I was referred to red rock repair by my buddy Eric Forbes for a second time. First time they lowered my car and it came out great. Second time I was having some issues with my brakes feeling spongy and also coolant leak. They fixed everything including adjusting my headlights which weren’t pointing onto the road. Came here yesterday to get an oil change, tire rotation ( per another mechanic I went to), and full inspection bc i have a 17 hour trip coming up. The receptionist ( I didn’t catch her name but she has the awesome sleeve) was very thorough and explained everything and was super nice. She made me feel safe and secure getting my car serviced. Everyone wore their masks as well! Turns out I didn’t even need the tire rotation and they gave me a list of things i’d need but said it wasn’t urgent! They even aired up my tires before I left! The lobby was super clean and they had snacks and drinks out and a super cute dog lol. Definitely recommend coming here to get your car serviced sad I won’t be able to use them in the future bc of the move but so glad i had this experience at least! 10/10 service!!

We are from out of state in a very small car with 3 peoples luggage and our trunk quit opening. Called Red Rock repair and they got us in the next day so that they would have time to order parts before we had to checkout and move to another motel. Work was done quickly and was able to pick car up same day. Didnt overcharge. Very nice people! Would use them again.

I had front-end rebuild and a carburetor installed on my 1963 TBird. This repair business is without question the best organized and most transparent facility that I have dealt with in decades. I received an appointment, an upfront estimate of cost, confirmed by E mail and when there were questions about additional issues I was contacted and before anything was done I was asked for authorization to proceed and was given a quote. The car is now handling is like factory and the engine purrs. The Red Rock staff are friendly, knowledgeable and communicate before acting. Given the history of my 58 year old classic, I expect that I shall be a regular at Red Rock. Great work, Thanks

Overall, great experience. The front office is helpful in scheduling, estimating, and answering technical questions. In my case I was provided a minimum and maximum cost, depending upon the level of work needed. In doing so, I was provided with a full explanation of what the different costs included. Surprisingly, my final bill was at the lowest end of the estimate.

Went in for an A/C repair, and was informed the hub on my rear wheel was dangerously damaged. They were able to fix the problem with only and extra day needed. The courtesy inspection and pictures/videos provided by the company are very much appreciated to see what problems are present. Very happy with the service provided.

They were very professional and friendly. Last year I had an issue with my a/c and this year I had the same issue… instead of bringing it somewhere else I chose to bring it back to the same place, some people asked me why I would bring it back to the same place if the issue wasn’t resolved and I was still having issues with the same thing… this is why… I had a good feeling about them! I explained to them that I was still having the same problem as the previous year and they worked with me to resolve it this year! They didn’t even charge me the full amount because I had to go back for the same issue. And they fixed it this time and my a/c is working beautifully now in this scorching vegas heat! I have been to a lot of places and you hear always hear about how different mechanic shops can’t be trusted because they will try to take you for all you have and charge you an arm and a leg and tell you that things are wrong with your car that aren’t… I didn’t have that experience at this place! They were very honest. I will definitely be going back in the future if necessary.

Ive been taking my 2004 Nissan Titan to Red Rock Repair for the past 3 years. They pretty much rebuilt my truck and its running perfect now. Great front office, supper mechanics and owners who cares. I wouldnt take my truck any place else.

Great customer service with friendly staff who are well informed on mechanical issues. I felt very comfortable with the leveling kit they installed. Spoke with one of the certified diesel mechanics who was straight forward and gave me good advise on my truck. Will definitely do business here again.

Made an appointment and was given an estimated time foe completion. Truck was finished within a few minutes of that time. Full check of all other systems, recommended next major service (60k) and provided an estimate. I now take both my truck and my corvette to them.

I am actually disappointed in this place after I went there because of the great reviews. My car was making a weird knocking noise so I took it in so they could take a look at it ($150) just to tell me they weren’t sure what the exact problem is. They said they think it’s “this” so I said we could go do it because it sounded BAD ($350) then they proceed to tell me that was not the issue. So I feel that I spent $500+ dollars to not even get my car fixed.... the told me the actual repair would take $1900. I was just in complete shock for the bill I already had to pay to be told the real problem is a small fortune. Just very disappointed. I want them to do the work because it seems like they are great but I need to find a better deal somewhere else or someone who will not charge to tell me the wrong thing that is wrong with my car.

Being someone who works on his truck a lot I’ve never been a fan of mechanic shops. Always over priced and rarely do the job right but I was stumped on my evap system and just needed help getting to pass my upcoming smog. They were very professional and honestly took care of me. If I ever get stumped on something again I’ll definitely be taking it back there.

I am in Las Vegas on an extended vacation, working some remotely while Im here. My car stopped running in the middle of the day one afternoon down E Flamingo. I thought it was just a belt and that Id take care of it on my own - when it turned out to be more than I could handle, I didnt exactly know where to turn. Fast-forward to 2 days later, Id called every tow service and repair center in Vegas and they either promised to call me back and didnt, or didnt answerat all - I was starting to panic because every move I tried to make didnt work. Enter Ryleigh (not sure that is spelled correctly) ... anyway yeah, enter Ryleigh, an angel. I knew immediately that this was my repair shop. She quickly identified not only the issue with my car but also solved my towing problem. Within an hour my car was picked up from where it was and taken to Red Rock. I wouldnt have cared if they took my car across the country, because of Ryleighs reassurance, I knew it was safe and in good hands. As excpected, the repair was completed quickly. I was informed via text message every step of the way and given the opportunity to approve or refuse each service with all the information I needed to make that decision right in front of me. I dont usually write reviews for a business, but when customer service and honesty exceed my expectations, I feel its my duty to share the experience. Im a long haul trucker so Im quite familiar with diesel engines. My father lives in Vegas and I was visiting when he mentioned some problems he was having with his 2013 Dodge Ram 2500. The check engine light was on and he went to Autozone for a free OBD scan for trouble codes. There was a fault code and further diagnostics would be necessary to pinpoint the exact part causing the problem. Talked to both Danielle and Riley at Redrock and they said bring it in. I did not tell them that I was fairly certain I knew what the problem was. I wanted them to diagnose and provide me with an estimate. I was fairly certain the estimate would be a minimum of $4500. Long story short, they repaired the truck for $2500! I was skeptical that the part they replaced was all that was necessary to fix the problem, but they were right. My family will be CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE! OMG, an honest auto repair shop! In Las Vegas no less! Who would ever thought it was possible! Kudos to the crew at Redrock!!

Totally satisfied with my experance in RRR installing torsion lift keys and shocks in my GMC 2500hd. They also did full wheel alighnment. The ride and handeling of my vehicle surely is inproved. I do plan on using them for fulture services.Staff was very friendly and professioal and explain the complete service work and proceedure. Price came within the price quote so no suprises at time of pickup.

They also provide a text with a full vehicle inspection letting you know if there’s any additional issue with your car. They don’t up-sell you at all. I had a expensive repair,timing chain. 2000 I told them about anther issue they investigated said it was the engine they refunded the money for the timing chainThey also called the dealership to see if it’s still under manufacturer warranty.i think they are very honest and went out of their way to help. Visiting Las Vegas and the engine light came on in my Ford Explorer. Dealerships were either booked out over a week or wanted $140 minimum just to look at my car. A friend recommended Red Rock Repair. It was a great experience from start to finish, as much as repairing your car can be. They got me in quickly, communicated with me regularly about issue, price, and timing. Finished when they said they would and price came in a few dollars under their estimate. Wish they were in my town.

In August of 2019 I was ready to give up on my 2010 Jeep. It would not pass smog. It had numerous exhaust code errors. My previous mechanic worked on it for almost two years and suggested a new gas tank. I contacted Red Rock Repair and spoke to Danielle. She got the vehicle in quickly. Sean and his team were able to find and repair the leak without replacing the gas tank.I now take both my vehicles here for all types of service. Had an 8am appointment on Tue morning, confirmed it over the phone on Monday. Showed up Tue morning at 7:55 and was told they couldnt get me in until Wed. The guy at the front desk even remembered speaking to me on Monday. There was no apology, didnt try to go above and beyond to make sure I was still taken care of. Fortunately there was a great place next door called The Car and Truck Guys. They got my car in within an hour, and was fixed that day. That was huge for me since I had to drive out of town the next day. And please owner of RedRockRepair dont reply to this telling me how important customer relations is and how you valve every customer. From my experience, obviously you dont.
