On 4/2/2021, the two ladies at the desk were lovely to talk to. I have come from the post office, who refused to tape my package, and these ladies didn’t have a problem taping my printed label on the box. Would recommend this location.

My grandmother watched the delivery lady pull up and walk around my house, but she never left a package any where on the property. Neither the front door or the back. It was real shady how she walked around my grand mothers home. It actually scared her. The address is posted clearly on the mail box out front, the mail box attached to the porch and the porch door. If the fed ex driver was confused why dint she knock on the door and ask? This is really concerning. Did she act like she delivered my package so she could steal it? Was she lurking around my grand mas house up to something? I will be contacting fed ex as soon as can to express my concerns but be careful using these people. Postal workers have a history of violence.

The facility does not have a direct telephone number. When you call Fedex you get an automated system with no option to talk to a human. You can get frustrated and curse the machine and it will route you to a foreigner in another country which does not have the ability to contact the facility directly. Their computer system is not real time they have no real time communications with the local facilities. They attempted delivery during none business hours, their system said they would attempt to redeliver the same day they never showed we drove to the facility as they said it could be picked up there and it closed early. Called this morning and there is no way to communicate directly with the holding facility all communications are done through a computer system that does not give real time information. It seems they knew the minimum wage hike was coming and have all ready made their adjustments.

This place is a complete joke I had a delivery for 3/17 and they arrive at my location and didn’t even leave the package or call me to let me know they were even there and now there sending my package all the way back to California. These delivery drivers here in Lakeland and the workers are clueless.

FedEx is the best place to ship, but a little of kindness from the customer representative is need it, they think, they doing you a favor, we are paying a high price for your service. Ok, give your employee a little of good relations course.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and understanding of exotic animal shipments. Id love to give a 5 star review, but Im still incredibly sour about FedExs epic failure which resulted in my snake being stuck in Memphis for an extra day.... Also, because my snake arrived to me in a box that was smashed to hell. (Pic enclosed). It very clearly states there is a live reptile inside, and no care was taken...NONE.... to see that she made it home to me safely.Both times Ive been here, however, the line isnt long and Im taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Now Im told there was No signature required? Really? Whats the pic show?? SIGNED BY SIGNATURE ON FILE...yeah exactly!! Cant tell me By WHO tho, seriously??? What a freaking joke!!!Very dissatisfied, UNACCEPTABLE FOR BOTH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY!! Undelivered package, said the driver was questioned & sent out to fix it 2 days in a row now & to call back on Monday, well now Im told he or she has till the end of yet again ANOTHER day to handle the issue!! Seriously?? The most important package & they wanna take their sweet ol time & continue to LIE to me about it!!! I was due back in Ohio Friday night to early Saturday morning...this is extremely unacceptable!!!! They showed it was SIGNED AND DELIVERED A DAY EARLY YET HERE I AM...STILL WAITING FOR MY TRUCK PARTS!!!! KEEP PASSING THE BUCK...KEEP PUTTING ME OFF....COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY NOT UNDERSTANDING OF THIS SITUATION!!!!! AND CONTINUES TO LIE ABOUT IT INSTEAD OF FIXING ...THEIR....SCREW UP ASAP!!!!! My delivery was in Florida 18 hours ago and I still dont have an update as to whether it made it to the local office or whether its out for delivery...ugh!

I drive out of my way to go to this location instead of the one on S Fl Ave because the staff is so much nicer!

I will never use FedEx again!Its kind of strange when you can now say, that @USPS is now faster and better than FedEx! 😡@UPS is also much better at customer service than you guys are, and they deliver early!

My 2nd package I lost during same month . When I see fedex is the carrier delivering my package I start to worry . Nobody is doing anything when I call.

I showed up at this facility literally minutes before they closed on the last day to get my packages shipped to California in time for Christmas. the two ladies working that night went above and beyond duty to make sure my packages got on the truck. I wish I knew their names because I am so grateful to them. Of course, it was an expensive shipment, but that was my fault for waiting so long, but they did all in their power to mitigate the expenses. Im sorry that I took so long to write this review, but ladies, I think you know who you are and, once again, thanks for saving the day and my familys Christmas! Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be a two day delivery. It was on the truck yesterday and now back at their facility. I stayed home all day waiting on the package so there was no attempt to get it to me.

They return my package to the seller, they supposedly holding for 2 day . They called me 3 times but i start working 7 am to 7 pm i dont have time to answer until 7 p.m., also i pay for fast shipping to recive my package Friday to Sunday when im available, not Monday when i working.😠

When I came here I had been fighting to try to grey a package sent out for about a month. This place made this so easy. I wish I had came here first. The staff was real nice and helpful. The place was clean and the wait was minimal. I got greeted upon entry and thanked for business upon leaving.

My overnight shipment from an auction house of a painting worth several thousand $ did not arrive as scheduled. I called and was told first that it was never shipped. called again and was told that it had made it to Lakeland Florida. Asked for the number in Lakeland and was told they dont give out that information. Spent over an hour on the phone with FedEx being passed from one department to another, put on hold four times for lengthy periods, kept getting sent to the wrong department (Ground instead of overnight) and basically got no help at all. No one knows where it is at this point and promises to call me back have been worthless. First time Ive used Fed Ex since my publisher sent me 20 free copies of my first book 3 years ago and the box was delivered broken open, torn wide open at both ends, and empty. All books lost. And the delivery guy KNEW it. Will never deal with them again.

Called to try to pick up package. Package came to facility at 7AM on Thursday but scheduled to be delivered next Monday. Representative on the phone basically said We committed to deliver on Monday so we will deliver on Monday, you cant pick up earlier. I asked if it is possible to stop by and pick it up. Representative put me on hold and then came back with same answer again. Not very helpful.

HORRIBLE service. I gave special instructions for everyone of my packages yet they still tell me they cannot find my apartment building. Detailed instructions on which building is mine I give them my phone number to call when they get to my apartment and every time its an issue

The FedEx lady was at the end of my drive way (almost a mile long drive way) and my husband seen her when he was leaving to pick up his brothers from school. She was sitting in FRONT OF MY MAILBOX and didnt deliver my item! She said it was the wrong address. Clearly it was if you made it to my house?! She told her boss my numbers on my mailbox were falling off? Yet yesterday and guy from FedEx made it to my door with a package just fine! If we would have known she wasnt gonna drop it off my husband would have stopped her and had her give it to him instead.

FedEx attempted to deliver a package toady, i did not get to the door in time after the driver knocked talking in matter of 20 seconds then the driver put on the tracking REFUSED which was a lie!!!!!USE UPS

Rude. I came home to a sicker on my door saying they tried to deliver a package. I had made arrangements to accept the package, which required signature, two days later per their tracking system. When I brought this up to the clerk she said, with a smirk and condescending voice, do you want me to set your packages to not be delivered early?. No I want to be able to trust you system to do what it says.
