I had a great experience this morning at my appointment. I was seen for a routine cleaning and exam.The staff were courteous and efficient! Theresa, the hygienist, has excellent chairside manners! :-) I would definitely recommend Dr. Rashi and her staff to meet your dental needs! and YVETTE IS AMAZING! 🤩

Bright, clean, welcoming office with efficient and friendly staff. They are quick; weve never experienced a long wait. They are also adept at working with kids. The sign in the parking lot says Family Dentistry rather than Smile Care Group, so dont be confused.

Been going to Dr Rashi for years. Are staff are amazing. She came in one weekend by herself to fix a filling for me that fell out overnight. She answer the phone herself after hours and saw me the next day. She is very professional and really cares about her patients. Highly recommend her!

The smile car group is an amazing place to get dental work done. I had recently got 2 crowns put in and they look amazing and everyone compliments me on how good they look. The Staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable on what they are doing. Appointments are very easy to be scheduled and they are very efficient with their work. Highly recommend this place to get work done.

Amazing my husband, my kids, and myself all go here. My husband has had a lot of bad experiences with dentists but this place he loves so that says a lot. They are kind caring and professional which for me is a relief living in the city this place is like a breath of fresh air that was very much needed. I my self am terrified of needles i am a big baby and they handled it a lot better then most. THANK YOU

UnprofessionalNice staff, but bad experience. I went for cleaning ONLY and I never had any issues or pain, but the doctor replaced a filling for me two weeks ago and I suffered from a constant pain since that time, I had To go back to the office several times and had the doctor look at the teeth to fix issues, she fixed high fillings, rough areas but still the same pain, not sure what is wrong.and I still have the pain.and last visit 2 days ago she said that she could not do anything to me and she referred me to a specialist to check the nerve if it’s infected and to Evaluate if It needs Root canal.

The woman are all wonderful! the front office is professional and handles calls accordingly. I never really had to wait for my appointment, they were ready and set up. The dentist, she has saved me so much money and was always asking how I felt, she has a genuine care for her patients and I felt that. I would recommend this place to anyone

So this dentistry is by far NOT a dentist I would reccommend, the staff may seem nice and polite but the service provided for me was absolutley obsurd not exceptional nor was it either professional work.I regularly would see a dentist prior to Smile Care Group, every 6 months apart.From the 6 months space between needing a new provider because of my insurance change, I came in after that 6 month period and was informed that my teeth needed 16 cavaties filled. -ONLY 6 MONTH DIFFERENCE-In my childhood Ive had cavities and it was baby teeth for -only- 2 cavities that needed to be filled. Years later ...after no cavaties.. and what was a clean and clear mouth! I reported to Smile Care Group provider, and was told I have a total of 16 cavaties that needed to be filled. In less than a year... only a six month space of time from seeing a prior dentistry, who has been a excellent service provider to myself and family; this Smile Care group put me to shame.By drilling 16 dents and holes in around these supposed cavaties I could be suffering more in the future with 16 possible unnecessary fills drilled into my teeth and as of right now a filling has fallen out and half my tooth is exposed.Not showing me my own xrays of thus said cavaties that needed to be filled and filled them with cavity fillings that seriously dont even stay in my adult teeth, they are filed around my teeth so inappropriately that theres jagged spots around the filling and open ends to where the filling may fall off or have to eventually be replaced yet again.In my mind it was botch dentistry job just to have my insurance yet again pay for more invasive dental work in future.Also the scraping of teeth was horrible the assistant dentist woman had scraped my teeth til there was severe nerve pain, they say its necessary, though I dont believe that there was skill used because the scraping tool couldve been held more delicately and not so intrusive/ harshly done to my teeths sensitive enamal nor was the tool even properly used.The appointments Ive recieved from this dentist have actually made my life extremely painful and am terrified to even repeat a visit there.I would give it a 1 star just for verbal politeness but the respect given to me physically was an absolute 0.

I was very impressed of how beautiful the office is and how kind and friendly the staff members are! Doctor Rashi as well as her staff members, make sure that you feel comfortable and also understand what they are doing during your visit. I wouldnt take my family anywhere else! I absolutely love this office they get me appointments right away and they are always able to get me and my family in right away and the office is really nice and clean. The Dr is very nice and generous always explains the treatment.

After changing insurance, this was one of the few local providers. The doctor assessed me as needing 7 fillings. This is not a typo. After paying for a second opinion (out of pocket), my former dentist AND root canal specialist agreed only 1-3 fillings were necessary. This is by far the greediest dentistry around. I realize they only receive $50 for a filling from the state insurance program, but it is abhorrent to ruin my teeth for profit. Go for cleaning if you like, just avoid the female doctors analysis.

I was literally pulling into the parking lot 9 min after my appt n was told I had to reschedule, I have a newborn baby and ran into traffic on route 30. I was told more as long as I wasnt more than 10 min late. Total bs!!!!!

I called on a Saturday morning with a Dental EMERGENCY and they couldnt see me until MONDAY !REALLY ?!!!! Im glad hospitals dont do that !!!

These people are the absolute most rude, unorganized “office staff” ever! Let me start by saying, I’ve been coming to this office for years. I called and made my children appointments for teeth pain and they scheduled them like a month out! I continued to look around for other dentists who could possibly get them in sooner and ended up finding one. I called and canceled the appointments here at smile care group, explaining I found an office to see them sooner and they got so upset that they basically kicked my whole family out of the practice! I’ve been going there since I was like 7…I am now 30. If you are looking for a long term office, this is NOT IT! I highly suggest you keep looking unless your teeth are literally falling out! And even then, you’ll have to be gumming around for a month until they can squeeze you in!
