Re-Bath remodeled our 1990s master bathroom and we were very pleased with the outcome. There was a large selection of options, styles, and colors to choose from. Construction started right on time and finished within two-weeks. Re-bath operated as the general contractor - arranging for painters, electricians, and even the township building inspector. Shout-out to our installer, Roberto. Suggest you ask for him by name! He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the renovation.One disappointment - upfront pricing was somewhat opaque, meaning Re-Bath sales flatly refused my request to itemize each component. Theirs was a fixed, no surprise pricing method. They did stick to this pricing promise, however, even when the job gained complexity during demolition.

Excellent presentation and personable sales person. We ordered a bathtub to shower conversion and are very much looking forward to the completion of the project. Our objective is to make the shower more accessible and safe as we are getting a little older and wish to stay in our home as long as possible. This will be a luxurious necessity.

Our sales rep Christian was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as he walked us through each step of our bathroom remodel. He was able to show us both a digital and an actual sample of each item in our new room. The selection of fixtures, shower doors, sinks and flooring was outstanding and seemed almost limitless. The quality of each item was excellent as well. We received a firm quote on the spot. We were extremely impressed with the entire experience and can’t wait until our new remodel happens in October. He was so smooth and confident in his sales approach, before I knew it, i was picking out everything that made up a beautiful walk in shower. Complete bathtub replacement including tub, sliding doors, faucets, drain, tub walls, tub shelving. The sales rep, Ryan, was knowledgeable & friendly. Took time to answer all our questions. Never seemed rushed to move on. William, the on site technician, was very professional. Kept us in the loop when water was going on/off. He put foot covers on every time for walking outside of their floor cover. It’s the small things that make the difference. The service is lifetime warranty which is a great value for us.

I am extremely happy with my new bathroom!! Jeremy was our sales guy and he helped me through the whole process. Rebate did a shower remodel for us yesterday and I don’t often write reviews, but I felt compelled to after being so pleased with the experience. My husband and I have only ever done one other large project to our home in the last five years and the other project went so horrible with the installation we were hesitant to ever go through it again, however our master bath shower was in much need of upgrading and so we went to Lowe’s who put us in touch with Re-bath. The gentlemen who came out for the consult was so respectful, informative and honest. We were sold mainly on his explanation of the company’s satisfaction guarantees and using trusted and quality people to do the install. From submitting the project to start date I received many forms of communication to let me know when supplies were in and when the install was expected. Everyone in the office I spoke to was so pleasant and never made me feel like a bother. When it came to the installation this week the gentleman was absolutely incredible. He was in our home for three days and he was so respectful of our space and made sure to communicate regularly with us. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to do such a big project for us. The quality is incredible. We have a VERY tiny bathroom and we were mainly just looking to have a better shower than what had been put in, but we got that and more. It is beautiful. It’s rare to find companies that hold to their word and take such pride in what they do but I can tell that re-bath is one of those companies and I understand why the big name stores work with them. I thought having our bathroom remodeled would be a nightmare but I actually enjoyed the process. Start to finish they were professional. The installers were awesome. It was not an easy project as our home is almost 200 years old. They respected the age of our home. And they were so quiet!

Shane did an outstanding job. He was always on time and put in full days. He followed the COV-ID procedures, always wearing a mask, door closed and window opened in bathroom. Every night he made sure everything was clean before he left. He explained things politely and was always helpful. Since we only have one bathroom he always made sure we had a working toilet before he left. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and his professional manner. Our old tub was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. Josh did an awesome job.Very professional. Cleaned up. Was careful of our floors and other fixtures.

One of the workers entered our bedrooms, without permission or need, doors were closed.They were keeping their stuff, etc. in our living room. The reason I was told was that there wasnt enough room in the bathroom or hall. I was told that he decided to put the toilet 🚽 and sink in our sons room instead of the master bedroom, which was better and they covered the rug, somehow he felt this was justified. Again they had our whole living room, which had ample room to put everything. He stated that he did this all the time with no issue. I asked him if he always went into other customers bedrooms, he didnt say he had permission, he replied the doors were open. Either way open or closed, ours were closed, doesnt justify this behavior. He also had previously asked if we were empty nesters and if our bedroom was upstairs, where bathroom was being remolded. That evening my husband put locks on the bedroom doors and he wasnt permitted to return.Also, it didnt pass inspection the first time.In the future we apparently need to set job site boundaries, which should be common sense. Also, make sure doors have locks for privacy.This was a very disturbing experience.

ReBath reworked a small bathroom off the den of our house. It hadnt been updated since the 70s. The project manager did a thorough job of outlining the work and costs. The project went ahead on schedule. They scheduled a pre-work visit to double-check measurements. The project completed on time. They did a great job, and we will definitely use them again for future work.

Rebath replaced our old tub & shower with a brand new shower enclosure. The sales portion of the project had a few minor hiccups, but the installation process was completed without any problems. The installers from ReBath were super professional and very accommodating. They were quick to point out any issues that came up and it was nice to collaborate with them.

The work they did was good they did it in 2 days which you cant find that alot. However i did experience a problem, they got rid of my shower head when specifically asked them not to. I quickly contacted them and they resolved the problem with a day.

RE-BATH did a great job for us. We had two showers redone and the same guy did both jobs one week apart. He was very patient with our questions and did an awesome job keeping the pathway to the bathrooms clean with rugs and tarps down on the floor. He cleaned everything up each night before leaving for the day and arrived promptly each day. He explained the cleaning needs of the product and assured us that we should feel free to call RE-BATH for any concerns in the future.

We had Re-bath & More convert our master bath tub/shower into a larger walk-in shower. Our specifications included two separately controlled shower heads, an auxiliary hand-held shower head, four shelves, and a 24 hand rail.The installers were professional, pleasant, and maintained a tidy worksite. As a former construction worker, I knew that they knew what they were doing! The project, including the removal of the old tub/shower, took only two days to complete.Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the finished product and consider Re-bath & More both reputable and worthy of this review.My only negative point was that I felt the price to be a bit high, but, as they say, You dont always get what you pay for ... but you always pay for what you get. In this case, QUALITY!

Justin was up front, no pressure with his sales approach, and gave honest opinions of what would work best for me in a cost savings way. No hard upsell, just a good solution to the problem I had in front of me. We recently had our tub/shower replaced. It may have been more expensive than a contactor, but I really appreciated the to-the-penny price without any surprises. There were some unexpected issues that a contractor certainly would have increased the price for. The installer (Roberto) did a great job. The job was done in 1.5 days, two weeks earlier than they originally scheduled. The lifetime warranty is also great. I would recommend.

From start to finish, the various team members were very careful and clear to identify exactly what we wanted. Andys installation was very efficient. I highly recommend if you have only one bathroom and dont want to be without it for long. That said, the price was high so you will definitely be able to find contractors with a lower rate. You will just have to determine how much time you can spend without a bathroom because all Re-Bath does are bathrooms and so you know what youre getting and you get it efficiently done. For me, a review of this nature requires time because the real value will be determined years later when I see whether or not the products and installation hold up as promised. As of now, I am pleased.

Ripping out my old bathroom that had Re-Bath products. Counter top wasnt secure by any means except the side splash piece and where it was caulked to the wall in the back. There is not any moisture barrier or even dry wall behind the laminate tub. Behind the mirror the wrong thickness of drywall was used that bowed in and the dry wall was cut too small so there was an inch gap and then drywall tapped over. Im not sure if the previous owners wanted a quick and cheap install, but this is just shameful. Not sure when it was installed but cabinets and bathtub say Re-Bath.
