Never had an issue with them. Cheap insurance for both my vehicles.

I wasnt satisfied with my auto insurance with farmers, that I finally decided to search for a new quote. I know how it is at times when we just dont want to deal with having to search for new quotes and when calling different places it becomes time consuming and dealing with new people is not always comfortable, at times it becomes hassle. I came into gladstone insurance agency to check if they could offer me a better rate, they searched from multiple insurance rates, I was shocked and very pleased with their staff, specially when I saved over 700$ a year. One star because the guy had good customer service EVENTOUGH ! he messed up when singing me up in a policy. You cannot put your credit card for automatic payment which I learned through a letter in the mail after my payment bounced back and I got charged for that plus the policy terminated my insurance. They are terrible at informing you about the insurance itself if you dont read absolutely everything they wont tell you. But they will say sign here here here. Terrible place. Do not go there.

The directions are close to being accurate, however there is NO NEED TO PASS CHALLENGER & MAKE A U TURN. Coming from my directions (by 3rd & J avenue) SIMPLY MAKE A LEFT ON CHALLENGER THEN A RIGHT INTO FIRST PARKING LOT. ITS CLOSER & EASIER.
