I usually go to this place and always get my eyebrows done. Usually they would do them really nice but I don’t know what happened. The lady left them too thin. My eyebrows are not this thin and there is no way to fix them. I have to wait till they grow out. Im really disappointed.

Honestly a last resort when no one else close by is open on a sunday. I come out with my cuticles bleeding everytime. Asked for almond and she ignored me and gave me wide square nails and also refused a design. I have done my own nails before and this about what i expect myself to do for like $15. I never cared for their customers service but im all for a couple chances just to give people chance but this time the nails came out just nothing like i wanted, shape, color, thickness, and design she ignored everything demand and was just rushing me along. Last time i pay $45 for nails i absolutely hate.

Me & My BestFriend went to get pedicures on April 3rd 2021 and as we had our feet n the water our skin started itching n burning it was so bad that I had to tell her to stop doing my feet n I was charged 30$ for a color change the day before Easter!!! Like Bernie Mac said Fucc Demm People!!!! I’ll never go back to that dirty hover charging people place if y’all skin start itching n burning I told y’all so for real

Absolutely horrible.i literally had to coach her through the process of both fill and pedicure she has open sores on her hand in which I had her put on gloves that should of been my dog. To exit however I will never go there again

My nail tech was extremely friendly! She took the time to thin out my nails but left one of them chunkier than the rest. There was some kind of lint or dust on one nail so she removed the polish and started over on the nail but when o left I realized it didnt dry smooth as the rest.I will definitely come back in the future, but the thumb gets 3 stars today.

My caregiver took me to get a pedicure and she walked in first alerting them that I was there for my pedicure. They tell her if she’s in a wheelchair we can except her. Isn’t that discrimination against the disability act? We were so disappointed after we got there we drove maybe 30 minutes to get there just to be toned know if she’s in a wheelchair. I as a person never felt so degraded in my life as a disabled person. I would never do business with them ever. So just a note to people that are disabled if you’re on a walker or in a wheelchair they will not except you.

My experience with expo nailsl Was horrible She rushed through my pedicure not cleaning under my toenails and my nails supposed to be coffin shaped But they are all shape different not smooth down a bunch of lumps I would never go there again I rate this place 0

They are slow and dont handle their customers with respect if you have an appointment they take walk-ins before you..Badd experience..😡

I asked several times for almond shape, wound up with rounded nails. Asked for a manicure. Didnt get one. The tech decided just a cuticle trim was enough even though I asked multiple times for a manicure. I left with my hands and cuticles dryer than when I walked in. Charged for what I didnt ask for. They did a bad job painting my nails and got annoyed at me when the tech messed up the paint and I asked for it to be redone. I will never be going back to this salon.

Wont be back me and bf got pedicures and just no effort put into anything charged wayy to much and didnt tell us except for the $5 for callus removal which the other lady didnt offer my bf and did a horrible job i should have declined so many problems here we wont be back!

Fast and friendly.

I was so excited to get my nails done with my friends because they said this place was great and affordable. However, the guy who did my nails took excessively long, cut my finger to where it was bleeding, and then proceeded to file AND paint my nail even after me pointing out it was bleeding. My thumbs are two completely different lengths and shapes. He also used gel nail polish when I specifically said, multiple times, NO GEL. Meaning, my nails cost $40 when I was only expecting to pay $30 including the tip, because I only asked for solid color acrylics. Overall, my experience was very bad and I do not plan on going here ever again.

So i just moved back here from los angeles and decided to come back to my old nail shopI loved my nails and i had her (LISA) do a basic pedicure but she charged me $10 to cut my cuticle and $40 for a fill that is outrageous price for a fill not a full set well looks like i will find another place to go to they make up their own prices btw smh

It feels like they are always in a rush at Expo, that being said I loved how my nails turned out. The only bummer part was after 5 days almost all my nails were already LIFTING! To pay almost 45 dollars for a full set and it only lasts 1 week...well that’s very upsetting. Probably will not go back again.😞

Love going here very affordable I only have been using Linh since golden nails she is very creative when it comes to her designs she has me in and out everytime

This place is horrible.. you tell them what you want and they complain about doing it. I wanted long nails and they say no its to long. (Im paying, so why does it matter) Their prices are outrageous.. they force a tip and include in the services. I paid $55 for short nails and told them how I wanted them and ended up with something I didnt want. My nails didnt turn out the way I wanted them . I will definitely NOT go back to this place. The owner is the one who thinks he knows what everyone wants and when you point out the flaw they get an attitude . They dont even deserve one star. I also asked how much and he told me 45 plus a tip.. so he made a $10 tip off real crappy work.. well played !

I only give this place one star and is just to write a review first off terrible terrible service I had a lady snatch my hands around didnt like that and my gel nails were not cool I give this a zero!! Those of Vietnamese ladies no better to speak their language while theyre talking about you!!

I cant speak for how well they do nails because i didnt stay long enough to find out. When i walked in they barely acknowledged and when they finally did, I attempted to ask if they did the metallic mirror nails and before I could finish my question the lady rudely told me to go pick a color from the wall. I looked up a picture of the design I wanted and went to the lady again and asked again and she didnt even look at my picture she just shook her head no. As I was walking out I said out loud, I guess people are rude here. And I happened to get a few other customers agree with me..terrible service and attitude.

Nails started lifting after 2 days . The gel polish had lots of bubbles. I do not recommend them at all.

Quick clean and ok on the price for my feet and nails, I also like the fact that they had a variety of colors espailly purple my favorite!!

Waited for half an hour while employees that were doing nothing just kept walking by like I wasnt there. My acrylic nails came out cute, but ended up with cuts and glue on my fingers. Also my real nails burn as if they are hyper disintegrate.

If I could I wouldnt give them no stars dont go here dont waist your money there rude and they do what they want they dont even ask you.. they had just finished painting my daughters nails when the lady comes and turned off the fan and I told her can she dry her nails she said Im done I said ok but she needs to dry her nails and she just walked away so rude and disrespectful and to top it off they are the worst nails I have ever had done there like in a rush n dont even do them right.. first and last time there

After being a long term customer, I came in WITH an appointment and it took over 3 hours for a mani/pedi. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks prior with the owner, because my normal person was out of town. Even though I was about 10 mins early for my appointment she decided to take 2 people in front of me. After being a loyal and well tipping client for over 10+ years, I will NEVER go back. Beware! Ps, when it sounds like they are criticizing and judging clients in their native tounge, they are.

They dont deserve one star Ive been a customer since I moved to Lancaster about a year ago never had any real problems until one day I took my disabled mother in the shop told the older lady that always sits at the front table that I wanted a gel manicure for my mother...I showed them the color she wanted and waited outside for her to be done not 10 min after we left her nails where all messed up...I new they couldnt have done a gel manicure like I asked so I took her back and the youngest girl in the shop went off on me and refused my service so disrespectful I will never go here again
