I drove 20 minutes to this car wash just to get it actually clean after washing it at a lousy car wash. This was 100% better. I did find it a bit odd that you drive out with your car still wet. It dried fast and looked great in a few minutes though. The vacuums were also 100% better and included with the car wash. Im so happy for the recommendation!

I was really surprised how many cars were going through the wash, lines. It did a great job even better than my hand wash job. The rims and tires looked polished and shined. I was really happy and surprised. Great job.

This is the worst car wash. They literally stand around and do nothing. Depending on who is working, they barely even spray the car and when you ask them to brush the front of the car to help remove the bugs they dont always. I wish we had another car wash option. We miss Top Shelf.

This is my go to carwash. I have a membership. I like this car wash better than sportys. They dont offer interior cleaning at the location I go to usually but they are located all around and I can stop at any one during my travels and continue to use my membership. The workers are usually helpful and ive never had an issue with any of them.

I love this car wash. The attendants are ALL so friendly. It has so many cleaning options. I love the FREE vacuums. They are the best Ive used and there are 2 different sizes to choose from. I will keep coming back!

First time visiting love the price and the quality of car wash. Vacuum cleaning area is very clean but a bit to tight, I could barely open my door wide enough with out worrying about hitting someone elses car.

Fantastic and fast! Pull up, pay and then drive right up and the car is pulled through in neutral. Vacuums are powerful and easy to use.

Im a long term pass holder. Since the change in ownership the tunnel leaves a lot to be desired, especially drying. I wont get into the lack of full-service since then,, major let down. Theres plenty of room to add more blowers or invest in others. SOMETHING! I literally use my wipers to see through the windshield while getting my tires shined to see my way out. Oohhhh then theres the water spots because you pay for the maximum pass yet you still have to dry it yourself. Wouldnt recommend unless you use it for basic washes for a convenient pollen duster however be prepared to dry it or absolutely a waste of money with all the spots!

I cancelled my unlimited wash club multiple times because I received sub par service and they have repeatedly reactivated and charged me without my permission. This morning is the third time they have done so. Ill be seeking a refund and changing my card as a result, as well as seeking legal counsel.

Do not waste your money at this car wash. Half the features are always broken. You will not get what youre paying for. I had the ultimate subscription for six or eight months and gave it way longer than I should have expecting it to work properly. Should have canceled it after the first month.

They have changed ownership and the way cars go in... I dont think they do any detail work anymore, but the wash is fast and vacuum is no additional charge.

Great customer service, however the car wash didnt reach the front of my car.

I used to work at car washes when I was younger and I miss the personal attention they used to give in cleaning your vehicles. Its all automated now and very impersonal. Prices are the same and yet you do all the work. The tunnel cleans most of the time but not if you have bird droppings or bugs splattered on the front end. They really need someone to prewash before the tunnel so you dont have to go twice. Maybe the can pay people to be there to do more than push a button and tell you to look at the signs.

Very good car wash for a drive through. I came down from the north with salt on my vehicle just covered and a single pass got most of it removed. I was pleased with the wash. Of course it could have been better but it did well

Great deal. $30 a month for unlimited washes. They have 2 in Sanford and 1 in deland. I use them almost daily.

My car is not clean and this location should have towels to dry your car off, window cleaner, and car freshener. I wont be back to visit again.

They dont answer the phone. had specific questions that couldnt get answered because nobody is there to pick up the phone. so right off the bat i noticed the customer service is extremely poor.

It feels funny going to a car wash without many people around. But, the good news is that there werent many people around. There was a guy manning the auto pay select the wash thing to explain, and a guy at the entrance to the auto wash.I used the free vacuums to hit the inside carpet and was good to go. There were a couple other folks but plenty of bays to keep away from everyone.All in all a great experience.

$30 a month for the ultimate car wash isnt bad. Can go as many times as you want during that month. It freaked my Dog, Ginger, out going through. She ended up in my lap. All 50lbs of her. Only reason I use these car washes is because I like all the pretty colors on my windshield. Towards the end you get a red color that looks like lava and then you get a blue color that looks like youre going through a waterfall and its just awesome. The child in me loves it.Anyways, of course if you want a deeper clean you got a hand wash it yourself but they do pretty good for what it is.Oh and lots of free vacuums. Bring a card that dont take cash.

The drying process needs improvement. The back of my Ford Escape never gets cleaned well.

This used to be a really great car wash. Since the new owners took over, not so much. They no longer offer detailing services. They no longer pre-wash the front end of the vehicle to remove bug remains.If you want to do is wash your car, its a pretty good deal. I just miss the detailing services and the pre-wash.

These guys are legit. I came here twice a month and they wore me down to finally get the monthly membership. I haven’t regretted it since.I will tell you that sometimes, not all vacuums are working…but that only happens every so often.

Good night my annoyance is that they offered me the offer 29.99 of an unlimited month. For only the month I pay but it was not like that, they have been charging me 31.95 for 4 months and of those 4 months 2 see take the bus to wash how you can help me.

I was going to get the $30 for one month and then the guy told me all she just drives his car wash you have to vacuum it yourself Thats the part I dont want to do is vacuum used to you went through the wash and if you wanted them to vacuum it it was $10 and then hes telling me to go to not stand for but a little bit past that and they do the wash and vacuum there for 50 bucks that is I mean I can get the whole I can get the car hand washed and vacuumed for 20 bucks so the prices need to go down because Im a senior and out and I cant vacuum my own car hours its just too much

Really nice staff. I pulled in 2 minutes before closing and the attendant tonight turned the vacuums and allowed me to clean my truck for 15 minutes without rushing me. Very professional and sweet.

I like the kindness of the employees. I like to be able to take my car there in the morning and then if need be in the afternoon when I travel. The vacuum and wash do a good job.

Unfortunately, the Mister Car Wash formerly Top Shelf in Deltona, no longer offers free car mat cleaning. Most certainly, it was a great benefit and will be missed. Im happy they still offer free vacuuming. I dont use the car wash, only because I noticed when I had, not all dirt gets removed and leaves water spots. There is nothing better than handwashing to reach all the areas a car wash cannot reach and using a car leather chamois to dry spotless free.

I absolutely love the contactless drive-thru option now. I used the free vacuums for the first time today and was impressed at how powerful they were. Didnt take very long for me to vacuum my entire vehicle. 😁

The service is nice. I dont like how my truck is washed. I pay for the premium and the right front tire NEVER gets washed or sprayed. Its annoying.

I have been going to this carwash for 2 years when it was Top Shelf it was awesome. Now its terrible. Since Mister car Wash has taken over, my car doesnt get clean anymore. Its always still super wet when I leave. Theyve taken away the mat cleaners. Fired almost all their staff. And now I have to run my car two to three times every time I go through the wash. Im today t-system didnt even turn on. So went through once with nothing.had to go through a second time because the first time the system didnt work. Youve increased prices and taken away things that used to be offered. Im a very disappointed customer.

I love coming here but they no longer clean the insides of your car, although I do understand their reason is due to covid, I am a bit disappointed.

Went to run through the carwash and my card didnt work and I told the boy working I was going to the atm to get it and be right back so he opened the gate and let me through. Then I return with the money for the carwash only to be informed by the same boy that they arent excepting cash so I told him to open the gate and be blatantly ignored me and had us maneuver around cars coming in. The only thing they did a good job of is making us feel like second class citizens. To bad they changed from the old carwash. This new carwash has no personal touch

Purchased the unlimited plan,went through twice because the first wash did not clean my wheels,so after vacuuming I decided to drive through a second time and the employee comes to investigate like I was not supposed to drive through again.Should have not gotten the unlimited plan if it doesnt really mean unlimited.Will not renew😠😠

I’m a member and the guy in front of me kept talking to the associate and two other cars next to me pulled up in and ordered a wash that aren’t monthly members and I even honked my horn and the associate kept talking. Now I have to wait for three cars to wash before I’m up. Not professional! I wrote this as I was waiting and then I come up to finally get my turn and I didn’t get my car sprayed and he said the bug sprayer is down. Probably not renewing my membership next month.

This is the third time that Ive been there and for some reason theyre machine still wont clean the back of my truck where my tailgate is even after I take my hitch off and they take the safety switch off that prevents it from cleaning the back. it still doesnt work

They did a really nice job with this place. The vacuums will suck the carpet off the floor. For $19 a month you get an unlimited car wash that seems to be a bargain

I have a pickup and everytime i go through it never cleans the tailgate at at all the person that starts the wash cycle could spray down the gate as it goes past him he spray the hood and grill could do the gate as we so it rinses the gate....

It would be really nice and better if they did clean the inside of the cars and clean the inside windows.
