Office staff is nothing less than great, professional yet REAL and personable. Dr. Ney, although slightly unconventional in his appearance, is the epitome of a caring, professional and knowledgeable dentist. Searched for his relatively new practice out based on getting to know him through a prior practice that he worked for solely based on his care and personality. I would HIGHLY recommend Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster and Dr. Ney to anyone AND everyone!

After a bad experience at my former dentist I was looking for somewhere new to go and decided to try personalized dentistry. The office was clean and beautiful. Everyone was so friendly and professional! I had such a good experience and this will definitely be my new dental office!

This is the easiest 5-star rating Ill ever give a business. And its also the most deserving. I was looking for a new dentist a while back as my new dental provider had limited offices that accepted my insurance. That was a blessing in disguise. PDOL pride themselves on being personal and honest. The lobby and offices are spotless everytime I visit. Dr. Ney is thoughtful in his approach explaining everything in your x-rays on your first visit. I was so pleased with the experience I got over the dread of going for a cleanup. I actually enjoy them and cant wait for my next one. Ive recommended family members and coworkers to visit Dr. Ney. After their first visit, theyre so ecstatic about the experience they cant stop raving. Granted, the people Ive recommended are particular with dentists so they wont go to just anyone. If that (along with all the other 5 star reviews) isnt enough to visit the best dental office in Lancaster, I dont know what is.

I hadn’t been to the dentist before yesterday in almost a decade and I already have a follow up appointment set up so that’s about as good as you can get. Fantastic people and extremely clean space inside.

Not your typical dental experience!! From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel at ease in PDOLs bright and very nicely decorated lobby/waiting area. Does not feel at all like youre in a dental office. When youre taken back to the dental cleaning/exam room, youll notice right away it is 100% state of the art. Dr. Ney is extremely professional and does a great job making you feel comfortable and relaxed and explains anything that needs to be explained and answers any and all questions you might have. The name, Personalized Dentistry of Lancaster, fits the experience. I will recommend this dental practice to all of my friends and family. TOP NOTCH!!!

Going to the dentist is always such a horrible experience for me. It’s super hard for me to find someone nice, accommodating, and with a wonderful atmosphere. This place met everything I wanted. They took me in at a short notice and they were super helpful and nice. Definitely making this my permanent dentist.

I am BEYOND impressed with the treatment I received at my first visit! I had not been to the dentist in years, and needless to say I was very nervous because I knew my mouth was going to need some extra attention. Dr. Ney was SO GENTLE and PATIENT with me! And his wife provided such great costumer service from the moment I called in to make an appointment! I would recommend this practice to anyone!

The word I would use to describe Dr Neys attention is “Excellent” !! Extremely attentive and careful with the entire procedure he did. In general, the entire team including his wife who welcomes you very kindly and his assistant make you feel in a very comfortable environment. If I could give Personalized Dentistry 10 Stars I would. This is a family owned and operated place of business where you are not just a client. I have been dealing with tooth pain for quite some time and Dr. Nye explained everything from beginning to end. Dr. Nye reached out to me on his off hours, as I proved to be a difficult case, to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be . This practice has gone above and beyond and I am so thankful I found them. Pricing is spectacular along with the friendliness of the staff. I can not recommended this business enough!

My first experience at Personalized dentistry was excellent. Easy, convenient scheduling and a user friendly website for online paperwork submission. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office itself is brand new with state of the art equipment. Dr. Ney was great, he took his time to explain things and did as excellent job evaluating and cleaning. I highly recommend this new office, Lancaster is lucky to have them.

For several years now, I have been so fortunate to have Dr. Erik Ney as my dentist. He and his staff are friendly and compassionate, and I completely trust his work. His new office is just beautiful and truly state of the art! Using his latest technology equipment, I was able to have a new crown made right in his office in under an hour. Amazing!
