens restroom would be fixed. It needs upgrades and working toilets. Oh and newer toilet seats.

DECEIVING SELLS!! NOT WHAT THEY SELL YOU ON!! After 15 places we looked at in L.V we settled on this one as my daughter was having a destination wedding everything they sold us was far from what we got, the bartender was not the professional bartender promised the dj was very dull all my guest complained because the waiters took their food b4 they were finished did not give out have of my stuff they promise they would I didnt receive any of my left over products I brought for the wedding I was just disappointed because I missed my daughters wedding because I was running around coordinating since they didnt do half what they said the coordinator was the bartender and the mariachi they recommended didnt show up for the dinner part this was a big deal because alot of the guest had never seen a mariachi show it was very diversified crowd. DISAPIONTED AND WASTE OF MONEY I ended up spending more money then they made it out to be as they said. 3 tables were not set up as paid for along with what they said.

Had my event recently on July 10,2016 all staff was very nice, I booked with Yaneth very pleasant to work with. Went beyond to satisfy our needs. Hall was beautiful.Only had two issues:1) we were not allowed to enter the building until 15 minutes to the event, it was not too hot outside but they should let you in the building 1 hour to make sure everything is how you want it.2) DJ should meet with the paying party to make sure how to pronounce names and last names.other than that the event was a success, everything was beautiful. All my guest had a wonderful time. Servers were very attentive to guests needs. I strongly recommend this hall for your event. Book with Yaneth she is wonderful!!!

I wanted to give them 0 stars but I had to give them 1. The waiter were horrible and there attitude was really dumb that always looked mad threw the whole day. The DJ cut the songs off at the wrong time. They said there were a lot of people and they didnt let the other people in that were outside for every person they charged 35.00 dollars . The security always looked mad and basically didnt do nothing. For like 3 tables they charged 300 dollars. The food was cold and on top of that We bought the pizza with our own money and they didnt let someone get more than 1 piece. If we did something we didnt like they started saying a lot of things. The people In charge were very rude to the guest. So I would recommend this salon AT ALL and they were the worst I hated them and 1 star!!!!

This hall is the worst!! I had a horrible experience at this hall. My quinceañera was promised a magical event. They stop letting people in after 150. After every additional person they where going to charge 35.00 dollars per person!! I dont not recommend this hall what so ever. Everyone was so unhappy as so was I! My quinceañera was crying over this small issue. And in addition, they cut the food off at 7:30 when we paid for it until 8. WORST HALL EVER!!!

Excellent service, nice securities, amazing place ! at first I was a little bit edgy because of comments I heard for this place but I loved it !

It was horrible!!!the dance floor was too small, the employees were rude, and the dj sucked. The employees were very disorganized on how they served drinks and the security were rude to all the guess outside and didnt let them inside. We had to pay $35 to let people inside the venue that were invited. The lady that announced the names was very incorrect with the names. The kids dancing had very little space and kept on bumping into each other while dancing. I would not recommend having a party at Palacio del Sol. I was very disappointed and sad that this happened.

The worst room you can rent for your event! Do not spend your money. The place is beautiful, they start painting you a spectacular event that seems to have found the perfect place but after you pay them they dont care. I dealt with Axxel and after I gave him the full payment I didnt even answer my messages even once to finish the missing arrangements. It is nothing professional. The day of my event they put me in a new DJ that is not entirely their fault but I didnt even know what I was doing. Instead of playing music to dance, I continued playing the music of the program (waltz etc), at the time of the program I did not know how to direct it and everything was late. What helped me was that we hired a group, because otherwise the party would have been a complete disaster. After having had 3 family events here over the years that have been open we will not hire again or NEVER recommend this room.
