I had to come home and refile my nails because they were all different lengths. I asked for coffin shape and they look like fans. Told the lady I want them to be skinny and they are not. I have glue all over my fingers along with cotton. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give zero stars I would!My friend and I showed up for a pedicure around 11:30 on a Sunday morning. We chose the middle level which was $38 picked out polish and sat down. The water was luke warm and we soaked our feet for maybe one minute.I have never been to a nail salon where the lady doesn’t communicate with you at all. She would hold her hand out when she wanted my foot and would push my foot away when she was done. Not once did she ask me to move, reposition, or twist my foot at all! Not once!She was frazzled about something and it was showing in her attitude and her work. She was way to rough, and ended up cutting my toe and making me bleed. She was not paying attention while pushing skin back and stabbed several of my other toes. She would wipe away the blood and continue to work in hopes I didn’t see it. When I complained she said that she was working on my in grown nail. Earlier I mentioned we went with the middle level which consisted of callus remover and a foot scrub and leg massage.Well, she skipped over all of it! She might have scrubbed the bottom of my foot for a good thirty seconds max.Once I complained my friends pedicure took a turn too! The one thing my friend said she did like was that the lady painted the tip of the toe.As I was waiting for my toes to dry she kept hounding me if I had Venmo and if I wanted to pay with my Venmo.I don’t not recommend this nail sail, not ever!!

This nail salon is great. Iv been going there to see Misty for some time now. It’s a family owned business and they are very kind. Great prices, great work, as with any place you need to tell then what you want and if you don’t like something I promise they will fix it. I love this salon!

This place is sooo NASTY! When the Tech was finished I looked at my nails and there was hair all over in the acrylic!! When I would suggest something she would just straight up say NO. I asked her to go in a little more on my dry heals and she just said no like I wasnt paying extra for the service ($55) then when she was finished with my acrylic nails I noticed the HAIRS when I told her and asked her to fix them nicely she wiped out! To the point of yelling and freaking out infant of my child. I asked them to fix them and the continued to say they couldnt see them and refused to fix the ones I had issues with they then refused to take them off and forced me to pay then kicked me and my six year old out with no receipt! I had to go to mall security and management 🙄😒 all I wanted was a site french tip acrylic and she couldnt even manage that!!

The people working here are very rude. Ive been here twice because our workplace is in the same place. I went there today to refresh my nails. He said he would do the old acrylic ones without removing themand said he would charge the same as the new nail. and I said I didnt want them and wanted them to be renewed. He told me he wasnt doing nails today and he had already cut my nails. he is really rude and insolent.

This place is over priced and the nail technicians were very rude. We didn’t like the way our nails turned out at all, and we both picked out very simple designs not hard to do. They didn’t listen to what we wanted at all and our nails came out botched. Do not recommend, very rushed service.

Stopped by to find out about a gel manicure. They got me and my mom in right away. She got blue glitter and I got white tips. We both love our nails. I even got a little bit of glitter on top of the white. Prices werent terrible either. Very sanitary as well!

They did miracles with my hands and feet. Made me feel truly pampered.

My wife went to get basic pedicure. They pressured her to get higher priced pedicure because it is too below them to do basic stuff. Close to $60 later she was out of there with poor quality work. Do not go near this place, they are rip off artists!

This is honestly the WORST nail place I have ever been in. The lady who was working with me told me to go hen and I didnt understand a word she was saying. She yelled and me and forcefully dragged me to the sink. She then proceeded to make my nails bleed when I asked for a polish and she then told me it costed me 50 dollars when the original price I was told was 15. While I was waiting with my friends for our nails to dry, the receptionist took money out of my friends wallet, regardless of her protests. NEVER GO HERE!!!! It sucks, the nails always turn out bad and the people are so mean I dont know who was high when they hired these people, but this business needs to be SHUT DOWN.

Nail tech didn’t care to let me explain what I wanted..my nails look like they were rushed as if I’ve had them for two weeks. After I left I noticed I was bleeding from cuticle being cut, which I’ve now seen in the comments (I had the nail tech sunny) i has to go get a file to file then down the edges were so sharp. I wish I would’ve read the reviews! I wont be recommending this place to anyone. I will NEVER go back to this place.. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!I RATE A 0! But you have to put a star.

Been here many times for pedicures. They do a great job. The staff is not chatty, but they do good work and the facility is very clean and well maintained. They even took the time to carefully deal with a slightly ingrown toenail. Cash discount is also a plus

I’ve been getting my nails done every few weeks for yrs. traveling across the country for work, I’ve been to countless walk in salons and usually have great experiences! This, however, is singlehandedly the worst work quality and customer service I’ve ever experienced. Im no stranger to an aggressive manicure, but I was almost in tears! Would recommend this place to NO ONE.

I never see anyone in here and now I know why! Asked for express pedicure! 22.00 the entire time shes trying to sell me more services stabbed with her clipoers!! Then as Im leaving she says wait you have to pay ! ! Really like I dont know this can I get my wallet out of my purse . I ask her how much she says 27.00 I asked why for what ? ? Oh you get massage !! PLACE IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF! !

The nails over all turned out well, however, it was painful and over priced. 3 out of the group of 4 I was in got cut and one was bleeding. When it came down to price, I was paying with a credit card, they said I would be fine without an ID. They charged $200 and said my credit card wouldn’t work. I had to withdrawal $160 to meet the price. The nails turned out nice but the rest of the experience was irritating and not worth the price. Also, the color is not fully covering my nails and there are air bubbles. I won’t be coming back.

Absolute worst place to go. We paid $200 for our services, none of our nails are even, they were rude, we asked them to clean up our nails even then out and they looked at us like we were crazy. If there was an option for 0 stars would of 100% chose that.

First and last time, Left my nails all ugly. Wont even on the top, the nails he put on my nails were to big for my nails. AFTER HE WAS DONE MY NAILS WAS ALL CRICKET. Over payed for plain set of nails, never again. Just got them done Tuesday and already had four fall off. They were suppoae to be coffin shape, they are just round and bumpy. Rude guy, the females were of but the guy just doesnt know how to apply nails.

I have been going here for the last couple of years and have had numerous pedicures and manicures with the shellac - these people are very good at what they do - well worth the price! They have a large quantity of colors to choose from also! :)

I havent had my nails done in a LONG time. I thought I would start at the mall because it was easier. City Nail was expensive, the price was double what I just paid at Angels Nails in Applewood, and my nails were thick with sparkly white tips! Now my nails look real!

Not impressed. The man that did my acrylic fill in did not seem to care that I was bleeding from the device. Am currently still in pain. The prices were definately too high considering I could have gone to OPL nails for 16 dollars when I paid 30 for this place.

My daughter went here with her friends and she came home in tears. She told me they were very rude, and were very rough on your nails. You cant understand a word they are saying and when you ask what they said they scream at you. While her nails were drying they asked her for the bill and they opened her purse. She tried to get it out of their hands so she could pay herself but then they pulled it away and said they got it. she told them to take a $2 tip out of the $5 bill but they just took the 5 and did not pay her change. Very disappointed they took advantage of a young girl. The nails did come out great, but she said it was very painful because they were so rough. Never coming back I know theres places that can make nails as good as this without all the drama.

Would give this place zero stars. Bad selection of nail polish, job also done poorly. Was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. However what was the worst thing about this place was the fact that women in a wheelchair came in and asked how long it would be to get in. The man replied 1+ hours, so the lady left. Not 5 minutes had gone by, and 4 other ladies ( petite and not in a wheelchair) had came in to ask the same question, he tells the women 2 minutes!!!!!.... SERIOUSLY. Overall HORRIBLE.

I went there yesterday. The guy who was doing my nails and was finishing filling the acrylic, he cut my cuticle too much I even began to bleed. This was done in 3 of my fingers. As of to now, my fingers that were cut HURT. Never going back there.

Deserves 0 stars. Got a rebase done with shellac. The nail lady cut me on my pinky. Left a big chunk missing & cut me on another finger with the nail filer. Asked for a refund, the lady said there is no refund policy & pointed at the wall but there was nothing on the wall. 2 days later one of my nails is already broken. Definitely not worth the 72 dollars I spent. I do not recommend.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The woman who did my nails plucked some of my skin off. When I decided to change the design she still charged me the amount it was before. When I was waiting to pay she asked if I could pay her now in a mean voice. I will never come back.

Please save your money and go somewhere else if you want them to actually listen to you as a customer. I asked for a long oval nail with some glitter on one accent nail and showed a photo. I ended up with a super short round, badly sloppy painted gel polish.

I am really sad that I came here to get my nails done, I got them done Wednsday and it was important for me to have Good looking nails Because my prom was close by. By the time it Arrived my nails looked out grown as if i got them done two weeks earlier and i didnt. I asked for coffin shaped nails but they didnt really look That shape. I ended up paying $50 and the front desk lady was super rude to me and my friends. She was demanding that I pick a color ASAP but i didnt know what i wanted and she was speaking in her language and looked pissed as hell. I Would have understood if she had a line of customers but she didnt. I left unhappy Because i wasnt even sure if the color i had to pick was the right one. NEVER going back and i suggest you dont either.

If I coule give a negative rating I would. For an eybrow wax, mani, pedi, and shellac tip nails it was $150, outrageous. The lady doing my nails had no idea what I was wanting. They are supposed to last 3 weeks and it has only been a week and a half and I have already lost a nail, it ripped completely off my finger and I have 7 of my nails that are starting to come off. Rhis place is a joke and I will never return to this place again

Wanted to get my nails rebased and re shapedThe male nail technician did a horrible job. All of my nails were supposed to be rounded and they are so crooked and shaped wrong its not funny. He wasnt even looking at my nails when he was filing them, he was looking at the door. A lady was complaining when i first sat down so I shouldve just left then. I has been 6 days and two nails have popped off. Please save your money and do NOT get your nails done here.

I will not return, I was made to feel awful for asking my nail tech to make the water hotter for my pedi she let the water then refilled but water was still cold and it was a snowy day so I really wanted to warm up with a nice warm pedi. She was talking in another language to her co-worker I felt talked about and she was not friendly with me at all! My mani bubbled up really strange and I didnt notice until I left when I called to let them know about the poor customer service and my bubbled mani I was told what did you do lol omg I couldnt believe they accused me of damaging my own mani. Save your money try a reputable clean and customer service driven company that speak English!

Worst service ever. a lady did my nails her name was lisa and she was so hateful and i was sitting waiting for 20 min and she was being so rough with my hands she messed up my nails and i had brused cuticles. And on top of that she charged me 30$ and sait it was because of the lenghth of my nails but me and my cousin went the same day and her nails here the same and they charged her 27$Dont go here their very disrespectful and they rip you off deffinately not worth 30$

Horrible place I went for acrylic nails and the guy insulted my nails... It has been a week yet and the nail is already lifting up.

My $35 shellac manicure lasted all of 3 days before chipping.
