Walked into the store after getting an estimate and was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. No—one was wearing a 😷 either. Wearing a mask is essential in the workplace to prevent Covid transmission!! Price of flooring was reasonable but I was totally turned off.

Good selection, helpful staff. We had carpet, wood floors and tile installed by these people. Their installer was the best we have seen. They seem selective about their installers which is good for the customer. They have an actual store with product for you to see as opposed to no store and just brochures as found with other vendors. No negatives about this company.

I wish my experience could mirror all the others here. My contractor sent me to West Georgia to have my floors put in in my new home. The air conditioning system had not been installed when the guys came out to install the floor, instead of refusing to install the floors they did it anyway, therefore causing a lot of hollow spots in The floor. They did come out 2 times to repair the floor but the guys did not get all of the hollow spots and now they’re refusing to make it right. They are trying to blame other things such as the foundation which really has nothing to do with the problem. I would never recommend them they have turn out to be crooked and not to stand behind their work. I did nothing wrong here and it was their fault installing the floor in a unairconditioned environment which Phillip admitted to me. Now Im stuck with a 8000 dollar floor that has hollow spots all in it. BEWARE of these people!

We were coming from out of town to fix up a rental property we owned and called West Georgia Flooring to come out and give us an estimate for replacing all of the flooring in the home. We were so impressed with Phillip and his professionalism as well as the fair pricing that we chose to do business with them immediately. They promptly had all of our flooring taken care of and all of the installers were fantastic to deal with. We could not be happier with them and they made the process so easy fo us!

Great company! By far the most cost-effective service and product in town.Carla was patient while we picked out our floor. She answered all of our questions and allowed us to take home samples to verify that it matched.The installers (Justin and crew) were knowledgeable and efficient. I shopped around all of the flooring stores (to include the discount store down the street) and West Georgia Flooring has the best prices on current (not discontinued) floors. Beyond the prices is service unlike anyplace else! I told them that I wanted to lay the floors myself. Rather than try to sell me on their installation, they gave me tons of advice, tips, and encouragement to help me with the installation. That in itself proves that they care more about their customers than just profit! When I get ready to lay tile in my bathroom, I will look no further than West Georgia Flooring!
