The service team itself is wonderful and friendly, however, this dealership NEVER has loaner cars and/or has a 2 month wait. Given these are high end luxury cars that promise a loaner as part o fetch servicing, it is disappointing that customers are told to wait in the service center for many hours - my car had to stay at the dealership for 2 days! No loaner vehicle after numerous requests made.

Probably the worst service we’ve ever had at any dealership!!! Made an appointment for 9/15/21, at 9:30 am. Was assigned Carlos Castro as our service advisor . We were to find out why our backup camera wasn’t working. Carlos said he would call us after lunch for what they found, he never called, we had to call at 3:30, he said they had to order a new camera and have it at 10:00 the next morning, so we left our car told it would take a couple of hours to install and would call before noon that day for a pickup time . Never heard anything again so we called again at 3:30, and was told the bracket wasn’t ordered to install the camera., he said the bracket wouldn’t be in till the following week !!!! I told him it was totally unacceptable to get no phone call back, he then told me if I waited till next Thursday, I could bring the car straight in and it would be done in a couple hours . He said he’d call me Wednesday for the confirmed time to bring it back in . No call Wednesday, No call Thursday, I called Thursday afternoon and talk to a service manager, he apologized said it was unacceptable but no bracket was ever ordered!! We were visiting from Florida, spent 2 days with no car and nothing was ever done! Worst service ever !!
Recently purchased two vehicles from BMW Las Vegas (an X6 and a pre-owned 19 Ram 2500 truck off their used side). Albert, the sales/customer representative was extremely helpful. We had a battery issue on the Ram within the first few days- BMW replaced the batteries (big truck- 2 batteries) and had the local Ram dealer to an inspection to make sure everything was as it should be (vehicle is still under warranty, but nice of them to handle this). They have also followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory with both vehicles. I would purchase from them for their guest service alone.
It was my first time buying a car by myself without any co-signers and I’ve had nothing but an excellent experience here at BMW of Las Vegas. Amin Abdel-Kadera was my salesman and he’s awesome! He spent over a week emailing and calling me back and forth to help me find the perfect car and he helped make the buying process extremely easy. I’m very happy with my 430i Gran Coupe with the M Sport Package. Even after purchase, Amin still contacts me to see if I have any questions about the car and it’s little details like that which make you feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the Las Vegas area looking for a new, used, or certified pre-owned BMW. They really are the Ultimate Driving Machine.
Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced with any BMW dealership in the United States. The auto service they provide is purely unprofessional. My service manager on my repair job gets fired then I cant even get someone on the phone to talk to me because I am having issues with my repair work they did. The manager of this dealership is doing a disgraceful job. Be very careful with this place

Time and time again, this establishment is always an unpleasant experience. This is more so in regards to after-sale service. The GM and the Service manager should take a visit across the street to Mercedes and see how amazingly organize they are with their flow of operation.But either way, BMW here in Vegas knows that they can run it how ever they want because there is no other BMW competition.I have left a lengthy review after the purchase of the 2 the M cars we got with no follow up.Either way. BMW Vehicle are amazing luxury vehicles.Spending your money at this dealership is not a luxurious experience.BMW.. Please DO Contact me!! I’ve been waiting for my follow up for 8 months and counting.Side note.. if you do need a car. Do look for Abdule! He will go to the end of the world and help you get into the car of your dreams.

5 Star sales service! Buying my X1 was one of the nicest experiences Ive had. There was no pressure on buying or not buying. My sales guy Sam, and Mgr Omar were fabulous! Even the finance guy Feng was wonderful. He advised me on all extra service options with no pressure to purchase any. I will be part of the BMW family forever!
I took my car in for some issues with the parking brake and my convertible wasn’t working as well. My service writer Leon was awesome. The mechanics really took their time to make sure they knew exactly what was going on with my car. Luckily I just needed a software update for the brake and the top was a simple fix. Leon kept in touch and got me out of there for a reasonable price. I had previously taken it somewhere else and they quoted me for things I obviously didn’t need. I appreciate BMW’s employees integrity and knowledge about my car. I will definitely always call Leon for any problems with my car.
We have a nail in our one of our tire and we called to schedule it for the next day and they gave us a schedule that time normally it’s going to be in 2 or 3 days but they have a open schedule. Frank is our service advisor he is a nice person he fix our problem and he saw we have service coming up but instead going back the next service he said he will do it now since we already there. Me and my wife is so happy how they did the service both for the crew who did our car and for Frank too.
Really great experience! We worked mostly with Tracy. She made the whole buying experience fun and enjoyable. She has a great sense of humor and was really fun to be around. The rest of the staff we encountered was just as great. We absolutely love the car we purchased! So glad we went to BMW of Las Vegas! I highly recommend this place if your in the market for a great car.
I have a 2018 M4 with 16,500 miles. My initial experience with BMW of Las Vegas was not so great. On Friday, 5/21 I met with service agent Josh Martinez and he was borderline predatory. He said the BMW conditional maintenance schedule indicates I needed new spark plugs, air filter, oil change, and an alignment. (Spark plugs are $1,200 service). Josh couldnt explain to me what conditional maintenance was at all. He was clearly trying to oversell me on maintenance I didnt need yet. (oil, air filter & plugs). When I went to drop my car off on Monday for an oil change, Josh was not at work for some reason and I got to work with an more honest service advisor, Joe Carserone. Joe showed me where my car had only 3,600 miles on it since the last oil change at Bob Smith BMW of Calabasas CA. I ended up just getting an alignment and tire balance. I gave 3 star review because the of the dishonestly from Josh and because I had to wait so long to see an advisor when I dropped the car off. BMW charges a $49 shop fee, but its not like I can charge BMW a fee for making me wait around for half an hour to meet with my scheduled service advisor. Overall, Im happy with Joe, but in regards to the overall customer experience, there is room for improvement.
Not helpful! I tired to buy a car here. They wanted my trade in and $6,000 for a used car. To me that is crazy especially for a used 2018 car with over 23,000 miles. I told them I could buy a NEW car somewhere else with my trade in, no money down and get my payment to where I needed it. Since they did not care, that is what I did!! They lost my business! This seems to be the norm with some dealerships.

Great place. Very chill reception and waiting area. Great service from all the staff.The diagnostic and repairs processes were all smooth. Really helped us out when we had some sudden car trouble during a road trip from LA to Utah.They ran out of coffee and the coffee maker was out of options (would have been cool if they threw in some milk so we could have fancier drinks--lol!), but otherwise it was all good.
The new BMW service building REALLY has this act together. My advisor, Frank H, got me in AND out in record time, and sent me a video of the mechanic going over every inch of the car. Bravo, BMW, and Bravo, Frank. Service is at a new level- best Ive had in my entire auto life (which includes not only BMW, but Audi, Lexus, and so on). Congrats, guys, this is hard to do, and you nailed it.
BMW of Las Vegas provides excellent customer care. The experience here is just fantastic(special thanks to my sales agent Krystal)! She keeps me updated while I was waiting for my new car to be delivered (which takes 2 months!). While I was flying here she even picked me up and bought me a lunch:) The customer care extends beyond the purchase and they are always happy to answer any questions you have about the vehicle which is fantastic. I think this is the best car buying experience so far and highly recommend you buy your next BMW here.
We were passing through Vegas when we had a problem with our transmission. They were responsive, empathetic and helpful. Communication was clear and timely. When they knew something, they provided updates. Work was quick and professional. Very impressed.
The folks at BMW of Las Vegas always make me feel like royalty when I come in for service. I am always offered coffee, snacks, and a clean open waiting area. They always wash & detail my car even when its something small like a tire repair. They are awesome and make service a joy!!!

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever had to deal with. Purchasing a luxury car you would think that they would be more service oriented. I had a terrible buying experience here and now I’ve been trying to get a refund on an extended warranty for a few months. I understand that they are not inclined to help me since I am not purchasing, actually asking for money back, but this process shouldnt be so difficult. Michael, one of the finance managers never calls me back and is never available to speak with. I am considering submitting a complaint to BMW USA since this dealership is making me not own a BMW and I’ve been a loyal BMW customer owning my 3rd one.
I took my car in for a brake fluid check per my car system recommendation. I also had an a/c. I was told that my battery needed to be replaced at the cost of $2500. I was also told that my car needed several other service items done that did not show up on the system recommendation. There has never been any indication whatsoever of a battery problem. I have never had to flush the brake fluid system in any car I have owned. I was also told that the a/c could not be checked until the battery had been replaced. In summary, I would not go back to this dealership. They want to do as much as they can get away with whether it is needed or not. Its a money thing there, not what is best for the customer.
I have no issues leaving this review because I have just learned my mom has been denied getting maintenance on her car for the past 2 years even though weve paid for the extended warranty. The reason being the service manager did not feel she qualified.What the heck does that mean. She has to beg and call multiple times in order to get an appointment. This is a total violation of the warranty.So no, this place is awful.

My experience at BMW was very pleasant. My advisor Tyler runs on time, took me exactly at my appointment time. Aa always, He put me in a brand new loaner for the day. I got a call to pick up my car after service, and recommendations were made but not forced. When i picked up my car, it was cleaned and in perfect condition. Thank you Tyler for your excellent service.
Las Vegas BMW was a good experience. The only thing is that they did forget to reset the mileage after the oil change was done. So I had to go back the next day to have them do it. It took like 10 minutes so it was quick fix.

I have always had great experience at BMW of LV on Sahara. Both in sales and service. My service advisor Tyler is great every time and Eric the GM always takes a moment to say hello with a smile when I seek him out. They both know I’m particular about my M car and that makes me feel goodwhen I leave it there. When the times comes for my next car it will be there.

The dealership is always nice to visit. The technical workflow is smooth, and the wait time is at least comfortable. They use to have a shuttle van for those who did not (or could not wait around for their car). I only use the dealership for car servicing, so it is important for me that I like its personable environment.
First set an appointment at the henderson store and they wasted my time driving 45 min out there for nothing. Walked into service at BMW of Las Vegas got in touch with Leon and he took care of me quickly, and efficiently. Got right to business, and gave me a time frame when the vehicle will be ready. Not only did he give me a time frame but got it done sooner than expected. If anyone is headed into service talk with Leon. Very knowledgeable. Thank you again for helping me out!

As a BMW employee I am disappointed in the service I received. While they appeared professional I think their management was lacking. I booked a week in advance an oil change for my X7 test vehicle for 11:30am. I arrived on time and they did not provide me my car until 2:45pm when they told me it would take 1-2 hours. They did not stagger there lunch break they let all the tech take it at the same time. Additionally they did not wash the car as they said they would, nor inflate the tires, etc. Be honest with customers on timing and service they provide. To all reading this I am sorry if you have a similar experience. Please stay a valued BMW customer, maybe just use a different dealer.
This place is horrible! They are all smiles and handshakes while your purchasing your vehicle but after they become your worst nightmare! I’m still trying to get my money back from all these warranties and coverages that I was told I needed to purchase my car when all I NEEDED was proof of income! I have been trying to get the warranties cancelled for over a month! Oh and the management is even worse! You have to explain yourself over and over! Then they treat you like they’re doing you a favor! I would NEVER recommend anyone to do business here for anything not service or buying a car! Micheal the finance manager HORRIBLE!!! K in finance HORRIBLE AND A LIAR!!!! Omar SALES manager HORRIBLE!!!! you have to speak to several different ppl just to get ONE THING DONE!!! Oh and the GENERAL MANAGER NEVER REACHES OUT! Service Advisor, Carlos Castro, was great.Problem with scheduling appointment - I gave scheduler all info on needed service, some of which I knew would be subbed out. I expect she should have know as well. As a result, I dropped off the car expecting to have it back in two days and instead it had to stay over through the weekend and into the next week.
I needed a 2nd vehicle now that school has started, I was in and out pretty fast. Sales associate listened to what we NEEDED and did not try to push us to get anything other then what we went in for. She was quick and assisted us with tremendous professionalism.
My experience with BMW was great. The representative, Frank Hughes, was polite and explained me all issues with the vehicle before beginning the repair. He made recommendations to prevent future failures. After maintenance, the car performed excellent! I give much thanks to Frank and the maintenance crew. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!
I had a great experience at BMW of Las Vegas located on West Sahara and Rainbow. My 128i needed a new radio and some minor repairs so I made an appointment at their service center. My service advisor was Frank and he was highly experienced and very friendly. Frank had my car repaired quickly and the price was reasonable. I will definitely trust them again for my auto care needs.

DAndre in service helped me with new tires, brakes, spark plugs, and general servicing for my BMW M235i. These were all items I was tracking I needed; I felt like he was very fair and helpful. He was able to offer me competitive pricing, great customer service, and set me up with a courtesy vehicle free of charge so I could go to work. Furthermore, when I went to pick up the car, he saw that the wheels were still dirty (gel/grease used for tire installation) so he cleaned them himself by hand. I was very impressed and thankful. At other dealerships Ive felt like the staff was just trying to sell me something else the whole time, not the case here. Highly recommend.
Last week, I had the pleasure of working with (for the second time) service advisor DAndre Ayala-Brown. Words that come to mind: courteous, professional, good communicator, conscientious. He epitomizes good customer service and takes care of your cars needs. Overall happy with this place since becoming a customer in 2018.
I had air suspension issues for over a year. I documented 30 days in a journal. Service was done at Little Rock, Arkansas and in St Louis, Missouri but the problem was never completely fixed. As of now, a couple weeks after my fix in Las Vegas, I have yet to experience the problem I was having. I hope to get an issue with my head unit console resolved which has also been an ongoing problem…Thank you
After discovering my BMW had a very flat tire I had it towed to BMW dealership on Sahara Ave, LV. I bought my “certified” used BMW 320i, from a BMW dealership in Fresno, CA. It was my understanding that as a “certified” BMW it met all the standards of BMW, which would include run flat tires, this was not the case with my car. I want to thank Tyler at BMW LV so much for all the hard work he did in trying to figure out what was going on with my car and how to best take of the problem. Unfortunately I had to buy 4 new tires to replace the substandard tires on the car, both for safety and because the wrong tires were no longer available and the flat was not repairable. Tyler was so helpful in finding the best solution for me and for the service department as a whole for taking care of me and my car! They are an awesome team!Thanks BMW Las Vegas!

I bought a previously owned BMW last year. When my car notified me the oil level was low, I had brought it in for service at this dealership. Frank Hughes and his associate reacted quickly and in a professional manner by asking questions on my history with this car. Frank explained that this may only need the oil level topped off. I felt he had done a thorough job giving advice to me and had requested I wait in the lounge for a few minutes until he take care of this. I am an older man so I am impressed when I see this kind of service, however it didn’t stop there. I was not away for more than 5 minutes when I was informed my car was ready. When I asked for my bill Frank said that there is no charge. I am impressed with this dealer service and believe that this gentleman genuinely cared.Thank you for having such a great guy on your team.Larry G.
Joe Monaco is always helpful.My 2021 BMW X3M40i needed to have some exterior trim replaced, plus my car had been involved in a smash and grab. Someone broke my passenger door window to steal my wife’s purse. Joe helped me get the tint done on the car after the window people fixed the glass. Plus he handled all the other minor services needed. Oil change, wiper blades etc.
Been to many BMW service shops all across the country, DAndre by far made this the best experience I have ever received from a car dealership. I cant express enough how much this guy deserves a bump up within the company. 5 stars.

They all told me that there was nothing in Vegas to fit what I wanted. Erica told me the same thing, but was the only one that said, let me find it for you. So she did. We had my car shipped in from California. Thank you for going the extra 568 miles! I love my new car.
The girl that made my appointment was curt and rather short with me and left a bad impression but my service technician, Marcus, was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, quick, knowledgeable and had good follow through. I would definitely ask for and recommend him.
I had a huge hole in my tire. It was about 4:30and I knew bmw was closing soon. At first whenI called the receptionist said I would have to leavethe car and would not let me talk to anyone.I asked for a Supervisor and I was able to talk toMarcus. Marcus was very nice and professional.He checked if he had a matching tire and made ahuge effort to get it done. He got it done andI wish you had more people like him.
My experience was fantastic - Marcus was terrific. He helped me understand what service was required and was extremely helpful in determining the timeline of the service itself. This is always important as other accommodations and plans are then warranted.

I have two BMWs, so finding a honest and knowledge service provide is important to me. I had some not so pleasant experiences with this dealership before, but after I met with Joe Monaco, he is only service representative I will go to. He is honest and reliable. He returns call on time and give you updates as needed. He doesnt try to upsell you the extra services that are not required. Unfortunately, not everyone is as good as Joe Monaco at this dealership, I rather wait for him then going to someone else.
Overall it was a pleasant experience bringing my BMW X3 to service. Marcus took good care, heard all my concerns, responded patiently. He cleared all my doubts. Marcus did sent a video how the service was performed. I am very much satisfied, recommend BMW of Las Vegas for your needs.
My fuel pump cracked during a weekend drive to Las Vegas in July. Potentially very dangerous to drive back in these conditions. I showed up as a walk in on a fully booked Saturday but Carlos and crew recognized the importance of my situation and got it fixed for me that day so I could drive home in time for work this week. Would give 6 stars if I could, thank you guys!

Joe in the service dept is always great to work with. My AC recently went out and he was able to get me in the same day and provide a loaner car. Having a newborn baby, this was a lifesaver.

BMW is an expensive automobile to own. It has higher maintenance cost than your average car but is a beautiful car driving experience. Each time I bring my car in for service $$$ comes to mind and for that Im nervous and unsure about how my service visit will go.Leon my service guy always makes me feel comfortable, and pleased with my car purchase, and service visit. Please give Leon a raise and his own parking spot. Thanks brotha❤👍.

My service advisor Marcus was the most helpful, informative and caring gentleman. He went out of his way to try and find ways to help with the cost of my service. I told him I only want to work with him in the future. My vehicle was done when he said it would be and washed as well. I give hime an A++..

Excellent service. Dropped my car in night drop on a Friday night experiencing problem will traveling through Las Vegas.At 8:00am I received a call from Joe who handled my car for repair.Another call was received at 10:00 and it was indicated that they may have identified the problem and had the parts to fix. At 10:30am, another call was received confirming the issue (fuel injector) and BMW indicated that I could pick up the car around noon. This was a Godsend because I was about to fly out of Las Vegas to get home and would have to fly back to Las Vegas to pick it up.All dealerships should operate like BMW of Las Vegas.These are the types of things that keep me buying BMWs. I am on my fifth (5) BMW and will continue owning one.

Great customer service. Me adviser is always happy to help, he communicates well and they are always honest. I have take my car in before thinking something was wrong with the brakes. After a thorough check they said that everything was working fine and they didn’t try to sell me on any additional services.
The sales process was pretty smooth. There were a few glitches online, but only a minor inconvenience. I found the car I wanted, requested information and received a response from Casey. He did a terrific job of answering my questions and setting proper expectations with the process. A few documents by email and I had my car reserved. They brought it in from an Autonation in Arizona next day. I went up, signed a few more documents and drove away in my “new” car. Overall they did a great job. I was surprised.
