I was with All state with Lindy for a couple years and things were good till yesterday I tried to get a hold of Lindy to discuss my policy and Myra who works there kept me waiting from 9a-5p and never got back to me. As I called 15min to 5 she kept denying my calls or putting me on hold till they closed. I never got an answer and I switched my agency immediately after this treatment. I speak for myself when I say they give All state a horrible look and I dont recommend getting insurance here.

It was time to renew my insurance policy. Was surprised it jumped 40 dollars! I have a super clean driving record, so there was no excuse other than greed. Was w Allstate for 20 years. Until now. I am with Geico, and my insurance is 109 a month. Much better than the 140 at Allstate. So much for customer loyalty, as I have the same amount of loyalty toward them as they do me. ZERO.
