Good first impression, but it didnt last. Didnt show up for scheduled appointment, doesnt answer phone or return calls. Very disappointed.

Cindy Hupp,You failed to mention that you had a Contract signed by Servpro. Mitigation had already started and your experience with that company was bad. You called Ocd restoration to come and inspect the loss that was already in contract by another company, We Arrived for initial inspection. We are sorry that you feel that way about our company but again we explain that that is a conflict of interest.
