This is a very nice and affordable salon. The nail techs are diligent and thorough. I went for a pedicure and to fix a nightmare acrylic and polish from another salon. Cost me almost 40% less than the four star salon that botched my acrylic and polish. Very satisfied and happily would recommend. Great 1st time experience!

First time visiting and they seemed super sweet in there. Not only did I wait 20 minutes over my 30 minute wait, but they also took another customer ahead of me that walked in after me. I had an appointment at 3pm with my friend. I waited for a half hour while my friend was finishing up her pedicure, and all the other nail ladies jumped around to other people. No one sat me in a chair, wouldn’t even let me sit next to my friend while she was getting her pedicure, and no one said anything after I decided to leave. So basically no one acknowledged me after they sat her. I’m clearly not the only one but I wish I wouldn’t have went here. Nonetheless I wouldn’t bother coming to Queen Nails if you expect to be treated like a paying customer at the very least. Thanks for treating people like they’re nonexistent! First and last time “customer.” BTW my friend called me an hour later... took an hour and a half with shellac on her toes

I would give this place zero stars if I could.. I used to get my nails done here a long time ago. They were really good.. I came and got my nails done here last week and they were horrible I had acrylic all over my fingers. The nails themselves were lifted off my nail so there is a gap between for everything to get into. They are all misshaped and now only a week later they are brown and discolored. I have never had this bad of a job done. When I told they lady they looked awful she said I did good job you pay 60 dollars I laughed gave her 20 and left. I will never go here again.

Got super short nails done September 14, 2018 and they wanted to charge me $30 for gel. Not even a week and a half later one already came off. Also took super long an hour and a half just to do simple nails, super short, with NO DESIGNS. That’s what my other tech takes when I get them long and get rhinestones. Will no be coming back and you should either especially if you’re not a regular.

Never go here not only do they overcharge and suck at doing nails they are so rude. I was getting cussed by the nail tech, just because i complained for my nails being uneven. The nail tech stated you wanted 20 dollar nails i said yes but not uneven nails. I decided to walk out after the tech started complaining with her co workers told me to wait not even having half of my nails on and told me to get out of her chair and cussing. My Daughter had a bad experience, they have terrible customer service. They didnt know how to do her nails. It was like they are all beginners and its their first time doing nails.. They didnt finish her nails and still made her pay full price.. that to me is definitely horrible service!!!I recommend Polish it off Sheridan and Jewell .. The first time I came here Nikki did my nails and was amazing that is the reason for my return but she was unable to get me in so I went with someone else not only was she very rude and short with me there was bubbles on my nails and 2 Days Later rhinestones fell off I noticed she used old top coat so my nails have a yellowish color to them which she was supposed to do shellac, I felt so uncomfortable by her demeanor I didnt even want to call her out but Im so tired of wasting money at different nail salons and still not finding a go to nail shop well Ill continue to search but definitely will not come here again pics are in photos

My first time here. Everyone was pretty friendly and the ladies are funny. A very quite man did my fill and did a nice job. I was super nervous because he kept playing poker on his phone the entire time. Then when I mentioned I wanted my nails a little shorter he was kind of short with me. He warned up a little at the end but I honestly would have liked someone to be a little more friendly. I would consider going back but I can probably find a better place.Oh side note, only one nail brush to clean my nails. Yuck!

I went to this shop and was told $35 for my nails to be the way I wanted. The guy who did my nails. Sanded them and didn’t even finish them. He was real nachalent about doing them and in a rush. When I left the shop my fingers burned and I thought it would go away. Two days later it still burns due to the chemicals he he used and left on my nails for to long. When I got home I washed my hands and the reaction of chemical exposure and buffing he didn’t finish became exposed with dark black lines throughout every nail. I proceeded to call the shop just to be told that no guy worked there. Come to find out the guy is the womans boy friend who isn’t even certified with no license Nor does he have any right or knowledge to be in a shop impersonation like he knows what he’s doing! To top it of I looked at my debit card balance and they ripped me off for $70. When this man who did my nails said $35. These people are rip offs.

Ive been going to the same Nail Salon for 7 years now. Ive tried to cheat and go other places. But NIKKI is the best. She provides a wide range of services. From nails, waxing, lashes, etc... My lashes have never looked better. She keeps me looking right ALWAYS. Love you nik see you in a few.

Me and my mom used to go here all the time probably for the last 12 years but recently they have just been doing a horrible job. They rush and nails come out sloppy and crooked. My past three experiences have been bad ones. It was so much better when Kim worked there! Nothing against Nikki because she is wonderful and does great nails, but the others there seem to all not know what they’re doing.

I only go here for my eyebrow wax, they leave them exactly how I want them. Ive had too many bad experiences where they live them to thin else where. I love the small renovations they have made since I started going in 2 years ago. Dont really care for their pedicures, also Im not big on nails the only thing I ever get is shellac, which I havent had any issues with.

My nails are to line & cracked off. Sign on window says $15 full set to get you inside then charges $25 & wants money in advance. Took nail file & file my skin open instead of the nail & left lots of lumps under nails. Charge $5 two put 3 tiny plastic clear things on two nails. Cost $30. Two expensive & poor service & inadequate professionalism of final product.

I got my nails done on the 13 of this month and normally they last for two weeks till I get paid again to re-do them. 10/20/17 my nails just popped right off one after the other Im super pissed not just because they fell off but because they charged me 25$ for a full set just to leave them clear and it was five more just to do a glitter nail polish my coffen nails were not even and not even shaped good! I feel like I wasted time and my money for nothing and I definitely WILL NOT suggest this nails salon to anyone!😤

Got my nails done by Nikki shes the best its been a week now and they are still on and looking great I have gel nails awesome also my daughter got a mini pedicure and they went the extra mile to rub her arms the other reviews were a little bit misleading I felt as if I was going to walk into an ugly place but the place was very clean and sanitary Nikki made me feel right at home I will be back

Best pedicure Ive had in a long time (I usually go to much more chic or modern placees and Im happy with my rebase. They take time to do it right. Great choice if youre prepared for a considerable wait.

I had a younger gentleman perform my pedicure. On my left foot when he was trimming my cuticles he cut me four different times on three toes. Then he went to scrape away my calluses and he gashed my right heel open. I ended up with a fairly large hole in my foot that bled for about 30 minutes before I could even leave the shop. Horrible experience.

I had been going to get my nails done here for about 6 years now i loved the way Tuley did my nails so I would try and ignore the bad customer service this place gives most of the time. I went to go get my nails done about 3 weeks ago waited for about an hour even though the guy who always answers the phone said about 15 min wait. I visited again Friday hoping to get a shellac manicure my appoitment was at 11:30 I waited there until 12:19 l decided to leave! and was told youre next. I left and went down the street to pretty nails where i found a wide variety of colors unlike top queen. end of story, probably never going back to top queen...

Ive been here twice. The first time, the older man did my full set w/ white tips ($20, great deal, was nervous about quality!) The nails looked nice aside from a couple of problems... There was a TON of acrylic under the nails and on my skin. Also, he used the buffer on my CUTICLES. I had scabs and was scared I was going to get a disease or something, dunno how many other girls blood was on the buffer! But the nails stayed on for a month (longest Ive ever had, my nails are super weak.) So I decided I would go back one more time, and try and get someone else. I was going to try for the older lady, I think her name is Julie or Lucy? She seems super popular with customers both times I have been there. I went in, looking to get something different but I wasnt sure what. I now have AMAZING nails. Nikki used pink gel for the main part of my nail, white gel for a line separating the tip, painted the tip of my nail dark purple and then put glitter gel on top of the purple on the tip. Ive never seen anything like these. Nikkis coworkers dont even know how to do these, theyre apparently super common in Florida where shes from. So while she did my nails the other nail technicians kept coming over to look over her shoulder to watch and learn. These nails (probably because it took a LOT more time/precision than just a basic pink&white) cost $50 but it is well worth it IMO. Great foot massage, clean salon, friendly staff, just avoid the older man. Nikki is the BEST!

Let me start by telling you that this shop totally took advantage of seeing 2 younger females walk through the door with their grandma to get their nails done. My daughters only wanted to get the basic full acrylic set of nails with the coffin shape which should have only cost $25.00. They gave my daughters 1 price, which was $40 which they thought was odd because they have been here before. My mom not knowing anything about acrylic nails and my daughters being polite and still new at the nail salon scene proceeded to get them done inspite of knowing they were being charged too much and with the nail tech rushing them to sit down and start before they changed their mind. They started working on their nails and started rushing when business started getting busy. My oldest daughter even got put on hold while the nail tech started on a pedicure. They were not given the option of nail polish, only schalack. They came home and I observed their nails to see that they did an ok job on my younger daughter, however, my older daughters nails looked like an amateur did them. Lumpy, acrylic not even covering the whole nail. Upon calling the shop and asking for an explanation, I was fed probably the same line of hogwash as the next humble soul. I will be taking my daughter one more time for them to fix her nails and we will NEVER be returning. This place is a down right rip off and lacks many morals of treating your customers fair!!!!

I called ahead to Top Queen nails (sheridan & bayaud) and was not asked what I wanted when I arrived. I sat patiently while two women who walked in after me were immediately asked what services they would like and served. This was unusual because it was not my first time at the shop. I was recognized and sat myself but not assisted. After calling ahead, two women later, a hour had pasted and I was finally asked what I would like. I sat in the pedicure chair for a few moments before I realized the chair had not been cleaned from the previous customer. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE TO ANYONE. Even though there prices are high and dont always have the best help I was willing to compromise because it was so late in the evening. This will not take place again with the level of disrespect and embarrassment I experienced. As everyone who walked in after me was helped and chuckled as they enjoyed skipping me and my call ahead appointment was served, I feel that this was an embarrassment, disrespectful, and among all other things truly UNPROFESSIONAL

Overcharge for the basics and they lack any costumer service, they took of 2 teen and when questioned about it they told a lie and then changed the stroy when it was proven wrong. Do not go to this place, go to Mais nails on alameda and depew they are extremely affordable, nice and not only are the nails better they make sure they are beautiful befor you walk out the door and satisfied with the job.

Poor service. I burnt my feet when the lady soaked my feet in steaming hot water and didnt even check the water temperature before doing so. My french pedicure looks like complete crap and got charged $3 extra for asking for a glitter top coat. Not only that but I also got charged extra for the same exact thing on my full set. The guy who did my full set had an open wound on his finger which I found disgusting and very unsanitary. He had no experience and filed my nails too much to the point where one of my fingers was burning. These people dont care about ttheir customers, theyre very cheap and greedy, they tax and yet still give off a VERY BAD QUALITY service. NEVER AGAIN. This place sucks

I have five good reasons why I wouldnt go to this salon again.1. Not sanitary.I was getting a pedi from an older women there, and she cut one of my toes with a cuticle clipper and didnt even acknowledge the fact that she did so.. she just continued to paint over the wound, and all I could think about was getting a blood-born disease.2. Rude.They dont socialize with you. They socialize with each other in Vietnamese, and you dont understand a word theyre saying unless you are Vietnamese! Im not trying to be prejudice, its just that you go to relax, take a load off, maybe have a good conversation but they dont even treat you like a paying customer.3. No selectionI wouldnt recommend getting your nails painted with their polishes, most of them are clumpy and old.. You can bring your own nail polish, but ir wouldnt be worth the price if youre providing them with your own paint.4. CrowdedEvery time I went inside, its BACKED UP. You have to wait at least 30 minutes on an average day, and really whats the point?5. Poor qualityThe woman who did my pedi was more focused on talking to her other coworkers, and barely even trimmed my toenails. On top of that, she didnt even wait for my undercoat to dry before she applied a topcoat and it made them clumpy.Oh and if do end up going to this salon, make sure you have change. Went there to get my eyelashes done with Nikky and did a terrible job, by the third day 3 lashes had fall out. Not only that but wen i went to have the lashes removed i got an eye infection and had to take antibiotics. Nikky is rought and careless. Never going back.

I walked in and asked for a full set with a design... they said ok, so I sat down and they started to work on my nails, when a lady walked in. Best place ever, leave pedicure like baby feet!

This place is NOT SANITARY!! My mom got an infection on her toes at this place.My mom went to get a shellac pedicure here about 2 weeks ago and a lady named Nancy attended her. She was very rough and not cautious at all and she cut my moms toe and she started to bleed a lot. The bleeding wouldnt stop and she just put some kind of liquid on it. My mom wasnt too happy about it. It turns out after a few days my moms toes hurt really bad and they were very swollen and they looked gross because some kind of liquid was oozing from her toes and they hurt really bad to the point where she couldnt wear shoes. My mom went to the ER and they said she got an infection called: Cellulitis. It is an infection of the tissues under the skin caused by bacteria and it can be quiet serious. Today we went to ask nicely for our money back and I asked to talk to the owner and I was told to come back tomorrow because she wasnt there. I refused and told them what happened. At first they did not want to give us our money back but at the end they did and they were so rude about it and tried to blame it on my mom saying that she had an ingrown nail, but that was NEVER a problem. The problem was that their tools were not disinfected. How disgusting!!! Never ever coming back and I do not recommend this place at all.
