They are great here!They will do their best to make it happen for you if youre in a time crunch but I dont like to rush my nail people. However they still work so hard here, they do an AMAZING job!Great service and always leave happy

Very clean place, great customer service, easy to get to, with its own parking. This was my first time at this place and Ill definitely go back. Prices run the same as most. The tech I had was gentle for the most part. Best full set I have had here in Washington for under 60 bucks. I thought I had taken some pics when I left but I guess I didnt. Anyway dont take my word for it just visit them yourselves and you will see. 😊

I have been getting my lashes done here for years and I love amy and her mom! I have gone to lash places that cost $200 for a full set of lashes and are not nearly as good as nail magic. The kindest people work here and I recommend everyone to Nail magic!!

I have been going there since the Late 70s whenever I wanted a pedicure. They are wonderful...Tee gives great manicures too.

This is the second pedicure I’ve gotten here and I’ve loved it. Both ladies did a great job massaging my calf muscles and feet. My feet both feel and look pretty lol

Overall, very disappointed. Im still in the parking lot but did not want to forget to post my review.Pros...Accepts walk ins, quiet and calm atmosphere, upfront prices (every up charge was explained before done)Cons...finding location wasnt easy (they are right on the corner but with traffic I missed them twice), not very social(I attempted several times to engage in conversation), up charge based on shape selection (I have never had to pay more for coffin), either lack of skill or bad at following directions (when sizing my nails for a full set I told her to be sure to go bigger and file down to my size for a custom fit.. several of my nails are too small), I brought a picture in to show my desired shape (narrow coffin-pink nails picture, ended up with tapered square), I pointed out that she didnt paint the entire nail and she half way attempted a sloppy fix.An afternoon of pampering myself turned into disappiuntment.Do the work right the first time so you dont get caught doing sloppy work and sending a customer out very unhappy. I decided not to get the pedicure that I planned on getting or add the eyebrow wax I was considering.

My friend and I had an appointment for pedicure and then I got a gel manicure and she got acrylics. We had an appointment but the lady who greeted us treated us like we didnt. We got our toes done first which was probably one of the least relaxing pedicure Ive ever had. It was like she was rushing. In fact I watched a couple of others get theirs done after we were done and they got much more done.Same with the manicure. I mean all of the fundamentals are done: cuticules trimmed, nails prepped, and then painted but nothing else. I had previously had gel on my nails and they soaked them off by wrapping them the normal way but the foil/cotton was left on for so long it became pretty painful (like 30 minutes +). The end result is okay. But honestly Im not impressed. I will be going back to the place in the town center.3 stars because the end result was accomplished but this was not a relaxing experience. There are also little divets in the top coat where it wasnt put on evenly.

I had my nails done in Virginia on vacation. I paid $130 and they looked AWFUL! As soon as I got back to WA I came to nail magic and Han (not sure how to spell his name 😭) fixed them right up for me! One had fallen off, they were bulky and had sharp pieces of acrylic left on them and they were way to long.. Han took care of all of my issues and fixed them and now they look AMAZING! He was so polite and treated me like he had known me his entire life! He made sure I was comfortable and satisfied the entire time! I will 100% be back!

Second time at this salon and I love the experience and attention to detail they put into their work. Gel products have held up longer than the products at my previous spot.

They are very clean, organized, and polite. I only have them gel polish my nails and occasionally I will get a manicure which is very relaxing. The only thing I would suggest is more gel color nail polish. I like this place.

Ive been coming here for well over a year now. I appreciate very much that they prioritize appointments over walk-ins. Ive never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. This is a super clean salon and they do wonderful work. Ive always been very pleased with my nails. This is a family owned business and everyone is very friendly and customer oriented.

I had a pedicure and she made me bleed twice by picking at ingrown toe nails. Also my acrylics are extremely uneven.They also already look grown out. I am not happy with this place.

They were great here! They actually take their time and pay attention to detail. Its a great feeling knowing your nails arent gonna break or fall off anytime soon. Clean, relaxing, short wait times, professional staff, for good prices! I came in with very short nails in bad shape because I bite them but they fixed them up nicely! I felt like royalty during my manicure compared to the other places Ive been to. I have no complaints about this place besides I just wish they offered liquid gel nails. However, they do lashes here and I will be booking myself an appointment!

Very unprofessional. I called at 1035am to make an appt for 3pm and when I get there Im just waiting there for over 15minutes with no communication on how long theyll be nor did they direct me to pick a color for my nails. I feel as a customer I shouldve gotten better service than that.

Best manicure I’ve ever received! Spent years getting acrylics, encountered a shop that just destroyed my real nails, then decided my nails needed a break. Well it took about 2 years for my real nails to grow back strong enough and be comfortable enough to even consider getting a manicure from a nail salon again.Found Nail Magic via google and I am so thankful! The owner was able to shape my real nails extremely well and did such a good job that there was very little to no clean up when she was finished!! Thoroughly impressed.

Best nails Ive ever had done! And Ive gone to a lot of different salons over the years! Ive been told my nails are difficult to shape due to them being rounded/curved in both directions and perfectly shaped, and that makes it harder to make them look good. But, Hai does amazing making them look natural and perfect every time...plus hes very creative with my Polish! I give him a color scheme and let him take it from there and always love it! AND, their prices are competitive and their salon is always clean and they are all always nice, friendly and professional! As long as Im getting manicures, pedicures, lashes or face waxing...Ill be coming here! Kudos to you all at Nail Magic, thank you for your awesomeness!

This place was clean but it has major flaws. The nail technician didn’t ask what I wanted, just started the work. The job was very rushed. At the end they didn’t put any clear coat on, when asked they said it would peel off but they didn’t put it in on the person before me. I feel like they were upset I didn’t get gel nail color.

Well for starters, I Just want to THANK this nail shop for saving my nails !!! I forgot to catch the nail tech name but he was AMAZING!! Prior to coming here I went to Natural Nails in Midland & they did a good job on my feet but TERRIBLE on my nails. Coming to Nail Magic he fixed them and guided me on how to fix my nails and treat them to grow healthy BEFORE applying acrylic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! & THEY DO LASHES for a really good price I heard while sitting in there!!!UPDATE: Its been 2weeks since Ive gotten the manicure in the picture and 3of my nails fell off and I dont even do hard labor, very disappointed

I had never been to this establishment however I made an appointment got to my appointment a little less than 10 minutes early sat there and waited and then when she finally comes to me she pulls me in the room and says she cant do lashes on me because I have oily skin what she should have said was I cant do lashes on you because youre black because thats what I got out of the conversation with this woman I would never return to this establishment again nor will I recommend this establishment to anyone

After searching online for about an hour and comparing reviews, my gut told me to go with this one. This was my first time getting acrylics and Im so happy with the results. I took the advice from a previous review and called and made a reservation for me and my friend. Only small complaint is slightly small color selection but other than that, it was clean and quite. You could tell that they have regulars who all the techs knew by name. Im so glad I followed my gut !!!

Clean and very professional. I’m always super skeptical about trying new nail salons especially coming all the way from Georgia but T hooked my nails up. Not to mention the prices being very reasonable! Definitely will be my go to spot from now on.

Went in for basic gel mani and pedi. Very polite service. Owner (male) is extremely nice and did wonderful job. They are prompt and honest about wait times whereas some salons tell you 5/10 minutes to have you wait m, they give realistic estimates. Salon is very clean and quiet, it was a nice getaway with me being a full time stay at home mom. Will definitely be going back.

Well, I came here after reading the reviews.Must have gone to the wrong place. Though it did say Nail Magic on the door.There was no magic here.Because the mani/pedi was done quickly and shabbily.The color looks like pink baby puke.The tech was unfriendly.After depositing me at the drying station, they proceeded to ignore me.After the timer went off, I waited 10 minutes and still no one came.So I took off the toe separators, stood up and no one noticed.I walked out the door. No one noticed.I had paid Before my nail were done. Which is unusual that payment is required before service is rendered.I usual tip $10 to $20. Since no one was there, thats who I tipped. No one.Wont be back. Sad, I live close, needed a new place.

I just happened to be in the area waiting on my husband while he was in a meeting for work, and I came across Nail Magic. After looking at the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Honestly one of the BEST EXPERIENCES Ive had in a nail salon! First of all, they were very friendly, the salon was beautiful,spacious and clean!! Hai was the greatest! He was able to reshape and fix my nails (another salon had messed mine up) and did my nails the prettiest I have ever had them!! They did NOT overcharge like some places do. Overall my experience was a 10/10 And I will definitely be returning. I live in Covington, so obviously Lakewood is a bit of a commute for nails, but it is well worth it for me! I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out!

Best eyelash extensions!!! I have received sooo many compliments, they look completely natural, just some extra oomph and flare. The staff makes you look and feel absolutely gorgeous. If youre looking to have your nails or eyelashes done, dont even think about going anywhere else!

Wonderful experience at the place, it was clean and relaxing. Lady who did my nails was nice and tried her best to achieve what I was asking for and nailed it. Some of the nails werent the same length and most people wont be bothered by that but it was obvious. My index finger started chipping the same day they were done. After having them for only a week they started lifting. Ive had nails last months so this was a major concern since I was hoping on having these for a while. Would not go again ☹️

I wish I could give them a million stars! I found this place online and made an appointment by phone. I got there a few minutes late (sorry). I was greeted very warmly when I entered they asked if I was the appointment. I was seated and had service immediately. Everyone who helped was warm and amazing and very talented. The pedicure was an amazing value. I would prefer a deluxe version, but I think their aim is to keep things more reasonably priced and avoid the upselling. For those who said they werent very accommodating in their reviews I will have to whole heartedly disagree. This man and his wife stayed late to finish my appointment that ran long. Who by the way just isnt a man who does nails this man is an artist. I love nails, it sadly, is one of my few passions. I plan on saving some money booking out some time and doing some crazy projects here. I cant wait. Needless to say this is super cheesy and long winded. Go here. Book an appointment first trust me in nail salons no matter what they say it always helps everyone involved and dont be like me be on time lol.

This place gets busy but worth the wait

My husband is in the Air Force and we are just visiting. Too bad I don’t live here because this is by far the BEST Nail Salon I’ve ever been too. The owner opened the door for me and greeted me as I walked in. This was early and before they got super busy of course, but I felt very welcomed and he took his time even and made sure I got the best quality of service. I will come here every time I’m in town.

I got a full set of acrylic nails plus a gel manicure by Hai and I am very, very happy with how my nails turned out! My friend and I both walked in for a full set without either of us having an appointment, and we were almost immediately sat down and ready to go. Hai was friendly and professional, multi tasked efficiently, and worked quickly yet carefully. I asked for one nail to be slightly changed and he listened and fixed it. I could tell he’s experienced and that he knew what he was doing. I now have lovely almond shaped acrylics that aren’t too thick or wonky. For $35 I could not be more pleased!

My new favorite nail salon, they’re amazing, couldn’t ask for better nail techs, than they have here. They’re always so sweet, their prices are reasonable and their lobby? Idk I just like the big spacious set up they have. Just got my acrylic nails removed and received a Gel-Mani and I ONLY paid $30, minus the tip I gave my nail tech. I’m IN LOVVVVEE. I was refused service i wasnt asked if i had an appointment but that was the excuse i was given when I called for not having time to just change my nail polish color. Really disappointed wish Mina Nails was open on Sundays.
