If I could give them zero stars I would! First they raise my homeowners insurance a $112 a year, never notified us. We never even made a claim on it. So we switched to USAA which was $500 cheaper a year. My husband called and cancelled our policy. While on the phone, Carol insulted my husband numerous times and told him that he did not know what inflation was, she then used the example that a gallon of milk doesnt cost what it did 10 years ago and with Allstate the insurance policies are always increasing 1 to 3%. She told us we would have the money bank in our account no later than the following Wed. Wednesday came and no money. So we called and they said sorry they wrote you a check and sent it out last Friday and it came from Cincinnati. Well now we are on this Friday Jan 17th and still no money. I called and spoke with Carol. She told me that they sent out check on the 10th. They could not do anything until 14 days. I asked for another phone number. She told me she would not give it to me and was VERY rude, acting like she hates her life. And now I am stuck here without my 6 months of auto insurance and it seems maybe Carol stole my money.
