Wish it was a smoother experience, but a quick and educated one nonetheless.
They dont expect calls. You cannot go in and make an appointment. Even if your standing there talking to an employee. I had a bad experience.
Very disappointed. There was nothing on the website that indicated they did not service Sony PS4. When I arrived I was told that unless I had a warranty, they did not work on it. So, I wasted an hour and gas on a trip to the store in Lakeland and it all could have been avoided if when I made my Geek Squad appt online that they contacted me then. Piss poor customer service and I likely will not use them in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone.
Worst experience ever... I pay 200 x membership with back up service they delete all my documents from 2 differents laptops, no apology they talking like I. Crazy my devices was empty

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a laptop screen replaced that had a small dead pixilated area on the screen and the screen they replaced it with was even worse!!! Had white lines going right through it. They offered to fix it again but that would mean they would have my laptop for another two-three weeks. I’m a student and that was impossible to go that much longer without my laptop; so I’m stuck and screwed with my screen having white lines going through it. I wish I would of just left the dead pixilated area alone because that area was small. I just thought I could trust that they were professionals.
Not a very happy customer of this so called company.....tech came to me house and insinuated my wife was a liar about a defective product never offered to fix the product even at a charge even though it was under factory warranty with a purchased extended warranty very rude and unproffesional responses.. had to go to samsung and file a complaint who is going to honor the warranty...going to file a complaint with the better business bureau also
Very satisfied with the service I was provided! Great help from Jordan and Ty. They went above and beyond to help me with my IPhone XR. Thanks again geek squad is great.
I personally love the Geek squad. They have got me out of many tight jams and are there when you need them.
My computer was compromised by a scam company who inserted a trojan and/or a virus with the threat to destroy my computer if I didnt respond to their demands for money. At the time of the threat (on the telephone) I unplugged my computer and immediately called the Geek Squad and took my computer in that evening. Within 5 days the computer was done with updates done, and checks for any other problems were addressesed. At the time of pickup, I also submitted my laptop (second computer) and had them go through it also. They found viruses and cleaned the system up and added updates. Both are now working faster and I have no fears of viruses or the such. So far the best all around service I have found to keep me out of trouble with my computers.
Absolutely horrible experience. The service company moved our appointment 3 times before showing up, then Geek Squad waited a week to tell us the cooling is under warranty through the manufacturer not them. We have been without a refrigerator for 3 weeks
Personally, I had a terrible experience. I had an appointment and the agent didn’t even look at the device just told me to pay a replacement fee. In another occasion I had taken an iPad that have been giving me issues and I was told the same thing. They don’t really attempt to find a solution other than replacement and on top of that rude customer service.
Absolutely useless. They were the biggest waste of time, I made an appointment to get my iPhone replaced, and instead the tech member that was helping me just opened up his tablet and had me book an apple store appointment...which completely defeated the purpose of going to this location for apple services. Absolute Bullsh*t. Thanks for wasting my time.

Omg. This Best Buy and its customer service seriously sucks. Highly disappointed with their lack of desire to help the customer. Wow.
They ruined my laptop right before the warranty ended. They kept her for a month till it ended and never really fixed her problems and gutted her parts putting in older used ones. They never answered my calls back and when I went in to confront them they said they could do nothing for me. When we went to get her fixed recently her insides fell apart once opened. The guy told us they were not put in properly at all and sadly I lost my laptop. It would cost more to fix then replace. I am so angry. There is nothing I can do and when I tried no one would call me back or talk to me live.
Kept bouncing me from one agent to another.. So bureaucratic.. And my question was NOT answered.. What a waste of time
The most rude customer service reps I have ever spoken too. They take 20 days to deliver appliance and cancel appointments with no email. Told too bad. I guess 20,000 spent in the store this year counts for nothing.
