I was a walk in. I needed a fill and new color. She listened to what I wanted. My nails look excellent. The technician was fast but very careful and there was no pain. So often my cuticles get cut and are sore for days but she did a perfect job.

Ive been here a few times and just had a visit over today. Walk ins are welcome and theyre not too busy if you go at opening or a bit after, which is the time I aim for. Im always greeted with a smile & I always leave happy. I love having a full set with the occasional pedicure, and theyre always spot on. They ask questions during and really make sure youre getting what you want.They take so much care of my nails, and I end up reaping the rewards of thier work because my nails are strong and long lasting. And they are the most reasonable as far as pricing that Ive experienced in WA. Staff are nice, personable people and I always feel comfortable for the hour away from it all. They did change to winter hours, though, FYI. Most days they open at 10am instead of 0930.

I’m never one to leave reviews but my nails were done horribly. Nail polish all over my cuticles and very lumpy. None of my nails are even and there’s a hair under the polish on my nail.

I come here because its the most convenient location for me. One of the girls here always does an amazing job. The other isnt awesome, but its alright. Better than I could do myself. Gets the job done. Im not super picky.

It was awesome this place never disappoints me!

Came twice i. O e day at 930 am and 10 am said they were open and they werent. Shouldnt advertise hours your not there.

Work was really sloppy

Person doing nails really did their own thing regardless of what I asked for. Instead of red nails they are pink, instead of a long round shape, I got a short almond, instead of a white marble look... I got a straight silver line. If the Tech couldnt do what I asked for I wish she would have spoke up before I committed. I spoke up and continued to ask for what I wanted and I was met with assurances... didnt pan out.Got a pedicure. Specifically asked for a foot massage and got the bare minimum foot scrub and maybe a 1-2 minute foot/leg rub... also had nail polish left running down the back of my toes (like where your shoes go)Ladies were nice and polite, but definitely over estimated their abilities and over charge for poor service.

Meh.
