My wife and I had our home and auto coverage reviewed by this agency to make sure things were up to date and at the best cost. We received expert, courteous care by Haley, who went over our current policies, compared them, answered all our questions and brought us a proposal that we could not pass up. She was able to get the same exact coverage we had with another company at a greatly reduced cost to us. Her service and help were superb. This agency has been good to work with, friendly, informative and there has been no pressure to do anything other than what we felt best.

I called my Ohio StateFarm agent yesterday, Agent Jesse Jones and there was a savior that happened to be on duty that day and was the one to take my call. That was Barbara. Barbara was, to be Frank and pointed…simply wonderful!!. I needed a policy quickly and very specific documentation put together for me and Miss Barbara, despite my nagging and impatient attitude, more than rose to the occasion. She was so knowledgeable and patient and best part she was fast. Even after round two of my document requesting diva of a company named (insert your company or bank or financial institution that turns a little Mariah Carey on occasion….you know you have one) she was more than willing to go back and invest more time and expel more patience and energy on me and my need. She stopped everything she was doing for me. While she may have been in the red ( Speaking from a revenue or return stand point) on paper for this unplanned and no warning project I threw on her plate without so much as a good morning she was decidedly and without question (and Much to my relief, delight, and wallet) in the green on the Good Neighbor meter. There are not too many companies anymore you can 1) dial a 10 digit number 2) the phone rings 3) a real live human being answers on ring one or two. 4) that human knows their job well enough to take your non-standard request and run with it to resolution 5) you are smiling after you hang up 6) taking a site further …. Not only smiling but you find yourself pondering the experience as if the interaction and outcome could be used later in life as the miracle in a canonization investigation but in all actuality was just a good person who knew her job and cared enough to step up to go above and beyond…just like a Good Neighbor would.

I called and got Haley, she had a quote for our condo and car within an hour. we saved $600.00 because she took the time to ask questions to confirm we could get the best policies at the most reasonable prices. We went to the office and met Jessie Jones who is the agent. he welcomed us and give us more important information concerning our needs. wow, customer service at the finest.

First off I actually talked to a human, not some automated thing that makes you press multiple numbers and say 4 phrases to get in touch with someone. Everyone was kind and and talkative, but professional at the same time. It was the best service I’ve ever come across. The atmosphere in the building is also very nice and it was very clean. Super nice people 10/10 would recommend!!

I wanted to change insurance companies and I called State Farm for a home and auto quote. I spoke with Barbara who was very personable and professional.
