2ND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Ive been a long time customer of this shop since moving to the area. Pre-Covid it was fine bc there was a man there that was really good and friendly and I only used him for my nails BUT... post Covid-19, I immediately could tell the quality of work has decreased, however the prices sure have INCREASED. Convenient right?!! I had 2 techs working on me at the same time which was horrible. Imagine one taking her time and doing the pedi right and the other rushing with the mani like she has a pizza in the oven thats about to burn! If you mess up a gel manicure by painting like a 15 year old, then somethings not right. Not to mention, one of them literally almost filed my cuticle off and I hate that bc I have soft hands & feet and it burns!! I refused to pay $70 for a gel mani-pedi bc of my experience, I calmly talked them down to $60, (shouldve been less than that) left and wont ever return.

My tech Linda is awesome. Her work is amazing,, she is fast, and never have me waiting.

Do not go here they messed up my nails and did not care.

I just want to say that place I went to today was awesome excellent and Ive been going to them for a long time and they have still treating me the same I appreciate them they are fast and accurate and they do appreciate your business Miss Nancy Miss D Miss Linda those are the ones that you can ask for that doesnt good job on your hands and your feet I really appreciate their business thank you again and your love that place Try It Youll see what I mean

I liked this place for my pedicure for sure. Did my eyelashes but, thats not me at all anyway.

When I first walked into the nail salon one of the employees said they would be with me to wax my eyebrows. I waited for a few minutes and while I was waiting a new customer walked in and asked me a question. Thats when the employee rushed me to stop talking to her and I told them I would just be a second. I quickly finished up my conversation and went to the waxing table. When I got there I waited for the employee to assist me and placed my arm behind NY head since there wasnt any tissue of sanitary measures in place for the table, plus I didnt seen my arm being in the way.  When she arrived ( mind you she rushed me) she pushed my arm out the way. It threw me off because she had no reason to touch anything, but my eyebrows and that was RUDE and inappropriate. No matter what cultural differences we may have, there is no reason why someone should push someone elses arm out the way.After that I addressed the situation professionally and stated that she did not have to push my arm out the way and she could have just asked me to move my arm she then continued to not care so I declined service, and left. I dont care if I was only spending a dime in there. That was inappropriate, unprofessional, disrespectful, and insulting.

The people were nice but my nails did not come out beautifully. The guy in the front tried to fix after the one lady messed them up. The nails looked better after he finished however I still was not totally satisfied. Glue and and paint was all around my nail and he worked to try and remove most of it. Mgmt did not offer any compensation or discount for the the poor service. I will not be returning to this shop.

They did my wife’s nails and they came off in less than three days and the nail polish was chipping she wasn’t happy.She said she feel like they was Rushing doing her nails

I love this place I usually go all the time but a friend had suggested I try rose nails off of Crockrell Hill and I did the lady at that establishment total messed up my nail so I decided to go here so I could get them redone I was so determined to get them fixed that I waited a hr and half just so the lady name Linda at Q PERFECT Nails could do them yes they are packed most days but waiting for me was better than keeping the ones I had they do a really great job

Horrible service when I walked in no one spoke or asked what I wanted!! The lady that did my nails was really rough and had an attitude. She Split my skin with the finger nail filer and when I told her she snatched my finger and kept going. I got the SNS nails(dip) and it’s horrible definitely not what I’m use to they a kind of messy.. The area is so small and crowded. FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE!!

Just got my nails done! They are not evenly matched with the other hand! Very noticeable mistakes! I felt bad and paid and left but they horrible! Worst 50$ i ever spent!

I tried this place for the first time today. I walked in and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seen. NO! They were NOT busy. The lady was eating. I had a previous set of nails on but had lost two. I asked for a take off and full set. The lady begin to just clip the nails any kind of way. In turn she clipped my fingers. I told her she was hurting me. Then she put a new nail on the finger I lost a nail on. I said wait you haven’t finished taking the old nails off. She said she needed to know the length I wanted. Huh?! I told you long. So she put so much glue that it gave my finger a burn. I asked for Linda. She said I’m Linda. I said your reviews said you were nice. She said well I’m NOT. I said ok. I excused myself, got up and walked out. NEVER AGAIN!!!

My nails where horrible and he was rushing and the powder was dripping off my nails! They messed up me and my sisters nails. I am never ever going back there again!

As long as you come early through the week youll never have to wait long. As for me I never have to wait because Ive been coming here for 6 years faithfully so I text or call ahead to let them know Im on my way. Feels like the show cheers really!! Everyone knows my name even my kids names. And my nail tech is highly preferred. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever. I got a dip. Within a day it chipped off. I went back to have 3nails repaired only to have the color chip off of three different nails the next day. I returned yet again wanting to get a different powered because clearly this one was garbage and was told about a paper posted that said they only guarantee work for 48hour. I couldn’t even get a weeks worth of solid nails. Had I seen that paper I wouldn’t have even let them touch my nails. I pretty much gave them 45 dollars of my money for nothing. Getting my nails done cost me both time and money only to have to find another place to get my nails done. Please save yourself the headache!! First and last time going to this place.

Service is super slow. They have you waiting forever my technician was not good with painting nails she had to redo my nails several of times before she got it right.

Our entire family does pedicures here. We have been loyal customers for over 5 years. My grandson loves to get a pedi. My manicure being nature doesnt last as long because I work with my hands..GREAT SHOP...ASK FOR NANCY.

I spent $58 on classic white coffin shaped nails, the next day they started falling off one by one, I highly dont recommend this service save your money please!!!!

Linda is awesome! I was referred by a friend and was very skeptical about letting someone new care for my nails. When I asked for Linda, I was greeted by a familiar face. Linda used to do my nails many years ago. Not much has changed. She still does an exceptional job and I am back in rotation!!!!

Went on Saturday May 13th. I was promptly seated once arrived in chair 6. I told them I wanted gel nails and picked my color. The tech started on my nails and also propped her phone on her station so she could face time pretty much the entire time she did my nails. I had to stop her at one point and ask her if she get something paid to talk on the phone or to do my nails. She finally finished so I paid and left. Sunday afternoon two of my nails gel color have completely peeled off. I went back Tuesday morning to have them fix for free. Well now its 1 am Wednesday morning and another nail has peeled off. First and last time coming here. Place is dirty and their work sucks. Take your business elsewhere.

I like the people and prices. Nail polish color could be more and better. But they good. And eyelashes are amazing along w a good wax.

I had a wonderful experience with a pedicure at Q Perfect Nails. The procedure made my feet feel very refreshed and great! I will continue using them for my pedicures!!!

Dont bother. 1st time I went 2 ladies almost got into a fight. Went back another time for basic fill and that didnt last long. Went a 3rd to time to fix 2 nails. I had to show the lady how to file the sides of my nail. That same day the same nails i had fixed lifted. And the prices the prices they have posted are not accurate. 3 strikes you are out. Not worth it

Linda does awesome work and shes quick. Im super specific so it can be hard to find the right nail spot. Oh and she was able to arch my eyebrows. Theres only 1 person that i trust with my wax and shes 4 hours away. Very happy i ran into this place

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I got my nails done here on Friday in less than 24hrs 2 nails had popped off I went there the next day to ask for a refund they offered to redo the nails i said ok as I drove off 3 more nails popped off I turned around and went right back. I told them I do not want them to fix it with the same cheap products they use I want my money back and I will go elsewhere. They said they had to call the manager so I waited to find out they had called the cops. They said there was nothing they could do if they are refusing to give me a refund and I dont want them to fix it. Take your money elsewhere if you want your nails to last longer than 48hrs.

Everyone there is hilarious, they make you feel like family. I enjoy my time at the shop because my Linda and Diamond always have my nails and pedis on point. I love them and they know it! Very satisfied client! Want your nails done right, check QP Nails out!

I love my nail Tech I show her a photo of what I would like and shes able to preform. I always get asked who does your nails LINDA my mom even loves her work shes fast and gets the job done.

This place is nasty. They are very dirty and not sterile at all. Before he gave me a manicure he was doing someones feet and didnt even was his hands. He didnt even use clean supplies for my manicure.He used a dirty bowl for soaking my nails, He didnt remove my acrylic from my previous nails.They charged $10 for a manicure and didnt even massage my hands. Never again will I come here... They need to close this place down...

Ive tried THIS place twice first time they just did my nails Nancy did them black put to much on had to redo twice before I was okay with it,I tried them again on 7-16-2020 and bcuz I dont want tips or Im wearing my own natural nails they keep breaking I paid these people 55.00 with my card that Im going to dispute will not be going back to them!!!😣😣😡😬

Poor sanitation practices. No nail health care. Have been consistently cut by technician (who laughs it off). Make prices up at end of service. Unable to do simple designs.

It gets busy a lot sometimes because people love the way they do nails. Come early preferably. Linda and Nancy for my nails!

I would give them a higher review but they over charged me. I got a basic full set for $15 and my toes painted for $7 and they charged me $30. Now I’m not a math wiz but that does not equal $30.

Broke a nail within 24hrs of getting them done here, went back to get it fixed. it was just 1 nail how hard could it be right!?! well it was the worst job & service ever!!! The tech didnt pay attention she rather watch a show on her phone, my nail was worst than before. Wont come back ever again.Dont waste your time or $$ service is mediocre.

Can you say my very FIRST and LAST Time patronizing this business. I usually drive out to Richardson to get my nails done; however, this paticular day I decided to give them a try, seeing as how I live in Lancaster and its closer. When I walked in I was greeted; however, I noticed the male nail technican wasnt really attentive to my specifics as it related to my manicure or pedicure. He applied like 4 coats of polish to my toes ( which of course, made it very thick and like I polished my toes myself or had a six-year-old polished them). He then started on my manicure and that was worse, he didnt ask me how I wanted my nails shaped and he did the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM!!!!! I got a two-second hand massage on each hand and he applied 3 coats of polish to my nails. Long story short, I had him remove ALL the polish on my nails because it was just too much and drying time was unsuccessful. I asked if I could come back the next day to get my nails polished (due to time restraints) and he agreed. I walked in to the shop on the next day and the nail technicans looked at me like I was a bother. (NO Greeting!!!) A young lady polished my nails (much better than the day before). I noticed she didnt ask me about my nails either, neither did she turn on a lamp or fan to assist in the drying time. Needless, to say as I stated before I started writing this review.....I will continue to DRIVE TO RICHARDSON to get my mani/pedi for $30. At least there I know I will get the BEST service and experience that I deserve when patronizing a business!!!!

Never Again!I would definitely NOT give even one star to QP Nails of Lancaster, TX if it were not the only way I could leave this review. Between the large cock roaches I watched sashay across the floor to the poor service I received for Nextgen (powder dipped) nails, I still cant determine which was the worse experience.The morning of 9/10/16, I was preparing for a wedding, so I researched this shop because I remembered it was in closer proximity to my home as well as I needed a shop that was currently open since my regular salon was still closed during that hour. Not one to write off local community businesses unless I personally have a poor experience, I see the many stars on Google for QP Nails, and decided to give them a try. Mind you I called ahead, asked specifically about both the wait, as well as if there was a technician available who was familiar/experienced with the product I wanted used was told by an older male yes; and still the morning ended with Lancaster police being called because after 2 hours of watching Nancy pile more than 8 layers of base on my natural nail, then 3 plus layers of the color powder on top of that, which left my nails looking like a melted glob of a mess, I felt I had no other option but to refuse payment.I asked for the owner several times, the first 3 times, I was told the owner wasnt there and they didnt want to have to call them. This is after Nancy tried to lead me to the pedi area as I was also supposed to have a pedicure as well, but I stopped in the aisle to say, I know youre not done with my nails right?!. At that point she had left smeared black powder, like dye around my cuticles and nail beds, and at that point the substance had become so hard and thick that she couldnt even shape them or file them down without having to add more color (because it kept coming off with her filing) which is what prompted me to ask for the owner.Then suddenly when the police arrived, the woman who did my nails miraculously became the owner. Another tech attempted to get me to stay additional time, but wanted to charge me $10 to remove the mess Nancy made, my answer was a quick NO! One, I had now spent more than 2 1/2 hours getting a service that takes my regular shop maybe an hour to perform and perform so flawlessly that you cannot tell the difference between acrylic, a regular manicure, or the powder dipped nails. Two I still had my hair and makeup to get done, along with having to do makeup for another of the wedding participants, then drive the hour away for the event which was now happening in 4 hours.The police were explained the situation by me, took one look at my nails, and one by one (of the 6 male and 1 female police officers who showed up) they each gasped and commented, that even they knew that was horrible. However, though they understood my position, they could not advise me not to pay this establishment, so I had my husband pay these amateurs and to do so on our credit card which was promptly disputed.I have filed complaints with both the state and will be doing so with the BBB and every other consumer website until their business is affected they way they affected me and my time. I ended up giving away $40 for something I couldve had done at home for what the finished look turned out to be. I have an excellent card service so I look forward to recooping those funds and very soon.

Worst. Place. Ever. They need to be SHUT DOWN! Ive never ever been treated so bad! They tried to do acrylic I stopped them and said I want gel nails they talked in Chinese brought me to someone else and then said well do the gel nail after I showed them the pic of what I wanted they assured me what it would be gel. Before I could say anything they put on acrylic again! I questioned it. She said this is gel I said no its not. It was Saturday it was full I wasnt looking to cause a scene I said charge me for my pedi-which they over charged me for- and charge me for acrylic nails not gel. She said I give u gel u pay gel she yelled at me and then threatened to call the police. I told her look Im not refusing to pay Im refusing to pay for something I didnt get. They kept saying Im calling the cops. I didnt have time to wait so I paid and then called my bank and cancelled the transaction. Ive never been accused of not paying for services. To top it off every single one of my nails are crooked at as hell. Do. Not. Go. Here. Youll regret it. Im going to add pictures. Worst mani ever! And horrible horrible business practices. She wanted to make a scene and have everyone look at us while I wanted to keep it down so people didnt realize they r frauds. Now I want it to be known they will give u the top coat in gel and call it gel nails and charge extra for it. Liars and thieves! If yr right and theyre in the wrong theyll make u feel bad and threaten to call the cops. How I wish I had time to wait for the cops. Ugh. It took 2 damn hours for a mani! I got there at 10 am didnt leave til 1 pm! Got a pedi took 30 mins. The rest was them trying to figure out how they could screw me over. I even showed them a YouTube video on gel nails and they said oh yes I can do I can do. No they CANT. LIARS THIEVES AND CROOKS! And cant even do a decent mani! See pics. Theyre all crooked as hell. 😡 jokes on them I got my money back. #shutthemdown by the other reviews i am not the only one whose been treated poorly. I will be filing with bbb.

Went and got my nails done Wednesday and they look awful and the bad part about it the manager done them she cut me twice and put the paint on so thick and sloppy and some of the gel is on my skin and some of my nail is not even painted and she rushed on my nails once a new customer Walked in to get to them I’m never going their again i think the manager is all about making money it’s nothing perfect about this nail shop
