The guys here are all so welcoming and nice! I got that old-school family neighborhood feeling! Brought my truck here in kinda bad shape and they detailed inside and out beautifully... My truck is perfectly shiny and the windows are crystal clear! Was pleasantly surprised and reccommend coming here for a great hand detail job!! Great service all around for super low prices compared to most detail shops!

I decided to try them out after reading the reviews and because my car was disgusting after neglecting it for a few months. The guys were incredibly nice and they did an amazing job. The price was great, especially since it is a hand wash and they’re not running it through the machines. I’m so glad I decided to stop here and I will definitely be coming back. 👍🏽👍🏽

Had my car washed there on 4/18/19 and received great service. K.D was incredibly polite and did an amazing job detailing my truck. When it was done, it drove like a brand new truck. Will definitely be going back.

Terrible service. Told it would be done by 2, wasnt done until 430. Get there to pick it up and he tells me to check it out like they did something good, lifted the back seat, nothing vacuumed or cleaned. Says my floormats are wet because they shampooed them so I run my hands across it, full of dirt. Then he tries to charge me 200 dollars for it and when I complain he takes off 25 bucks. Bunch of crooks, shouldve known by the part of town I was in. Wont get my business again and do not recommend them to anyone, ever. I couldve done a better job myself in half the time

I have had my pickup washed here a few times now. While this place is definitely old school and may not be anything fancy you get what you pay for- a great car wash for a very reasonable price by friendly and caring people.They have definitely earned my loyal business.

Worst experience ever at a car wash. I wanted to try this local black owned business.1.) The entrance was blocked...a sign was at the curb saying exit only....had to park next door at the bbq place.2.) I walked over and was greeted somewhat professional by the younger teen who was working on another car. I ask about full detail with carpet shampoo. The employee directed me inside the office to another employee who I assumed was the owner. He was cutting hair like a barber shop in back office. The room smelt strong like marijuana smoke. I chose to wait outside.3.) About 13 mins later the guy came out to look at my car to give a price quote. He looked at the vehicle and gave price of $75 but explained that he was very business and cant do it right away. It was just before 3pm at the time of quote and he said that he could get it done by 6pm or 6:30pm. I said great, called my wife to come and pick me up as I left the car.4.) I came back at 6:40pm same day and the car had been move but nothing else, no wash, no carpet shampoo, nothing. I went inside and he was still cutting hair. I ask for my key to truck and left. A complete waste of my time. By the time I went to another wash in Desoto it was too late for them to except a detail service. WOW!!!5.) To make matters worse I had to except being push aside from a car wash for hair cutting.... The sign on the building says New Creation Hand Car Wash NOT hair cutting.I would not recommend this company for any service due to lack of customer service and integrity (do what you say you will do).**** Its sad because it seem like they do good hand car washes.****We want to support businesses in Lancaster....come on business owners provide the value to the market place. Lets make Lancaster great again.
