Just a few mins ago..My fiancé and I walked inside this nail shop. We stood in the door way for more than 30 seconds while 5 to 6 staff members just looked and us and didn’t say anything. One staff members looked as if she was going to walk up to us but then sat down at a station and started working on some women’s feet. We then turned around and walked out the door. Once we started walking out that’s when a staff member tried to talk to us. We ended up going across the street to the Luxury Nail Bar where they greeted us as soon as we walk in the door and everyone working there was busy with a customer and was still able to greet us. With everything going on in the world these day. People need to learn to be more kind and respectful with one another. Especially when it comes to a customer that’s coming to your place of business. I hope this experience never happens to anyone else. We will never come to this place again and now will give Luxury Nail Bar across the street our business. Take care of your customer and your customer will take care of you! God bless!!!!!!

The longest and healthiest my nails have ever been are from my experience here. They shaped them well and have so many colors. They are detailed and truly take their time, I’ll keep coming back.

It was ok. Not the worse but staff a little robotic and I didn’t like that I was charged for something extra and wasn’t informed. I don’t think of going back unless I am desperate for a fill. I come to Hawaiian Gardens to Fabulous nails. It’s a small shop and they treat you like family.

This place is super clean and everyone is very nice. I really enjoy going here.

Awful. They cut my toe during the pedicure. They didnt even do my cuticles during the manicure. I asked for chrome nails, the guy brought out the powder & everything for them & then decided he couldnt be bothered because they were getting busy. He just gave me a gel set & didnt even put the color I asked for on. When I tried to talk, they just ignored me.Only reason I didnt insist they fix my nails correctly is because I didnt want the people I was with to have to wait longer for me.I will NEVER go back & will actively tell others not to go

Tell me where can I go and not be ignored. The reason: I need 1 nail 💅 Also Im a returning customer. Was planning to bring 3 grils 2morrow for my daughter bday. Of course cancelling that appointment also.Nice ppl but is worthless if u are in front of the line and pushed back 4 spaces ( 10-20 min waiting turns into 60 min easily )

Took my niece to get her nails done. She waited a full hour to get someone to help her. Upon asking for a MANAGER The lady asked why. Clearly if Im asking for manager, Im not satisfied as a customer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here, their customer service is the worst Ive seen so far. No apology was made, no one even bothered to ask if there was anything to make the situation better.

The best nail spot ever ! Mimi did my manicure and she is good at what she does. Trang did my pedicure and she did a really good job. It was first time coming and I will be coming back. They also gave me a really good massage. Happy feet!

I’ve been going here for 14 years now and not off and on trying other shops in between. I am a dedicated patron this is the only place I get my acrylic gel manicures and regular pedicures. Sandy the owner is amazing. She is friendly, keeps the shop tidy even when they are busy and she always has the time to stop and say hi. Andy, Trang, Vivian, Vicky, Mimi and Sarah are my personal favorites. But no matter who is working on you, you won’t be disappointed and if something isn’t right they will fix it right then and there - just ask! Become a regular and watch the extra perks come too (wink wink).

I enjoyed my time here! Didnt call in so I waited at most 20 minutes since it was busy. She was gentle with my sunburn on my legs and asked lots of questions to make sure I was satisfied! She also checked my toes for dry polish which was really nice tbh. Very happy with the results!

This is the only place that I will have my nails and toes done. I dont go anywhere else. They make you feel special and cared for.

Been coming here since my junior year in HS (2005). Always on point. Mimi, Vivian and Quincy are the best they can do any shape and style perfect. And they are super sweet and hospitable.

This place is great! I am from out of town and just stubbled upon it. Its clean, staff is nice and friendly. Great pedicures, I spent a little extra for a few things and it was well worth it! Definitely recommend!

Terrible place, acrylic nails come off within a week and they hurt even if you touch them lightly. The dip powder nails come off in no time and chip very easily. Do not recommend

I wouldnt give this place any stars!!! Horrible!! Do not go here!!! They are not a clean place!!! I went here for a pedicure and I got paronychia (skin infection) worst place Ive ever been to! Had to see doctor today and she put me on antibiotics! Urge people not to go here would hate to see somebody else go thru this pain and discomfort!
