I would recommend anyone looking for great service and insurance needs to Marco Salinas and his team. Marco was kind enough to explain all the coverages in detail. I did not know about the coverage until i switched over. Highly satisfied with my coverages.

Very unprofessional. I was hung up on and lied to by the receptionist and agent. Called over a month about my policy that the agent Marcos Salinas had changed. He himself told me my bill would be 20 dollars cheaper instead it was around 50 more. When I called about the policy he kept giving me the run around and couldnt answer any of my questions. Called for over a month and still couldnt get a response. I finally called the 1800 number and they told me everything I needed to know something he couldnt do for me. Then refused to give me corporates number. Also stated that my card would be stopped so no money would be removed and guess what they still took my money out of my account. Ive never had such a bad experience in my life. I would never go back to that agent I had to change agents so I can get the proper treatment from a real professional. I do not recommend this state farm to anyone unless ur looking to get robbed and disrespected by employees who are suppose to be working with you not against you.

Do NOT use this location they are terrible!!!!! Ive never had so many mistakes screw ups or problems w state farm since I got here to pa nearly a year ago. I was told that Marco him self would review one particular problem and would personally get back to me. He never did. Please dont waste your time or hard earned money with these folks. I asked why is my insurance so high given I have a perfect driving record and was basicly told If you dont like it go else where!!!! Apparently they dont need anyone and can make it for the foolish who decide to use them... I am seriously considering leaving state farm all together because of this expierence.

Very happy to be back with State Farm. The treatment they gave me was excellent. And I recommend them, so that they are part of such good insurance. They explain everything step by step, and clarify your concerns. And they speak Spanish.
