Excellent and convenient detailing. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I will absolutely use them again! I got the silver package including engine detailing, and now my cars look brand new!

I had an appointment and he didnt show, call, or reply to texts. He seemed to have alot of good reviews so it was disappointing that this was the outcome.

I feel conflicted about this post. I had Reflections coming about once a month. Everything was great. They we’re super nice, good price, very professional. Then something changed. I had to reschedule because there were 2 deaths in my family back to back. They were immediately cold and I knew something had changed. I tried to schedule a car wash for months and I was ghosted by them. After stalking them I eventually got an appointment. I knew that they weren’t coming. I confirmed with them the day before they said exactly this, “yup coming at 1pm”...and they never showed up and never returned my texts and calls. It’s sad really.

John is a great detailer. I own a 2016 Modded Subaru WRX with a couple Aero Kits. Let me just say.... 10/10, my car was 76k miles and it looks fresh out the lot!

They did an amazing job to my car, although it did take a while and there was a small issue with one of the water pumps, they still got the job done and more! Im calling them again when I need another good shampooing!!!

I contacted them and made an appointment for a wash, contacted them the morning of the appointment to verify and they did, the lady on the phone even made it clear how important the appointment time is as well, just for them not to show up, no call, or anything . When I called again I never got an answer back .

After rescheduling 2 times on the day they were suppose to come, a half hour past there second rescheduled time they did not show up or call. I sent a text to just cancel all together. Their loss, we have a fleet of vehicles that need washing bi weekly. On to the next one.
