First off, the guy that did my pedi did an AMAZING job... lets just say I will NOT be going anywhere else for pedicures. He made sure my polish was perfect, his massage on my feet was so good. Thank you so much.

I went in today and the receptionist sat me down and started soaking my nails while I waited for someone to come over and remove the nails I currently had so that I could get a gel manicure. She told me about 10-15 minutes. It was almost an hour later the nail tech came over and asked me: “Did you need something?” I wanted to reply with… “I’ve been sitting here waiting for almost an hour… so yeah I need something.” I wasn’t curt. I stated that I needed to get my nails removed and a gel manicure. He looked at my nails and said… “ I don’t understand why you want them removed…” And not that I owed him an explanation but I explained that it had been over two weeks since I had got them done and since my nails had grown I wanted a fresh manicure. He continued to argue with me about it and then explained that soaking them in acetone wasn’t going to work unless he removed the top layer… so I had been sitting there all this time soaking my nails to be told that that was incorrect. He then started sanding them and while doing so he was shaking his head the whole time. Making comments about how I shouldn’t have done acrylics in the first place. How I should have done dipped (which by the way is what I did. The last nail tech gave me tips and dipped since my nails were too short.) and he keeps sanding them, soaking them, walking away and coming back, and I looked at the receptionist and asked “how long does it normally take to get nails removed?” And she was like “30 minutes. I don’t know why it’s taking him this long.” I started to get infuriated as more time passed and he continued to act like I was an inconvenience, shaking his head while doing my nails, and making me feel completely stupid. I start to cry when I get angry so I told the receptionist that I was just going to leave. She felt really bad and was so nice. I didn’t get charged but I won’t be going back.

I visited Home nail salon for the first time yesterday and everyone there was so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure that my nails looked consistent and beautiful. Very happy with the result and this will definitely be my go to salon in Lancaster!

This place was amazing. so kind and professional, they did a great job on my nails and i got exactly what i paid for. i was so shocked bc most other place in the area are just not great. i was also shocked when one of the lovely ladies massaged my hands and arm with a warm towel. i’ve never experienced such great service.

I was traveling and broke a nail, called this company and got right in. They were very friendly, customers already there were just as friendly and I was very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend this nail place to anyone local or passing thru.

Had 3 appointments today for my wedding party and they were extremely nice and we all love our nails!

Absolutely love this place! Friendliest people, super clean, and excellent work. My friend and I drive nearly an hour every 3 weeks to get our nails done. We couldnt be happier with them!

They were able to get me in for a full Powder Dip on short notice, friendly staff. I can be a little difficult - different colors, ombre, glitter - lol. But, they put up with my nonsense, and did a terrific job! Nails look great!

I got gel nails here and they were completely globed on... but I gave them the benefit of doubt that they were closing and let me in. So I went again for gel Acrylics. Globed on again, it is also crooked and looks really bad... I don’t think I’d go here again or recommend it. But they are really nice!

I got ombré nails. ombré was supposed to be like nude and then purple, instead i got bright pink and purple. i waited an hour after my scheduled time. i was forced to tip. which they later fixed. me and my friends nails each have some lumpy nails and crooked nails. the workers are nice and so was the interior but their rushed work wasn’t so nice. when i went back in to get the tip fixed they had yelled at me about my review and wouldn’t stop yelling at me.not to mention my pinky nail was burning for about 24 hours after my appointment. my friend got a basic full set ( should’ve been 40 bc he got a shape change) but he paid 61$. being honest i would save your money and go elsewhere until they figure out some different things.

I went here after hearing so many good things first visit was wonderful pricing very good (full set with gel polish 4 different colors) and nails were okay not the best but i liked that i could get them in such a short amount of time with the colors i wanted. Well second visit i decided to take my daughter for a surprise birthday gift and her nails turned out perfect. Everything she wanted but when it came time to pay all prices had changed and no one could explain the right price. All in all i paid and left and will not be coming back. They change the prices according to the week i guess.

Had an appt to get acrylic nails done, waited 25min after my appt time then they tell me its gonna be another 20 min. Then what was the point of making an appt.

I have ALWAYS had a fantastic experience at this salon. I always ask for Lynn, and it feels great to be remembered by name each time I call or come in. I have sent my mom, sister, and bestfriend here and they all are return customers because they have also had a fantastic experience! I would recommend this place to ANYONE, they are priced fairly and so friendly. This is without a doubt the best salon in Lancaster. I will never go anywhere else again. 💜

This was my first time ever getting a pedicure done and it was nothing t like I was expecting. The lady who did mine was extremely rough with my feet. She wasnt paying attention to what she was doing she was to busy talking and laughing with the lady working beside her. She scrubbed the bottom of my foot so hard she dropped the scrubber twice on the floor then picked it back up and continued scrubbing my foot with it to the point where she literally cut my skin open on the bottom of my right foot. Will not be going back.

Me, my sister, my daughter and niece went and all got full sets and I absolutely love this place. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice. I usually go to Nailart in Columbus but I’ve changed salons after today. This is by far the best full set I’ve ever gotten. Definitely will be back

Scheduled an appointment via Facebook. When I arrived, I was greeted, everyone was wearing masks, distanced, and handwashing was required before signing in. They were not overly busy, but each tech was with a client. They asked if I had decided on service wanted(I had commented that I was unsure when I scheduled my appt) and directed me to available colors. I had to wait maybe 10 minutes, which was fine because I was early. Very thorough, clean, painless and beautiful work! Price is perfect for the service requested. I will be returning and referring anyone in my area.

Very clean and relaxing. My nails look great. They actually spoke to me and carried on a conversation which was also nice. I havent been this happy with my nails in quite sometime. I will be going back.

A wonderful experience getting acrylic nails with gel polish. The technician was very friendly and professional. They need have a price chart hanging on the wall so there is no confusion at checkout. I will be getting my nails done here from now on!
