This dental place is nice to come to .I took my family there. The staffs is friendly and were kind to my family. I recommend this place and it will from now on be the dentist I come to. I will definitely move and i’m looking forward to have more appointments with them ! Very good place . Would recommend highly

Out of the 6 years coming here.I have never Experienced the 1hour and 55 minute wait time.But, if am 15 minutes late. I have to reschedule😳Spring break week. You had family with 4 to 5 kids and you allowed 2 family in front of us.They came in at 4 and 4:15 the one lady came out spoke spanish and then the family got up and went to the back.Should have a Better way to schedule.😠I Normally have a Great visit and staff on point.Someone was Missing Today.

Great place to visit, I’ve been bringing my children here for 3 years. Today I come in at 2:35 for my 3 o’clock appointment and it’s 3:40 and I’m still here and have yet to see a doctor. The scheduling needs to get better.

Sunny Dental is great we switched 4 years ago and have never looked back staff is friendly. It is always clean. The dentist care about you and your teeth. I would recommend it for the hole family.

Alonzo was nice and attentive! Service was sort of speedy especially for a Saturday. My kids loved the video games, TV and arcades available in the lobby. They also were excited about the free toothbrush being a spin brush! We will definitely make them our regular due to service and their close to the house. I also liked the up to date dental equipment used in their office! Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the time we waited to be called back but in their defense it was a Saturday which is probably their busiest day!!!

I would say Jessica Gallegos was an amazing representative from this location. I ran into her at the movie theater and she had such an amazing approach about this business and represented sunny dental very well. She explained everything I needed to know and answered every question i had. To top it off the office was amazing just as she explained. Hands down absolutely the best dentist office Ive ever visited. Not only was the staff extremely courteous and professional, but they also were able to talk my 10yo through the procedure keeping her very calm. They offer complimentary baskets for dental hygiene, with electric toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth washes, flissers... AND she even got to pick a costume and trick or treat bucket for the holiday. I will definitely be going back. They have made me feel irreplaceable as a patient.

Wonderful experience! Very peaceful waiting room with what looks to be a fun kids area. I didnt have to wait at all to be seen and staff was incredibly friendly and quick to work when my newborn started having a fit. One of the best dental visits I think Ive ever had. I debated whether or not I was going to write a review about my experience... Here we go:I called to schedule an appointment, and I arrived 10 minutes before said appointment to complete forms, etc... the staff was friendly, and they greeted me. My biggest problem was the wait time. It was 30 minutes later when they finally took me back to check my vitals and do x-rays. The girl assisting me was smacking gum (very unprofessional).When I finally make it to the back, I find myself waiting another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and seem to care about my well being. He asked a lot of medical questions. I liked that.Anyhow, I was extremely frustrated at that point, an hour and a half later and nothing being done yet.Now, why the 5 Stars, you might ask, because they acknowledged and took ownership of the problem. They were very apologetic, and made no excuses. My experience with the doctor was wonderful, and he was very meticulous.Thank you for making a terrible experience a good one at the end.

Great office! From the front staff to the back. It’s a 20 min drive from my house but it worth the drive! Doctors are amazing!! BEST of all I get to be in the room while my child is getting treatment.

My experiences with Dental Offices have all been the same. I work myself up with nerves and end up scared to death once I get there. I can say that my perception of a terrifying place has been replaced with a place of relaxation and comfort. Sunny Dental was very clean and spacious. As soon as I walked in, the front office staff made me feel welcomed. Once I sat in the chair, the nerves began to build but the back office staff did a wonderful job at calming me down and I was able to walk away with a pleasant experience. I would recommend Sunny Dental to everyone. I will definitely be back.

I took my three children in today for their over due 6months check up, not only did they schedule me in same day but completed all their treatment in a timely informative manner. Their customer service is great from check in to assistant chairside down to check out. The Dr’s are nice and make children feel comfortable during dental treatment. I’ve never seen anyone use a cheek massager when numbing.. and I was a dental assistant. My kids loved their visit we will be back in 6 months. Thank you!

They have games and movies. This office is the BEST for all kids. Even the grown kids...like me (the parent). I dont live close to Sunny Dental but I will definitely drive there for our dental needs.

The facility is clean and modern looking. The receptionist and staff makes you feel welcomed. They will work with you on your copays. You are able to watch movies on a television hanging from the ceiling while being treated, a plus for my kids. To keep children entertained if needed while waiting, they have a game and theatre room. I recommend this place to anyone searching for a dentist and wants honest answers.

Sunny is a great place. The waiting room was bright and welcoming. It was spring break and we were served hot dogs, popcorn, and bottled water. The tv was playing a movie, Capt. America. The kids were in the game room that was catered specifically for kids. Technicians were courteous and helpful. They explained everything wonderfully and were flexible in treatment plans. Overall wonderful experience.

Just literally left this office and was so comfortable and happy with the services, I made my husband an appointment before I departed. I also have my nephew and he WANTS to come back to the dentist. They did say that with written parent permission someone else could bring the child. This is very convenient but make sure to CALL and verify your own instance. The rooms have clear patio sliding doors which offers transparency for parents with small children that cant actually be in the room for whatever reason. Jocelyn actually allowed my nephew to select his own movie since he didnt want to watch the one playing. I watched with him!!!! They have a screen over the reclining chairs as well as on the walls! I didnt expect much from a last minute dental appointments but I am so happy that Dr. Keith Simon and the staff of Sunny Dental gave me so much more than the norm in terms of service. Oh did I mention that have play areas for the kiddos with 3, yes 3 game systems and a tv specifically for them as well. I am detailed but Sunny dental deserves the praises and for the record no I was not paid they are just that good.

Staff is great cant say anything bad about them. What really ticks me off is that we have appointments set up months before and they never get us in at that time. Make us fill out paperwork again, and wont call us in at the appointment time. Why make appointments then? I get here at least 15 min prior to my appointment yet they can never get me in on time.
