I went into this shop this past Sunday to inquire about the price for a fill, regular polish and I was told it would be $17. This morning I called to make an appointment and asked if the price I was quoted of $17 was still the price the lady said yes so I went. Problem #1, they dont speak English which makes it difficult to communicate. Problem #2 when the lady finished and I was about to pay she wrote $20 and I told her that, that was not what I was told they claimed manager wasnt there to ask but I said I would only pay what I was told. Its not so much the amount but it seems they like to raise the prices once your in there which tells me theyre not honest people and if your going to have a business for the general public then please learn English! I will not go back to this shop and would advise everyone to be cautious. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Couldn’t get anyone to answer phone and finally late in the day a lady did answer and said she would call me back and did not.Bad business,apparently doesn’t care about customers.

Clean, friendly, and not too expensive. Comfortable chairs and very accommodating, but my hair got caught under nails 2days after, polish peeled off 4days after. Good service and not to expensive but still kinda not worth it.

Been coming here for years. Clean and really good pedicures.

My experience here was a wonderful facility of professionals. Their pricing isnt the most inexpensive facility in town. However there talents are so very wonderful and the professionals assisting us were very kind and engaging.

Horrible service...liars! Went in today to get a mani-pedi. Two customers were getting nails done and one worker was sitting down on her phone. I was told when I arrived if I could wait 10 minutes and I said ok. Worker fills up water for pedicure and Im sitting there waiting. Twenty minutes later, Im still waiting and they start working on someone else. Dont know where she came from. After 20 min, I told the worker Id been told to wait 10 minutes and she tells me another worker was on her way to do my nails. I then asked, why did this other lady tell me 10 min if it was going to be longer? She apologized and reiterated someone else was on their way. Needless to say, I left, wet feet and all. Not going back there!

Ive been coming to this nail salon for over a year and love it my favorite person there is Emily. She is awesome and attentive to detail . I hope I never have a bad experience like the previous salon I use to go.

Sky is so great, she makes me feel welcomed and always pays close attention to detail!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Im ONLY GIVING IT A 1 STAR BECAUSE IT WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO GIVE IT NONE.... I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO GET HER EYEBROWS AND LIP WAXED AND THE OWNER (LADY) BURNED MY DAUGHTERS LIP. MY DAUGHTER IS 15 YRS OLD AND TEENS ARE VERY SELF CONSCIOUS ABOUT APPEARANCE... WELL THE OWNER DID IT. WHEN I TOOK MY DAUGHTER IN SO SHE CAN SEE WHAT SHE HAD DONE TOO HER SHE DENIED IT!!! SHE HAD THE NERVE TOO SAY THAT I HAD TAKEN HER ELSE WHERE AND WAS TRYING TO PIN IT ON HER!!! HOW STUPID IS THAT!! HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY WHAT SO EVER..... I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!WARNING ::::: SNAKE WILL BITE!!

Spa is covered in plastic and you can pick your polish from the wall and not off a chart.
