Great customer service

I came across this place looking for some home owners insurance and got helped immediately. Service was outstanding and will for surely tell my friends and family to go there.

Was transfered to this agent about a month ago then there was a credit card charge made to our account that we did not authorize. My husband called him and asked to remove the automatic payment we prefer to log in monthly and make the payment. Now a couple days later I get two letters in the mail that we owe $25 because the payment didnt go thru and the other saying that our policy is cancelled!!! Because a payment that WE DID NOT AUTHORIZED was made towards our account!I personally have made numerous attempts to contact oswaldo and it was forward to voicemail. I would not recommend this agent and has been reported to the Corp.
