I was surprised the store was even still in business. A lot of the shelves were just empty, but employees came up asking can I help you about 5 times during the 10 minutes I was trying to browse Um no were out (of anything I was looking for) but we can order it. Theres a spot for it on the shelf, when might you get it in I askI dont know, we get different stuff in he saysI was just looking for some decent computer speakers and when I couldnt find any and asked the staff seemed confused. Uhhh...yeah..i think we have some over against the wall.They only had 2 sets of computer speakers but they had 10 different kinds of electric toothbrushes. Just shut the store down and quit wasting everyones time!0/5 on the store

Geek squad takes forever to do anything, took a month to get my AirPods replaced and they still don’t work like they should, they don’t care though they just said it’s something with my brand new iPhone 12.

I have had a great experience with the guys at Bel Mar Geek Squad. They saved my new computer, and answered all my questions, and gave me advice on how to fix the problems on my own next time. Shout out to John (and his teammate who I didn’t get his name)!

Theyre repair tech damaged my house costing me thousands of dollars to repair it do not trust these people to do proper repairs

Anyone giving more than one star has been paid by Best Buy to leave a review. How does this place stay in business. The Geek Squad? The red headed, red bearded leprechaun could possibly be the most arrogant person I’ve ever met. Trying to figure out why he thinks this, but I was more amused by this mystery that it made dealing with him actually worth it. Looking forward to going back to interact with this moron yet again. How does someone that knows so little actually think he knows so much? I will continue on my search tomorrow and update should I figure out this mystery.

Beyond disgusting staff. Very disrespectful hairy bearded man. Even spoke with another geek squad location and staff knew who he was and agreed with me that hes vile and nasty.

I strongly discourage anyone from using this Geek Squad. I took my iphone in for a battery replacement and now my earpiece doesnt work. Many phone calls later with no response I finally had to take it elsewhere. Bad service!

They helped me replace my computer when the hard drive crashed. They were quick and helpful and even paid for the shipping!
