Bring my wife here for her nails and toes. Thay did a great job?

This place is hit and miss. They had a girl wait 40 minutes as other later arriving customers were serviced. When she mentioned it, no one responded and she left. Last time i asked for no gel the lady tried her hardest to give me gel. They tried to charge my 10 year old adult prices. So i always give businesses a 2nd try. So far its still mediocre by far. Theres still a lot to learn about customer service and client service order here.

Kathy is amazing, I rarely wax my brows, she made it happen. By the way, lets all be grateful theyre open during Covid-19. THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN. If they tell you its a 20min way, its not ...its more like 1hr to 1.5hhr wait, but they do a good job ...for the most part.

Really busy but worth the wait

I came here before and thought, not too bad. But today was not a good day. The person who did my pedicure did not do a good job. When I informed about the last pedicure i had here she said they didnt do a good job which is kind of funny because I loved my last pedicure better than this one. Going to look for a new place. 😑😑😑

Lady not only overcharged my mom for manicure and pedicure she also really messed my eyes up waxing my eyebrows she nearly took off my skin. go anywhere but here. rude people. had me sitting outside for an hour. then to dawn near rip my eyelids off is UNACCEPTABLE.

I got my nails done here a few weeks ago, they were operating in the parking lot. I went at a busy time, they dont take appointments right now because of the situation with working outside and being very busy. I had to wait close to 45 minutes, which is fine, I didnt mind because I got to wait in the shade and they were very nice. I got a gel mani and a regular pedi.That said, I tried to go back today because their google hours said they were open at 9, and there was definitely nobody there. If there is a change to their hours, they should update their google listing to reflect that. I ended up going somewhere else.

Clean and nice people

A top notch salon. Always full so even an appointment may run late, but well worth the wait. Competitive prices with quality work. My nails are powder dipped. Not found at all salons. They have lots of colors.

14 years I have been going to the same ship. I informed her that a lady name Kay didnt make me feel comfortable and relaxed while doing my nails. I thought spas were for relaxation especially for the 70 I pay every 2 weeks. After telling the owner I didnt like the service of her techs she started charging me fees I didnt ever pay before. To many years of investing in someone elses future for them to take my money as a joke.

Everyone is always friendly. I get gel manicures and they have an extensive color selection.Yes they speak Vietnamese a lot, but so do all the other nail salons. It is what it is. I just join in and ask what theyre talking about and ask them to teach me the basics. It brings back the focus on the client.My go to gals are Ellen (Mani) and Lisa (Pedi).

Very bad experience, I know the owner since she started the business near my house, she said her name is “Kelly”, she always had a horrible and rude attitude, with the clients and with her workers, I do not understand how many people keep going after the comments that I am reading, the last time I went to do my eyebrows, I like them thick and she did them as she wanted, too thin, I almost cried and she died of laughter and spoke in their language to the workers and laughed again, I felt so frustrated and humiliated, my husband tried to pay him with a card and told him that he only accepted cash, that the machine did not work, I personally saw that he was charging with a card when I was there!!! I never want to return !!😡

First time in yesterday, Lisa was kind, gentle & worked extremely quick which I was more than okay with since she did an amazing job & didn’t feel a thing when it came to removing my cuticle on both my mani/pediTina, who serviced my friend for her pedicure was very satisfied with her experience although when it came time for her manicure she had a different lady, husky kind of mean looking, she was rude & stopped after just filing her nails for one hand to go attend someone else who had walked in. Personally we found that to be unprofessional considering that we were there first & were already being attended for her just to walk away before finishing what she started ... 05/28/18

I came in here this week because all the of the other salons around were closed. They sat me down pretty fast . The problem i had was the lady cut me many times on different fingers and it took her 2 and a half hours for a simple fill. When she put my nails in the UV light it ended up burning my hand really bad to where I was close to going to the ER. When my boyfriend went to pay he looked at my nails and seen how bloody they were and how crooked a few nails were. He paid the 30$ and said no tip. Ill never go here again. They are rude and made it super uncomfortable . The lady mopping the floor didnt even wash her hands after mopping to do someone elses nails.Update: went to a salon closer to my house today. It hasnt even been 2 weeks since I went to this place. As in getting my fill and fixing all the nails that fell off she said the last place I got my nails done at had dirty tools and poor quality product. 2 of my nails now have fungus on them and she told me not to put nails on them till they out grew, she then asked to take a picture of them to show people why not to go to places who habe bad products. If only they can shut this trash place down.

My daughter and I both went in 1 week ago being our first time paid a lot to get Gel Full sets and it’s hasnt even been 2 weeks and our nails are just falling right off very disappointed never ever have we had this happen at any nail shop we won’t be coming back ever again. 😡

I been there on a few occassion also I was a little unnerving about the conversation taking place while your getting service, you can clearly get the vibes when their speaking about a customer. I agree that English is the first language here and thats what should be spoken in an establishment when servicing people of minority and others. Customers need nail operators to speak in a language required by the customers, there its no need for them to be talking in their language. I feel its very rude and some changes should be made. I dont have a problem with boycotting these establishments I know enough to do what I need for my nails when I have to do them my self. There work is not all the great to be rude to customers and ridiculing others.

The associates do a wonderful job. But the only thing, I dont like is that the owner abuses her employees. Shes very inhumane.

All of the ladies are nice but I like the service I receive from Mary and Lorna...very good work on my pedicure!!

I walked into this place and the lady Moping the floor said she would help me, she sat me down at 12:30pm. As I waited there to be attended she continued to mop and then charged two clients at the register. I asked if she was the manager she said I am the owner my name is Kelly. I was excited to have my nails done by her because she is the “owner” and might have several years of experience. I continued to wait and she asked what I wanted. I told her I wanted a coffin shaped acrylic nails. She started to do her work and cut the coffin shape very croaked, I immediately told her you cut too much. She said it’s ok I’m not done yet I’ll fix it. As she continued with my nails she kept getting up to charge people and greet people at the door. She even chased a customer to her car to ask if she wanted to come in to get her nails. All this is going on while im still waiting.. she finally sat down to continue on my nails and I told her I had to leave before 2pm. She said don’t worry I’ll be done in no time. This entire time I felt rushed and she didn’t take the time with the nail shape. She did a HORRIBLE job on my nails and I was very unhappy. I told her the shape is horrible and she tried to fix it by filing the nail even more so that she made me bleed from the sides. I was very unhappy with her work and poor customer service. And to top it off she got up to do eyebrows for a client and just assumed I was ok with it. She charged me $35. I didn’t want to cause a scene, I paid and left with out tipping her. Never go to the owner to do your nails. She will rush you and multitask while doing your nails. Never again will I visit this place again. When I left it was 2:30pm. It took two full hours for her to do a simple full set. Smh!

They do speak Vietnamese in this place but I hesitate to mark them down for this as it happens in all the other nail places Ive been to also. HOWEVER, Ive stopped going after one instance where they had a problem with the credit card machine and took my payment partly by card, partly by cash. My credit card number was fraudulently used soon after that for hundreds of dollars at a Home Depot hours away from where I live. I have no proof that it happened here but I have strong suspicions. Ive always been friendly to the staff and tipped generously, and was sad to have to go elsewhere as they are very close to where I get my hair done.

I have been coming to this nail shop since I was 17. I am 33 now. I started visiting other shops because the wait times were getting out of hand even with an appointment and often I would wait for up to an hour before I was even seen and then they would rush through my pedi/mani as if me being there was an inconvenience.I decided to give them another chance and went in for a gel mani/pedi before a special benefit fundraiser that I was attending that night.When the woman started painting my nails, I noticed that the color wasnt the color I selected and I mentioned it to her. It was especially evident once they did my toes.(See pic) The colors are completely different. When I brought this to the owners attention (Kelly) she told me to wait to have it fixed.I waited 20 mins before anybody came over to me and when they did, I was told that they would fix the color on my toes to match the color on my hand even though it was the color on my hand that wasnt what I wanted. They told me it was too much work to change the color on my hand!Needless to say I was upset. I wasnt even offered a discount or any sort of resolution other than to wait another 30 mins after the initial 20 I already waited so somebody else could fix it for me.I will NEVER be going back to this place and I dont recommend that you do either. There is nothing worse than giving your hard earned money to a business and being made to feel as if you are inconveniencing them by patronizing their business.Plus! My Gel manicure is already peeled only 2 days after getting them done!!! Poor customer service, poor quality products. Two thumbs down!!!

I called yestetday to see if they accepted a gift cert. Of course they said yes and when I got there I asked Kathy the one that usually does my pedi, she put my feet in water and I asked her about gift cert. She said oh you can ask after, I said no I need to ask now. Of course asked and the owner who I talked to on the phone said No they dont accept gift cert. I was a lil upset n kinda felt they were trying to make me pay cash (because they only accept cards from who owner chooses)knowing I had a gift cert. Took my sister there once n she said she would not go there again because she saw that the owner being discriminitive on who she was accepting cards from. Waste of gas n rude. But hey got my feet a soak n dryed. But wont return.

Had a pedicure and the girls were talking to each other and she scrubbed my skin raw and bleeding while she was looking away talking. Then she poured rubbing alcohol over it
