The best barbershop in Colorado!! I came in to get a drop back fade as well and the top trimmed and my barber Ivana absolutely killed it! I highly recommended this shop! They have absolutely premium service and have the best customer service, other the less a clean shop as well!! Don’t hesitate to come in because they are the best of the best.

I, unfortunately, dont have enough hair left to bother going to this, or any barber, but they sure do always give my son a clean cut. Always sharp looking! Only barber we take him to.

The overall experience was good but I did not get all of what I had asked for. I wanted a nice fade and they did amazing. However I did not get my hair cut they way I wanted it. I have curly/wavy hair and wanted to show it off but they didn’t do what I had asked and even continued to brush and blow dry my hair back after I mentioned that I like it kinda messy to show off my natural hair. This experience reminded me of how much I hated getting haircuts in highschool when it was long, I even thought of shaving my head again.

Hands down the best hair cut I have ever had! I have been to plenty of barbers but Marcus did a wonderful job even with my current hair issues. He even helped me with my some areas of my thin hair. Felt rushed. My guy was in and out in 25m and they missed some hairs. The bartender was sipping Starbucks. Its more of a salon than a barber shop, with salon prices. Great if you want facial treatments and pampering. But if you want a cold fade you may look elsewhere.

When I called for an appointment they ask you for your card information. The reason being is they charge your card for the full amount in case of a no show. But if you actually receive the service you have to pay with cash only. Sounds shady and un professional.

Been cutting my hair with Ivona, and have been unhappy with her from the get go and haircuts weren’t that great!! And on top of all that they decided to change the price and that was a big turn off... wouldn’t mind paying $70 for a haircut but you would have to provide more with that.... NY barbers charge $50 includes haircut beard trim and nose wax and it’s a way better quality job then what you have to offer!! The only reason I dropped $45 at your dump because it was a convenient drive!

I went and got my haircut on a Saturday. I called the same day and they got me in within 2 hours! Upon arrival, the shop is exceedingly clean and well ran. Everything is very professional in the shop. I planned to only get my haircut, then decided it was time to “Treat Yo Self” and I got the total package. Not once did the barber make me feel like I inconvenienced them by going with the higher services that required more time than I had booked. I came out of the haircut experience looking fresh for a wedding I was attending. The add-on treatments I did left me feeling like a million bucks as well. To top it off, the shop and I had a minor misunderstanding that lead to an erroneous charge on my card. The owner called me right back and left me a voicemail about refunding the charge - which made me feel valued as a customer and a human. I strongly recommend this shop for its solid haircuts, cleanliness, and how comfortable you’ll feel while getting cut.

I did have one hick up as a new customer they didnt mention on the phone its a cash only establishment but they do have an ATM, just a heads up if your going in its cash only. Its been a while since my last haircut and I heard that this place opened recently. Id also never had my beard trimmed by anyone else and was curious to see how that went. I was also curious to see how they handled beard trimming when masks are needed everywhere these days. Turns out that of course you need to take the mask off to get your beard trimmed, but they put on a rather large face shield as they do it. They asked if I wanted a straight razor or not for the cleanup. Ive never had that before either so I had them do it. Glad I did, it makes things really clean! But of course they dont force it on you. I dont get haircuts often because Im lazy, but I think Ill definitely be back. I also really like supporting local businesses.

EVERYTHING about this place is awesome! From the moment you walk in it’s clean and inviting ! The vibe is set nice with a modern look with hints of Greek Roman culture...Music is on point and the barber chairs and mirrors and everything is real classy ! The staff is friendly and very professional but most importantly they can cut!!! I sat with IVANA the owner and was THRILLED with my cut! She faded me up so clean and not a hair or line out of place! She is NICE with the clippers and really cares about what she’s doing and believes in her business so y’all need to go support! I will be back every two weeks for a haircut no question!

I found this barbershop through word-of-mouth. When I found out how close it was to my home in Lakewood I had to check them out. The staff is very friendly and my barber did a great job. They all wore facemasks and the shop was very modern and clean: which is very important to me at the present time. Would definitely recommend you to check them out.

So I believe I heard about Taper Godz via Google Maps letting me know a new barbershop was opening near my house here in Lakewood.And man, am I glad I found these guys because not only are they close to home, well priced, super clean/modern looking shop, an ACTUAL barbershop, they or Yesi I should say, gave me one of the best mid-fades Ive had in years.It was honestly probably the best cut Ive had since moving out here 6 years ago from Indianapolis Indiana. Which is saying a lot as Im pretty picky about my haircuts & line ups w/the straight razor.Yesi though was super nice, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, but most importantly she took her time & made it obvious my fade was her #1 priority. Because of all these positive things mentioned I think its safe to say I have found my new barbershop. Will most definitely be back and you, reader of this comment, need to come in here and get a great cut/experience as I did and look forward to again soon.
