Wow. Just wow. I don’t know what the guys name is but he almost put me to sleep with the amazing pedicure I got. He took his time and massaged my legs for a long time and it help me relax which is the whole reason I get pedicures. Highly reccommend the pink and white pedicure with chamomile.

Ill be going back!Update: Not going back. Went for my first fill in and it was awful. I had crome on the middle finger. Acrylic was lumpy on 4 different fingers, paint peeling. He charged me $51 for a fill in, went back 2 days later and he charged me $6 to fix, but he snuck it in to my daughters full set. Two days later, paint was peeling again. I tipped him $15 the first time. I dont mind spending money on my nails, but is there a salon that is consistent in their work? Its not this one. Blew it on my 2nd trip. Hard to keep customers like that!!

Beautiful interior, everyone was very kind, and it was easy to get an appointment. I had the pedicure with my manicurist, and she was so sweet. She was also very gentle and thorough, did a beautiful paint job, and I left feeling great. This place is so much nicer than your average nail salon- the atmosphere is much more calming, the decor is appealing, and everything is very clean and welcoming. Such a relaxing experience!

I was taken as a walk-in for a quick pedicure before my brothers wedding. Really nice looking salon. One of the nice things is because this salon does not have awful chemical. Im pregnant and really sensitive to that stuff so it was a great surprise. Clean, friendly and I was happy with my service.

I have lived in the city for the last decade. I have tried a number of salons, but no one does as good of a job as Pink & White Nail Spa!!! Staff is so patient and does a great job!!! All the ladies are super friendly and do good work. Most importantly the salon is always clean and I never worry about getting any sort of infection. If you havent been before, try it.

I’ve never had a bad experience with nail salons, but unfortunately this time I did. I arrived, picked out my color, and sat down.. 15 minutes later I get called to the chair. I sit down and proceed to show him a design I wanted (leopard print) and explain how I wanted it for an accent nail and the others to be pink. To which he replies with “yes I can do that!” .. he started doing my nails and was VERY ROUGH. I didn’t say anything.. Then he wasn’t even paying attention when he was filing my nails with the drill and made me bleed bad. I let it go.. then he proceeds to paint the nails & starts to paint the accent nail pink so I kindly say “that’s supposed to be the accent nail” he said “I’m sorry” and I said “oh no, it’s ok” .. then.. he gets to the accent nail and gets the wrong color, he spent 5 minutes trying to get a color then messes up the design HORRIBLY. By this point I was frustrated so I said can you just paint the accent nails pink? He gets mad and starts talking to his co workers very angrily. At the end of my appointment I was so dissatisfied with my nails. They’re crooked, different lengths, & small.

Very impressed with this place. I was able to be seated right away. Two technicians were working on me at once--- doing my pedi and mani to save time. The woman does an amazingly cute design on your toes! This is my new spot. I am really pleased with the service and with my nails, even now as I am writing this 2 weeks later!

Great place with wonderful people! Dont be discouraged if this place is packed when you walk in. They are very efficient and seem to get you in fast even when they are busy. The owner is very friendly and knows his clients well. They also keep it very clean here!

Had a pedicure done today.Lady clipped my toes nails and hurt me and was very rough and when she was doing my heels of my feet she started rubbing soft skin an left a blister on my foot today also i had to go back 3 times to get my toe nails done right and remove polish an paint.

I usually don’t go here but someone asked me to try it out. I went in and told them what I was wanting (soft white acrylic) and they was confused. Some other guy came and I told him what I wanted and his face didn’t look too sure.. so I ask him do you know what I am talking about bc if not we can just do regular acrylic and it won’t be an issue for me. He assured me he knew what I wanted. He got the color I was looking for close enough but they were looking a mess when I left there. They look so thin. I hope they hold up until I can go to my regular place. My nails are so sore. The shapen is off on some nails . I appreciate the effort but I will not be back.

Had a pedicure and he really only barely clipped my nails. They were crooked. Polish looked terrible. Was all over my toes. Always use this place and never had a problem. This time was waste of my money

They do a good quick job on a set of acrylics!!! You can drink a glass of wine during your pedi!! Staff friendly and prices are reasonable.

The service is okay depending on the nail tech. My first experience was awesome, while my second experience was horrible (due to the older women nail tech). I will be going back soon I would and have referred my friends as well as family members. My overall experience is the same as any other business sometimes its great while other times its not.

I went last week to have my nails done for the first time at this place. I was not impressed at all. I wanted a new set of dip nails and the girl didnt even soak them off to redo my set. I had one nail that was lifting and reminded her hey it is lifting it needs to be fixed. The girl ignored me at first then i repeated myself and she said it will be fine after i reset it with new dip. I had a French manicure and she didnt even touch up my white and filed my nails very very sharp and not square. My nail was coming thru the middle of my nail. I was very very disappointed and upset. After going thru all of this the girl stayed on her cell phone the whole time. Very very RUDE!!!! I can promise you I will never set foot in the place again. She was not a good nail tech and my nails looked horrible! I ended up having to go somewhere else because they cant fix anything. I was very very upsetI will not be back. Very DISAPPOINTED. I would say dont ever go there or see Ashley. Horrible

I have tried many nail salons in the city and this is hands down my favorite! The staff is so friendly, the service is consistently great and they have the best message chairs! I would 100% recommend this place for your next mani pedi!

This place is hands down the best salon in Lancaster. They are very clean and the massage chairs actually work! You can have a complimentary drink of any kind (including wine)! The only thing is I wish their nail design prices were cheaper.

Ive gone here several times. Today will be my last. My nails are streaky and the girl cut the end of my finger. She said Its fine. Ill spray some water on it. My finger is very red and tender. They didnt offer a discount for their accident. I wont go back.

I used to go their all the time I stopped going cause they just rushed my in and out... I had no choice to go their cause my normal salon on vacation. And I dont regret it.. my nails look awesome, they took their time and actually acted like their cared. I look forward to going to them again!

The first time I went I had a wonderful tech . polish lasted a month on my toes.already had to go back two hrs after leaving due to streaked thumbnail.Toes Are HORRIBLE. the young man put thick globs of polish. 9 hrs later my toes are tacky to the touch and my nail polish is smeared and thick. No clear coat on toenails. My big toe is still bleeding in two places. I just hope I do not get infected.

Went here after my coworkers praised it highly, I got acrylics and mood changing gel polish. My nails are super crooked and there is a very visible space between my actual nail and the acrylic, which is a way to get a fungal infection. The polish itself is fine, but the acrylic work was horrible. If you are getting acrylics I wouldnt recommend.

I have lived in multiple cities across the country and this was the best pedicure Ive received. Martha was a delight.

I normally don’t write reviews, but because I believe the one other review that says they are not pushy towards upgrades is a false review I wanted to put my two cents in. Pink and white Nail Salon has always done a good job my nails, but the man, who I think is the manager or owner, is always so pushy to have you upgrade your service. I’ve been three times and each time he has tried to push me towards a “sparkle nail” for my ring fingers, adding on a pedicure, or gel polish the one time I got acrylics after declining his offer multiple times. Other than that, I do recommend this business.

The person doing my nails kept scraping my skin... the acrylic nails cast less at Happy nails.

Tried this place to be closer to home, work was done very poorly, ANC dip was done very thick and not smooth. Did not seem like a very clean place either

I really like coming to pink and white, as I work for a very busy Great Clips in Monroe, I think it would be better if they didnt take appointments, since they are so busily blessed, wouldnt be so much pressure to accommodate, everyone there always pleasant and eager to make you feel good. been going there for a year now and will return again and again

The customer service is good but when I got home that night my polish had started to come off. And still is coming off. I’m going back to get my money back. That’s ridiculous

Very, very disappointed with the nail dipping I paid for. I wish I had checked my thumbs before leaving. Normal reaction is to hold out the hand, the thumb has a normal side slant so I totally missed the botched job on my thumbnail. And, after inspecting the others, pretty much not a smooth natural look. I have unnatural waves added by the dipping. Ive been getting dipped nails and this is a first.

Every time we go there’s a problem and most of the time it has to deal with poor customer service. This visit proved to be no different. The girl who did my pedicure acted as if it was an inconvience to do her job. She spent almost the whole pedicure watching tv. Every time I’d say something to her or ask her a question she would just look at me. Or just act like she didn’t hear me at all. Then the guy doing my moms was rude to her as well. We both got pedicures and she had already told him she was getting a full set as well. When the pedicure was over she reminded him of the full set and he proceeded to tell her that she didn’t say she wanted that or he would have done it first. He said I have lotion all over my hands now. He did I bad job at shaping her nails and then cut her with the drill. He also didn’t put spacers between her toes so both her pinky toes were messed up before we even left. We won’t be back! That was the final straw for us.

I liked the first time I came here, but this time is my last time. First off theyre expensive compared to other nail salons. My issues are the fact that one particular staff member (maybe owner) is extremely rude and flamboyant. I decided to get my nails done there for my wedding and left highly upset, because he and I went back and forth about rhinestones on my middle finger. I wanted all white polish with the rhinestones. He told me that it wouldnt look right...he wasnt even the one doing my nails!! I told him that he was rude and would continue to go to Charlotte to gey my nails done!

If I could give no stars I would....First time there, called made appointment the day before with Anthony for 430, got there at 430, waited 30 min and was asked to come back in 1 hour. So I did, I had shopping to do anyway. Got there at 600, waited another 30min. Finally at 630 sat down to get my nails done, a full set, and it was WORST set I have ever had in my life, I could have done a better job at making them look more natural. They were uneven and clumpy and very thick. The man only male worker I seen, whom I assume was Anthony, BC he never introduced himself nor did he ask name, was in such a hurry and preoccupied with everything everyone else was doing and saying around him, he was very rushed and had no care for how my nails turned out, the customer service was awful. It was a rush to see how fast one could get done, make the money and move on to the next person waiting to be served... TERRIBLE... I will never go back to this salon.

I’m giving them three stars bc the atmosphere was nice they offer you wine water or soda and they put effort in the nail salon design. However there was major pressure on upgrading services I asked for a pedicure and a full set the pedicure was great the young lady that did my pedi was polite and knowledgeable however with the full set they charge for length and pushed me to get gel polish when I asked for regular the guy keep asking me “what you gonna do”? Midway through the polish I realized that the blue lavender color was a bit much for my finger nails so I decided to do the isolated nail look on my fourth finger the guy ask me if I wanted glitter I said ok and he chose silver glitter I told him that I wanted gold instead and he stated gold is ghetto I laughed it off but was super upset 😡 and got gold instead I ended up paying forty dollars for a full set which is outrageous I had no designs just gel polish and length. It’s time for another nail salon visit and I may have to travel to North Carolina bc customer service is key. I haven’t tried Hollywood nails yet so maybe I can check them out next.

CHARGED ME MY TOTAL OF $70 THREE TIMES!!!! Instead of $70 for 2 pedicures, I got charged 3x on a Saturday afternoon, totaling $210!! They just said they refunded me my money and it would be a few business days before I got my money back. I KNOW they had cash in the drawer, no kind of let me make it up to you, didnt offer me any help. I had to go the entire weekend with 0 money. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went here to get a fill -in for my nails & was told by a man that he wasnt going to do my nails, do to having to many people requesting a fill -in but then going to say You can get a pedicare if I wanted a pedicare I wouldve ask for one!! This was my second time coming here an will be my last, I rather drive to Charlotte to get my nails done!!!

I found out that this salon uses MMA in their products and the owner kicked me out after I asked him to provide me with proof of that. He tried to play it off as if I was asking about another product, but any salon owner who does nails or owns a nail establishment knows what MMA is and knows why the FDA banned it back in the 1970s because of the toxic and cancer-causing chemicals that it has. I went to other places and asked them the same question, and not only were they able to verify it for me, they OFFERED to show me the original product labels to prove me to that their liquid acrylic chemicals and the LIQUID BONDING AGENT that they use to make the acrylic nail did not have liquid toxic MMA form in it. MMA in its dry state (the powder form) is not contaminated and will not harm your nails but when its in its liquid state (the liquid bonder that they use with the powder to create the fake nail) it is HIGHLY contagious and HIGHLY hazardous to your health and the overall existence of your nails. This might sound cliche, but any salon or representative who is unable to show that to you, or flatly refuses to show you evidence of it, should not be in business or doing your nails for that matter. I will be reaching out to the National Beauty Council or any other agencies/boards that facilitate the ethics and business practices of beauty establishments to report them. Dont be surprised if you go there one day and see an inspector on the premises or drive by there one day and see that they are no longer an establishment. Thank you. GOD bless.

Terrible. My toe chipped within 4 hours. Returned next day and my color was not on the wall. Man told me there was nothing he could do for me. He didnt look to see if someone had it, he just was not interested.

I am so disgusted in how I was treated today! I am a regular customer and I came in today to have a pedicure and have gel removed off my nails!! The girl and manger were so rude!! They left me sitting there for 30 minuets with my fingers in a bowl and I had to tell the manager that my skin was burning. I told him that I would just come back for a pedicure and his response was “thank you”. So much for wanting business!!!

My expensive dip nails lifted after a week and a half and started to break in chunks. Never experienced this with nails and for $40 i shouldn’t have too. Extremely disappointed and will never ever return

I’ve never in my life had such a bad experience. Nails were uneven and gel polish was all over my cuticles. Gave two stars because price was cheaper than what I’m used to. Ya get what ya pay for I guess.
