Tried out for first time. Overcut on sides of nail bed. Burned me with paraffin on my toe. Bled me by cutting to much raw skin vs cuticle. Too expensive.for a Mani/pedi no polish not even a clear even when asked for it. Lefty toe hurting and dried blood. Does not look as it did when I went in.

Very friendly and comfortable to accommodate me in my wheelchair.

They service is always nice and fairly quick since I never like to stay for hours.

I always have a good time when I come here,

Wasnt bad, but would recommend they work on customer service.

Putting a 5 star some people can see this dont go here!! The lady has no idea what she is doing she screwed up my nails once then when I came back to fix them she made them worse!!! There horribly thick and I have to have another salon take them off absolutely horrible and I paid over 55 dallors!!! Litteraly money wasted

Star nail spa is a charming salon. They were very accommodating of my family. Four of us walked in and were served quickly, were made to feel very pampered, and enjoyed our pedicures, which were reasonably priced.

Thuy was very friendly and lovely! I had a very relaxing time here and I appreciate her patience when I first went with Jazzy Red and changed my mind, she didnt get upset or frustrated. She simply said okay and as I told her I wanted the darkest navy blue possible, she went ahead and gave me a good selection to choose from. She even painted a few different shades on her own nail so I can have a better look! Wonderful lady and calming atmosphere! I recommend this place!

I went there for dip nails and they said they do that so after my old dip nails were removed, they did not have the right applicators for the dip and messed up 3 times then came and told me they will paint them with gel which is NOT what I wanted . I will not go back!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while. My nails were great until recently. I got nail fungus on one of my nails a few days after getting a fill. Besides the fungus, there is a visible line where I got my fill, overall terrible job on my most recent fill.

Quick, nice service!

Did a beautiful job. If you get a deluxe pedicure which is so worth it ( hot stones hot wax massage and scrub along with a lot more) you also get a free drink. Even off a free wine or champagne. A little pricey but did a great job. You get what you pay for and I left so happy

Absolutely beautiful and clean nail salon and spa! Vicky did my nails and they are perfect! She listed to my requests and took her time. Very professional customer service and fair prices. Im a sold customer!!!

Beautiful full set done today! I had a lot of previous damage to my old set and they removed them completely pain free and redid a full set. My nails have never looked better! I will definitely be returning!

They did a poor job. I asked for gel nails and they didn’t listen and gave me normal nails. They weren’t done all the way and she touched them when they were wet and didn’t fix them. I don’t recommend this place. They have very poor service and they seem to always be in a rush

Paid $50 for a mani pedi. The lady doing my nails cut my toe so bad I was bleeding until I got home. My finger nails look like a 3 year old did them and when I tried to ask her to fix them, she said they we too short so it was my fault??? Im heated with the terrible service.
