These woman are amazing and genuine souls. I enjoy getting my nails done at classy nails, because they make me feel welcomed and relaxed. They do not rush you out and they take their time making sure everything is perfect! Thank you Classy Nails.

I wanted this place to be my new favorite place, but my gel nail polish started lifting and coming of in less than 36 hours. I wish I could have gone back to have it fixed but I got them done the day before my travel to Europe vacay.

This was our first visit...Before covid my daughter and I would get our nails done together every month! Its been a year, weve moved and had to find a new place. Whomever we saw would have big shoes to fill, as we LOVED our last salon.I am SOOOOO impressed, shape, perfect! Colors, perfect! Service, kind and fun! Atmosphere, fun, family, friendly!!!And the entire set was done with absolute care in less than an hour, not that I was in a hurry, but its still a positive!Definitely. Coming. Back!

They were nice and did my toes too. But when they were cutting around my nail they kept cutting down and it was very painful. As you can see I have a small scab and then this weird pocket of pus??? Like what? And the corner of the nail came up and peeled off after 2 days. I’m upset because it was very expensive. And now my finger is in pain and infected?

I went in to get a pedicure because I had an ingrown toenail. The lady repeatedly dug through the sides of my toe until it bled and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I kept telling her that she was hurting me but continued anyway, saying that this is how she’s getting the ingrown toenail out. She did the same to my other toe and now I’m in more pain than before I walked into the store. All of the other ladies that work there are super nice and gentle - I’ve never had any problems with the others in past services but the lady that worked on me today (I think she’s the owner of the store) was awful.

Same Horrible experiences for the last 3 times Ive went. Today i walked in to get a fill in done. In the middle of service, the women doing my nails left.she did not come back. I waited about an hour while the another manicurists were using my space as a desk to organize their belongings. Instead of finishing my nails I had to ask for the owner for someone to finish my nails and that this was the THIRD time they stopped doing my nails and forgot about me and left to do other clients and did not return until I remind them I still exist. it makes me extremely uncomfortable.The explanation I was given was the manicurists did not do nails but only did pedicures BUT those same women have done my nails before so they are lying to me for whatever reason or they dont remember me or its the way I look..Either way I felt very uncomfortable and will not be returning.

LOOOOVE my nails!!!! The attention to detail was really great. Anything past basic solid colors are a little on the pricy side but totally worth it. I am very happy. Full set (regular polish, not gel) and the glitter ombré design she did totaled to $45 and I gave a $10 tip. Good atmosphere, everything seems pretty clean and they’re following all covid regulations which made me very comfortable and happy.

Today was my first time here & it was a great experience. I had a Spa Pedicure & also had my eyebrows waxed. The service was wonderful, very professional, friendly & my nails & brows look great. The price was very affordable ($40.00 for both services) and the salon was comfortable. I will definitely be back!

They did a terrible job on my girlfriends nails on two occasions. On the last occasion, Classy Nails did such a poor job on her nails again (they took so long to do her nails that she had to leave and come back), she chose to take her business elsewhere. Stay away from this place! There’s so many nail shops in the area that do much better work than this place and have much better customer service. They don’t value your money. Would not recommend this nail salon to anyone!

Went for convenience of location and Wont be coming back. They tell you come sit down start w 1 thing and leave you to go do something else... 1.5 hours later she finally says something to me and comes to do nails ...which she doesnt paint the whole nail and i asked her if she could fix and she acts put out she does 1 nail leavs rest and says done

I want to love this place but just can’t. Came in 12/29, 3 days later called because my nails were breaking off on the sides and poorly done. This was my first time in years getting acrylics. The lady agreed the nails were botched. Begins to “fix” them, she sands them down and then shapes them. At this point my nails are down to their original thickness. She puts a coat of polish on and sends me on my way. As her usual customer comes in and rushes me out with yet again a half done job. Fast forward today a week after my nails having been done the original time. I call and the lady Jennifer tells me to come in because yes she didn’t put the powder which thickens the nail and makes them last. I want in 5 min after talking to her, she says she’s going to do them for me again. As I sit down she says it’s going to be $15 for a fill. The salon is full I don’t want to make a scene. I told her I just wanted the powder no fill as I had literally just gotten nails done a week ago. This was her mistake and should have corrected. Needless to say I paid and won’t be going back. 3 times to get the nails done correct is ridiculous. There are so many shops in this area no need to settle for a poor job.

Absolutely the worst nail experience Ive ever had . I actually went here on accident before I dont know the area that well but I figured it would be okay and I was already there so I would give it a try . I asked for the pink powder and clear polish . I showed her a picture and she acted like she understood . The whole time she did my nails she was watching tv and cut me twice and didnt care or bother to say sorry. I asked if someone else could do my nails since she obviously didnt care enough to look while she did them and she said everyone was busy and I would have to wait ... I said I would wait and she said she would do them and pay attention so I was was just like fine . I told her short and she didnt cut then short so after she filed one hand I asked if she could do it a little shorter to which she rolled her eyes at me . I asked to see a manager and she said there wasnt one there and called me rude . I paid for what she had done and left . She also used regular powder and not pink my nails look like crap and she was almost finished so its not because I left early . Oh and a side note : there was another employee there with her feet propped up on a seat right beside me without any shoes on .... Please save your time and go somewhere else . Diva nails is right next door and its amazing (thats where I meant to go ) or go anywhere else . Dont put yourself through that . No respect and honestly not well trained in what they do . It was a pathetic experience .

The person that did my nails was very rough. She cut my finger really badly & didnt even apologize or acknowledge it. Not only that, but she painted my nails horribly. It’s uneven & sloppy & most of the corners aren’t even painted. I will not be back. I didn’t have a pleasant experience at all.

The wife likes this studio allot they seem to do a really nice job on her nails and the staff is nice.

I usually just go here for pedis. Which i always like. But yesterday I went for a pedi and a full set. Avoid going here when they’re packed. I noticed they don’t handle stress well. They were rushing with our full sets (my sisters and I) and they were very rough with our hands (it still hurts) and the work was a bit sloppy. ALSO they charge extra for certain nail shapes. They did not disclose that to us in the beginning.

I just want to say I read through all these reviews and I cannot believe my eyes reading a lot of them. I’ve been coming to Classy Nails since 2013 and I’ve never had a problem!! My girls are the best!! Jennifer and Sandy try their best to make sure everyone is taken care of. Sometimes they get busy and sometimes they don’t. The reviews that I read about people not wanting to come back or telling people not to go there are wrong!! You might’ve had a bad experience But not everybody does!! you were probably just having a bad day and wanted to take it out on somebody. I don’t care what anybody says I will always come to CLASSY NAILS because they treat me like a person and there’s no other nail place that I would trust with my nails. I have OCD and this place is the Cleanest Place I’ve ever been too! So to all of you that are complaining, Instead of knocking businesses down with your negative reviews, maybe you should say “in my opinion, only because I had a problem” instead of saying “don’t go there!” I know these women very well and they are the best!!

Before I even went to this salon I called to see how much a gel pedicure was, I was informed by the lady on the phone that it was $40. Upon my arrival I found on their nail menu that it was actually only $34. I told the lady I wanted square and longer toe nails and she shook her head yes, but now I’m looking at my toes and they’re rounded and a lot shorter than I wanted. Not happy with the outcome and won’t go back.

This was the worst experience ever. I asked for a gel refill and within two days my nails were chipping. I even asked twice because it wasnt the same as my normal nail experience. They didnt paint over the tips of the nail or even use a top coat. I went back today and asked them to fix my one chipped nail and asked them again if it was gel(clearly it was not) and not only were they rude they didnt bother for a top coat. And the place is DIRTY. Should have known.

I had an appointment at 3:30, I have been waiting over 30 mins for someone to start on my nails and I only came in for a fill. Their not that sanitary as the used the same tools for the girl previous before me. Im sad because the first time I came here I had such a wonderful experience. I would not recommend classy nails after this experience Im sorry.

For my first time going anywhere else other then my original nail shop, I decided I would try somewhere close to home. So I called and asked if they had time to do a gel fill/pedi they said yes come on in. I went there they all greeted me nicely, very nice shop. And they did a AWESOME JOB ON MY NAILS/TOES!! And this is coming from somebody that is so DAMN PICKY I STAY WITH MY SAME LADY.. So yes my experience was GREAT!! Thank you ladies. Oh yes and by the way they do have new pedicure supplies that are new fresh out of a package and new toenail holders. Whatever there called.

Shape and all was good but when she cut me and she knew there was some blood it was over. Set is okay, then she charged more and ask for tip like she never cut me lol. Okay.

Best Place in Lakewood to get nails done and pedicures!!

I have been going to Classy Nails since I was pregnant with my son 7 years ago when another salon had messed my mani/pedi up really badly...they took such good care of me and have continued to do so through the years that I refuse to go anywhere else. I drive all the way from Roy into Lakewood to see these lovely ladies and I highly recommend anyone else do the same!!! They are absolutely amazing!!!

I do not know why the other two reviews are horrible. I got a full set design mani and a pedi. The place was clean, they used clean instruments with everyone (opened new sterile instruments in packets) all the ladies there were super nice and funny, they took there time and did a great job on my nails. I am definitely going to start going to them when ever I get my nails done!!

My nails lasted for a whole month and it didnt go bad

She didnt soak my nails, she didnt cut my cuticles, I asked for an ombre and she painted half my nail one color and the other half the other. I aaked her not to make my nails thick and she added an extra layer of acrylic. Never EVER going again.

8/19/15 9:30am totally over paid!!! Discounts not true! They say $18 for students I got charged $24!!! And I didnt even get my nails painted in color or style I just got a clear tip and the end result was with lots of bubbles! And in one even strands of fibers/hair are visible now I Have to go home and put a color polish on them they where nice when I was getting them done but the one who put the clear nail polish rude and then when it came time to pay totally not ok if the extra 6$ was for the two cotes of clear nail polish I could have done that at home!! But i would think that would be standard when getting what I got Dont say u offer discounts if you really not planning on giving it.I wanted to come back and add that I did go back a day later because one nail was already half way off and I didnt explain everything and they did fix them all redid them and they where good now I dont think they where to happy about it talking between themselfs! but they did so thank you for that gave them another star

Probably the worse I’ve experienced in a nail salon, I waked in and took a seat and the worker began to take off my gel nail polish to give me a fill . It was only Obvious that she didn’t do manicures because she was hurting me . She did one had and as soon as someone else came in for a pedi she left and helped her out as the other workers were with customers . I waited and waited and I just left . I was there first she could of at least finished the other hand . Worse customer service EVER !

I have gone in a few times my nails break within days, my military discount was supposed to make my fill $13 i paid $20 i just had a fill and black polish nothing special. my nails are always crooked the polish is poor quality.
