Theres some older lady that charges me $33 (I even tip her on top of that) after a 10-12 min trim (Just 2 on top and 1 on the side) when other employees only bill $21. She always tries to shave my beard too so she can up sell me too. Ugh, is there anywhere else that a can go to get a simple trim with out feeling like Im not getting ripped off?

I asked for finger length on top the forward part of my hair still comes down to the top of my nose both sides are highly uneven and I cant even comb my hair properly and its just the basic side part haircut absolutely disgusting not a single part of it is even 360°. Ive never had my whole head so uneven absolutely disgusting a week later and my hair still looks nappy after a $25 haircut

They are nice. But the lady that cut my 9yr old sons hair today totally messed it up. She was nice but I dont think had much experience from the way she was talking. Had my hair cut here a few years ago and was a horrible cut as well. Will not be going back here.

Yesterday i set an appointment and im happy i did. It was my first time there and i didnt have to wait. Nadine was really nice to me, great to talk to and im so happy she was my stylist. I went back to the salon after the stylist said to go home and blow dry and straighten it and come back if I see anything thay stands out. I went back to have my undercut “fixed” and have the super long patches removed. The second lady was a lot nicer and I thought it was better than the first cut until my mom pointed out the back of my head... it is extremely uneven beyond belief! There’s a chunk that is way longer and then a chunk that is missing now! The skin tag on my neck was buzzed too and is really hurting!

I had some long hair and needed a new style for a job interview. Kayla did a very good job and was cool as a cucumber. Highly recommended place for a quick cut.

My haircut was horrible. I asked for a trim and the black lady was so high that she kept cutting and cutting, first with scissors, then with a buzzer, then a razor comb, then started over, finally I had a little on the top, completely uneven and way too high in the back. I had an appointment and walk-ins were let in before me. I am very dissatisfied. I paid 25 for a cut and tip, but Im sure that tip didnt go to hair cut lessons. It went to drugs. Because there all act high there. I dont care what you do on your time, or that weed is legal here in Colorado, but dont do drugs on the job. when your using sharp objects and attempting to style peoples hair, you need to be sober. Im pro legalization, but against people drinking or smoking on the job. I just wear a hat now. Even my girlfriend just says, well it will grow back eventually. Ugh...UPDATE!!! I shaved my head bald, and let it naturally grow back. Looks way better.

Saw a lot of men getting wonderful cuts. I asked for a blunt bob with the front longer than the back. Said I didnt want layers. She said she was thinning it a little. Told I wanted to wash and go, that I do not spend time on my hair. She gave me an A line with little layers. Looked so bad my roommate made me go back to fix. This person cut all my hair off and they decided to thin it even more. It will take months to be shoulderlength again. Second lady decided what to do and cut then said this is good length as a question. Am so sad as my hair is unfit for public at all.

Ive been to this place many times in the past and normally receive decent service. There have been a few times where they give sub par service on their cuts but it hasnt been too bad. Today I come in and they tell its going to be about 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes a gentleman walks in with no wait and they take him ahead of me. I just walked out and will be finding a new place to get my hair cut.

When I went in for my haircut,, the stylists were talking about how people wanted 50$ haircuts for 20$ And complaining that people had unrealistic ideas for their hair. They are allowed to have their opinion of course but talking about it out loud in front of customers is wrong. I asked to have my hair layered and the dead ends cut off. I have long thick straight hair, this lady literally just cut my hair straight across. I was so upset, I paid and left and made an appointment elsewhere to fix my hair. I will never go back to this place again, especially since I probably wanted a “50$ haircut for 20$”

After a disappointing experience at a downtown Golden boutique, my husband and I walked in both needing haircuts. The lady who had cut my hair last, someone I had really hit it off with, greeted me with a smile and a hug. She did a great job on my hair (which I have mostly shaved off due to alopecia), finishing with some leave in conditioner and a warm towel to activate it, which felt AMAZING. Meanwhile, my husbands stylist did such a thorough job she even trimmed the hair in his ears! He was so pleased, and said he felt less discomfort than normal after a cut. This is where we go now, and we will be back!

I stopped by just to wash and dry my hair and walked out with same oily roots. My stylist was a young girl who seemed to be unconfident in what she was doing. She washed my hair twice but both times I thought she was doing pretreatment, because she never went all around my face and ears and back of the head. Afterward the girl applied some products and never brushed my hair, started drying with fingers . I never head that kind of experience. How stylist can’t be able to do a simple hair wash ? I paid $15 what is fine, but at the same time I am paying $30 for blowout at High End Salon . It was my first and last time when I gave a chance for hair cuttery or any other salon this chain type.

Nadine was such great help in getting my hair to look just right. I have had bad experiences with haircuts in the past and she listened to all my worries and concerns, I will never go anywhere else for my haircut! Everyone of the stylists is friendly and professional.

I went in with thick hair down to my rump and told the woman that I wanted a hair cut like black widow from avengers and she tried to talk me out of cutting my hair short but I insisted on it. My hair was causing me massive migraines and now after she cut my hair Ive not had a headache since! Hell Im going back today with my wife so we can get her hair cut too! Thank you supercuts!

November 2013: I asked for a style and an undercut. I asked if she knew what that was and was assured she did. I was asked to put my head down - part of an undercut so I though we understood each other. My hair didnt look quite right and I thought I just needed to shampoo and style it. At home it became painfully clear I had lost 4-6 inches of length ( oked this so I would have a deep undercut and some style) but all I had was shorter hair and a blunt cut across the back. What a waste of time money and hair.

Went in on Wednesday April 27, 2016 because I needed an eyebrow wax, and thought that I might as well get my hair trimmed and the layers cleaned up. Ive been to this location numerous times when I lived in lakewood and I only get my hair cut at supercuts. Well this time I am unhappy. My eyebrows look fine, but my hair looks like a modern day mullet/bowl hair cut. I let her wash my hair (which I never do) and my bangs got cut too short. In regards to the layers she did one layer which are just slightly above my ears (it looks like I had a bowl on my head and she cut around it) and the rest of the length she just used a razor and basically thinned out my length...I dont see layers. I look ridiculous. I cant wear a ponytail to hide it because of the one layer she gave me. When I left it looked fine because she didnt dry it. Once it dried I was horrified and I hate leaving my house. I cant wait for my hair to grow back.

Horrible barbers . Not once but twice I had a bad experience. Took my son in today and they couldnt do a simple fade. On top of that they shave off half his eye brow and nicked his forehead while lining him up. Id swear those older ladies were high.
