My stylists was awesome she was helping out the location. Did a fantastic job.

I walked in with 5 group home kids needing haircuts as soon as we walked in the lady was staring us down with a mad look on her face and asked with a attitude “did you even check in online” I replied no she then turn around with a nonchalant attitude “sign in on the kiosk you gonna have to wait 45 min”. The boys all looked at me with a uncomfortable look on there face. I told my boys let’s go to the one on Zebulon and they all gladly hopped up and walked out. We were greeted with respect at the one on Zebulon rode. You can tell the girl on riverside doesn’t want to be at work or make any money just rude. One of my boys that was first through the door stated she had an attitude talking to him and that made him not respond to her.

I just went to Sport Clips on Riverside for the very first time after cutting my own hair for nearly 10 years. My stylist was Holly and she made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She provided me with excellent service and great conversation! I’ve always been picky about the way my hair is cut, that’s why I’ve always done it myself but Holly got it perfect on the first try! I will be a regular at this location from now on and hope Holly will be available every time!! Exceptional service, perfect cut and awesome first time experience!! Location is great. Haircut was pretty good. The main reason for the average rating was the wait. Unreasonably long time to wait. Over 1hr an 45min b4 I got to sit it the chair.

I made the mistake of going to a different speedy hair cut place for my son, age 5, a few weeks ago and were met with subpar service, employees swearing in front of my family, and a wrecked cut.Tried and true, Sports Clips knows what’s up.This particular store had many lovely ladies who were so polite and attentive. The hairdresser listened carefully to what I wanted, asked questions to be clear, and gave him the clean look I was going for. Awesome! The store is tidy and smells nice and the customer service is great. I particularly love the online checkin feature which holds my spot when I’m on my way! So important with two little ones in tow! Thanks ladies! We will be back!

I love the haircuts my sons have received here. I think thats because they specialize in cuts for men/boys. If you use the app to check in you can save wait time which I really like. I havent been disappointed once by the cuts provided.

Worst place ever. None of them can cut at all. They don’t wash they’re hands. There not very skilled at doin anything out of the cookie cutter hair cuts and the boy toy hair. If you want a good cut go to a barber or a stylist

Honestly didnt know what to expect, being new to Macon area. Needless to say Sport Clips didnt disappoint, and Dawn is by far the best barber ever. Im still getting compliments on my haircut as if she just cut it this morning.

After spending 45 min getting my hair cut, she seem inexperienced cutting my hair, she dropped the clippers plenty of times and on top of that she cut me behind my ear and I started bleeding, she used their sanitized towels to clean the blood on my head. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!
