I got recommended here from a local autozone and once I got their I parked and got out to ask for a price to check my ac system they said they are closing right now and directed me to the office to make an appointment, I asked the lady there she said that she’ll go check how much it is for a check up and before she left I asked if she need me to follow her she said no to wait there and I waited for about 5 minutes so then I walked out side to check on my car and once I stepped out I noticed a bunch of workers in my car with my hood open I confronted them and said I never gave anyone consent to enter my car and they started to talk aggressively to me to get out of there and the lady said to give him his keys and get out of his car. First of all why are you in my car and turning on my car without my consent, I am currently filing a complaint to the Clark county police department. Don’t go here they are a bunch of thief’s and non professional business.

I went in for a eta to ask how much it would be to change my radiator the lady told me to wait inside of the lobby and she will come with the manager when 5-10 minutes pass by I come outside of the lobby and 3 people are inside & outside of my car with 0 of my consent or even telling me that they are going to take a look inside of my car . Please be aware before coming here

I moved to Vegas about 2 years ago. The shop is the view from my balcony lol so as my car started to mess up and i googled their information and saw all the great reviews i knew i had to try them out. Jose diagnosed my car, he was already busy but he let me know the problems and gave me the option to buy the parts and he gave me a great price for the labor and took my car in today! I’m waiting for my car to be repaired but so far he has made a great impression and i will definitely continue to bring my car to him.

Jose is extremely reliable and has fair and honest prices. Most mechanics will overcharge on parts or work slowly to charge you more labor. Jose quoted me on labor and even gave me the option to get my own parts. The labor rate was extremely affordable and he was fast. I had my car back by the end of the day. I usually work on my own cars due to distrusting mechanics but Im happy to say I have someone i can trust in Jose. I could not recommend them enough.Update: I took my car back in for some more serious work (crankshaft replacement) and am pleased to say Jose is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic that can handle both simple and complicated jobs. Its been 3 months since he tore my engine apart and its running perfectly. Best mechanic ever

Awesome honest shop,Jose is the best,Ill never take my car or money anywhere else, I saved1000 on a leak in heater block hose,radiator shop said i needed dash tore apart to get to it,Jose said it could be fixed from inside motor compartment,he sent me to auto zone,bought 2 hose clamps and a plastic piece to join them,10 bucks in parts,20 labor,loved it! Thats just one example....
