Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. This is THE ONLY location I have not heard complaints about. Outstanding and caring service from a knowledgeable mechanic/interlock installer. I tell everyone who needs an interlock to go here.

Kellie is the best in the business. She doesnt charge more when she could take advantage, was able to sneak me in day of any time I called, and best of all shes down to earth and gives helpful tips with just about anything involving your car. She also was able to provide service centers that have worked with interlock customers already, making everything easy. Id give her 10/5 stars if I could!

After a bad installation of my interlock device at CarToys on Broadway I brought my car here to fix it. I kept getting run wire issues and almost a lock out. She fixed my wiring quickly and got me on my way. Great customer service and friendly staff.

This place is horribly unprofessional the woman who installed mine ruined my car it was brand née in perfect running shape. The dip stick was on the ground after she installed it. Why they would touch that is beyond me. I didn’t have my license yet so I had to wait it took me a month to realize I was driving with a broken dipstick in my oil tank. I’ve already paid iver200 to try snd fix it but nothing is helping. They never call back or awnser calls and the lady made me wait almost two hours past the appointment time and bullied me into not changing my installation date even though I needed to change it. She’s rude and I can never get ahold of these people. They are unprofessional and clearly cannot do there job. So I reported them to the state. Pleased for the love of god do not go to this place. They will ruin your car

Installed my Intoxalock. Not only was Kelly amazing but she was super helpful and kind knowledgeable and help me with many many other questions about my vehicle. In addition I got to see how well her reputation was in person while I stayed and had my vehicle get the Intoxalock installed. She was nothing but kind reasonable and educated towards every customer. Not only that she was That but she was highly highly respected. From here on out I will never go to anyone but Kelly and I will only tell people to go to her

Kellie was great every visit I had. Her prices are the best that I saw in two years of having my interlock in. I started with car toys. Every time I called them I would get a different price with Kellie it the same price across the board. Highly suggest her doing your unit above anyone else.

Kellie is the best. Great service and literally the only good experience as far as dealing with these companies. She has always been there to help me out and great to work with in person. On more than one occasion she has seriously gone out of her way to help me with this process, even after I was no longer a customer.

My vehicle was stalled out on the highway and was vandalized later that night. One of the items stolen from me was the hand-held device that you breath into. Intoxalock charged me $200 to replace it. Good thing too because if I didnt have insurance they would of charged me $1500. Intoxalock mailed the new hand-held to GORILLA INTERLOCK. When I contacted Kellie at GORILLA INTERLOCK she said it would cost me an additional $100 to install it. I told her that I can install it myself but she proceeded to say that it was STATE LAW for her to install it and that I couldnt. In which I believe she is full of it, because when its cold outside, your able to install and uninstall your hand-held yourself. I asked her for an explanation and she continued to argue her point. I believe she found a loophole that benefited her so that she could capitalize on my unfortunate situation to make one hundred dollars. With this being said, I feel that she is a thief that is hard up for a quick buck! And its obvious she is a poor businesswoman. I have since switched to work with a different company (Car Toys) that works with Intoxalock. I asked them how much they would of charged me for the same situation. They said nothing. Her greed costed her my business. I recommend that if you need to have a breathalyzer installed in your vehicle. I repeat...do not go to this place!! And Kellie I hope this negative review was worth the $100 you stole from me!!

Kellie is amazing! My car wouldnt start for weeks. Brought it to car toys in boulder where I had my device installed and they told me everything was fine on their end( two separate times) but it was not. I had my car towed to Kellie and she got everything back up and running for me within a day and I have not had any issues since. Kellie is super easy to stay in contact with, and I will be using her for all future services I need!

Gorilla interlock is hands down the best place to get your interlock serviced. She gives amazing service and has been so very helpful with any issues Ive encountered along the way.

I called Gorilla Interlock at 5pm for a mobile recalibration, and Kellie, the owner, was at my apartment by 630pm with a new device in hand. She drove from Lakewood to Boulder in the rain on a moments notice. Kellie knows more about ignition interlocks and the processes and procedures than the interlock people themselves. Also, they charge far less than others for mobile service. If you find yourself on an ignition interlock, conduct your business here.

She does great at installing I haven’t had any troubles! Very efficient & knowledgeable. The one time my device had an issue she was there to fix it that day & I haven’t had troubles since. I highly recommend getting installed here.

Ive been an ASE Master Mechanic for 10 years.Never go to this place, my wiring is destroyed. I have a 1970s vehicle and somehow she was able to destroy my wiring harness (will need hundreds of dollars in repair) none of the exterior lights on the vehicle work. Lost all the clips to the panels she accessed, so now they constantly fall off. Ill post pictures to show what a hack this woman is.

The entire process of getting an interlock can be incredibly inefficient and bureaucratic. Kellie was the only part of my experiance that was neither of those things. She is friendly, understanding, and won’t give you the run around. The best in the biz.

Intoxalock send me to this place to get my interlock install they told me to look for Kellie but I only ran into baby D, ...it started good with her till one day I went to get my device to be recalibrated i ask her if she can do it, and she ask me if I had an appointment and I said no she said to come back another day or in a couple hours in a very rude manner because shes eating and slam the door on me, when i called intoxalock they told I could go anytime within 15 days.
