Anytime I have ever gone here (appointment or not) I’ve had a great experience. Everyone is friendly, they have amazing color selections for gel, dip and regular polish. They really know their stuff! 10/10 recommend their pedicure service if you’re looking for a good place to go!

These are possibly one of the worst nails I have ever had. I have yet to find a good nail salon in Lancaster and might have to drive all the way back up to Columbus for some decent acrylics. The first lady went extremely fast and blamed it on her early lunch break, and the guy who did the rest of it made it LUMPY and the paint job is HORRIBLE looking closely at it. The place itself was okay and seemed clean. I was told when I called that it would be 30 for a full set and I ended up paying 51???? Will not go here again.

Second visit. Had the absolute best foot massage! Greatly appreciate the time and effort he took with my feet. At 71 I have some neuropathy, lots of arthritis and the diligence he took was impressive. The nails were pretty too

I’ve gone here for a few years regularly getting dip nails and pedicures every two weeks, never had a bad experience until recently. Without Henry and Lynn there daily it seems to be falling apart. My wait times, treatment and quality of nails gets worse each time I go. What used to be a relaxing thing I looked forward to only stresses me out now. Hopefully things go back to normal soon, in the meantime I will be looking for a new place to continue my services!

Ive been here 3 times now. First visit I had a beautiful pedicure, no complaints. The second time I was on a bit of a time crunch and needed a mani/pedi. Pedicure was good. I did a dip for my nail and the color ended up being all wrong. Purple instead of white. Apparently the sample had faded. The shape of my nails was not as I had asked they looked very thick and lumpy and they filed down a ton of my nail bed, you can still see where its growing out. I was in a rush so they said they could just apply gel over the top. That was fine. They even offered to redo it if I came back. Awesome. When I came back they did a very poor job. Once again they filed my nail shorter than I wanted, wrong shape and absolutely destroyed my cuticles too! It took weeks for them to heal. Im searching for a new salon.

Went first time for pedicure, made appointment. Smell of acetone was less strong than previous experience at other salon. Service was swift, wish a little more callous was removed other than that very happy with experience.

This business has taken a dramatic turn for the worse in a short amount of time. My visit today for a pedicure was chaotic and stressful. There seems to be completely new staff in place. The prior employees were friendly, professional, and the location immaculate. Although the technician completed the pedicure without problem, it simply lacked the basic TLC and professionalism that I was used to at this salon. I also found it unsettling that there was an effort to upsell other services during my visit. Unless the prior staff were to return, I will be finding another option.

Very nice place, just renovated. The owner is nice and accommodating. Everything was in order. I liked how the dip and gel colors were sorted. The drying area is also pretty cool with toes and hand warmers with air. The TV was on HGTV and had CC, with other music from sirius playing. I had a pedicure which was relaxing and thorough. My friend had dip manicure. Will return.

Got nails dipped and gel on my toes without a pedicure and received the royal treatment with a nice job on both, massages and friendly service. Keep up the good work Luxury Nails of Lancaster.

I rarely do this, and I have given them plenty of chances, this is not just a “someone had an off day” issue. I have gotten 3 manicures and 2 pedicures here and both pedicures have resulted in cuts on my toes. This last trip was a mani/pedi and I have 1 cut toe and 2 cut fingers! Also, super high pressure to upgrade to gel until I finally gave in so I wouldn’t have to hear it any longer. I paid a total of $94 to get hacked up by this place!! I have pics but so far don’t see a way to attach them. If I could give zero stars I would.

My nails are not shaped well, they’re lumpy and uneven. I paid $75 for very poorly done nails. It’s disappointing. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience in this nail salon, and the last. Definitely won’t be returning.

Little expensive but worth it. They do a really good job. You get exactly what you ask for. They told me how much it was going to be before they started which I loved so I knew exactly how much I would be spending . Nice people !

I visited this place to check it out before possibly filing a lawsuit against them . My wifes foot was left raw and swollen by a worker who obviously wasnt trained at their position . After a minute or so of grinding a block against her foot she began to feel pain and told the worker . The man working beside him on my mother in law made a face and then they grabed some alcohol and poured on her foot .This all took place just two days before our wedding in which I spent every morning placing bandages on her foot so she could enjoy what she could of our honeymoon . Luxury nails has responded to this by saying they are going to take action against my post if not removed . How about running a business properly being the action taken?

I had a full gel French manicure set done on xmas eve. I havent had my nails done in so long. Everyone here was so kind & professional. Everything was very clean. Ntm, Im in love with my nails! So Yesterday I decided to get a much needed pedicure because my feet needed some tlc and it was my my birthday so why not?I decided to come to luxury nails & spa because of all the positive reviews I have read.The service I received was fantastic!I was seated right away and the staff was kind, courteous and made sure my feet were in tip top shape before I left.The salon was very clean and hygienic!They have massage chairs and a big selection of nail polish. The pricing is decent as well.Thank you Luxury nail & spa!

The building set up is modern, clean, and professional. I love the way it was decorated. I got a full set of acrylics with gel and gel on my toes. My techs did an amazing job and were very gentle with my hands and feet. I am very pleased with my results and experience. I will definetly be returning!

Love it here! I recently started to go here after I had a bad experience at a previous nail salon in Lancaster. The staff is so nice and polite! I get dip on my natural nails and they have a decent variety of colors and choices for both dip and gel. I feel that they did great job every time that I have gone in.

The lady I had today is great. She is the one that sits right by the counter. She helped me pick out a color to match a dress for the wedding Ill be in. She listen to what I wanted and gave the best suggestions.

This was my second time getting my nails done, so I am still new to the whole experience. Everyone was super friendly. Steve did my nails and he was very nice and did a great job. And it was fast!!! They said it would be a 30 minute wait (no big deal) and I Waited maybe 15 minutes. I will be going back!!!!

Excellent service but long wait. Went in at 1pm and didnt get out of there till 4pm. Im not complaining because I am very happy they take their time and do an amazing job.

Went there for the first time today. Was passing by & saw the sign. Google gave 4+stars w over 40 reviews, so thought I’d try. Glad I did. Friendly staff, they use liners in pedi chairs, & $42 for gel French manicure that looks awesome. My little gal was very nice & did a fantastic job. Nails look great. Thanks!

I LOVE Vu and his pedicures!! Very relaxing. He always takes his time and never rushes through it like other places.

I went in there once for a full set and the guy did amazing but when I came back I had someone different and he was rushing to get my nails done and was filing my natural nails so fast and hard that my nail started to burn and turn red. Then when he was applying the acrylic it got all over my fingers like he didn’t care.. once we got to the gel part he said it would be $10 and he charge me $15. the Gel AND acrylic was very lumpy and everything about my nails were very rushed I would love to go back but I don’t know if I will because that was one experience I can never forget...

Always get good work when I go and I drive 30minutes just to go there. However last 2 times Ive been there they take people in just the order they want and not in the order people sign in.. left today after waiting 30 minutes and then they started working on someone who signed in a good 10 minutes after me.

My daughter and I just had pedicures done by Henry and Vu and they were great!!! Highly recommend both of them. We will be back!

I walked in with a new set of nails I couldn’t stand from another place (they were lifted, too thick, and curving down). I walked out with the nail shape I wanted and Steve was able to correct the lifting though normally they would’ve done a new set. Actually spoke with me too.

I have going there since they open - last 2 times I went takes has taken at least 20 minutes before anyone even spoke to me - this time I had to get up & ask them how long - Sorry to say I won’t be back be. I realize everyone gets busy & sometimes you have to wait but at least say Hello!!

This place is the best nail place I have been to here hands down! I had been going to two different places that werent as close to home, and was still looking for a clean place where they took complete care of me. They have a deal for $44 that includes a mani/pedi that is worth every penny. They also have a $25 deal on gel that I will most certainly be back for. Very friendly and thorough service.
