The physical hotel and the room were great. The experience was poor. I got a suite with a pull out couch and marked that I had 3 guests and would be using the pull out couch in reservation. When there was not a sheet and blanket set in room for pull out I Asked for pillows, sheets and blankets and was told that there were no pillows or sheets available and was only given one blanket. Had to drive to a target to buy some. Extremely disappointed. Im sure a road side inn at a fraction of the cost could provide sheets and pillows. The parking lot was a nightmare and needs repaved. Lots of pot holes and no lines painted for parking spaces or arrows for driving direction. There is nothing worse than paying extra money for a better hotel then surrounding ones to arrive and not even get a pillow or a sheet .
The good: Clean, comfortable room. Courteous, considerate staff. Easy free parking. Great TV reception for football. Not so good: room was not quiet--constant thrumming noise.
A beautiful restored hotel with many striking architectural details. The dinning area was filled with natural light from cathedral like windows. Lovely original tile floors and spacious comfortable seating. The service was prompt and efficient. The four of us ordered different items from the brunch menu. All were presented in an attractive and appealing manner. Very good food and the pricing was fair. Had a lovely brunch.
Lovely historic hotel located in the heart of downtown Lakeland. Delicious breakfast, beautiful dining and bar areas, convenient free parking, competent staff. We really enjoyed our stay.
Honestly my service and the hospitality were excellent here and I’ve usually have a rough time checking in depending on how fast or how busy the front desk is. But, the front desk woman, I believe her name was Tianna, was SUPERB, super nice, helpful and accommodating. I didn’t know diamond members got certain perks until she informed me. She definitely added to to the experience!
The Terrace Hotel is a classy, newly renovated historical building. Ive always loved it and it has just improved upon what was already a great place. Water pressure does tend to still be a problem from time to time, but doesnt last long. Due to the pandemic and the closing of the Terrace during renovations, many of the staff members are new and being trained on the job. They desire to provide the best experience and go overboard in accommodating our needs. All the best to the new team! I look forward to future stays.
Building is under renovation. Spacious and newly decor rooms. Great location for spending time downtown Lakeland.Elevator is very small. No breakfast even for Diamond Hilton members. Kitchen breakfast is super simple so better go outside and get a real breakfast. Coffee in the room only has decaf.Requested late checkout but at 11 onwards the housekeeper was knocking on the door. Surely needs some training with the staff.
I stayed 2 nights. The first day I had to move rooms twice, once because the A/C was broken and the other time at 10:30pm because the fire alarm was chirping. The next day I was woken up at 6am with a false fire alarm, every guest had to exit the building and apparently it was just a fire alarm system malfunction... I understand the hotel is a historic, old property, but they have some serious work that needs to be done if you are going to have a nice hotel. Also cleanliness in each room was an issue. Overall, there are so many issues with the building/maintain I did not feel safe staying here. I wont be back.
My husband and I stayed here 08/18 to 08/20. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the service we were given. We checked in around 4 PM. We were given a corner room on the top floor that was beautiful. Unfortunately the room had not been cleaned. The bed wasnt made, dirty glassware, towels on the floor etc. We went back downstairs and the front desk attendant called her manager, Nicole. They moved us to a regular 4th floor room. The A/C was shut off but everything seemed okay. We turned on the A/C and went to have dinner. Coming back around 8 the room was still 80 degrees. We were tired and decided to deal with it for the night. Then we realize that the TV also does not work and the shower leaks a puddle on the floor because its not properly sealed. In the morning I go out to pick up coffee and breakfast, there are some construction guys in a room 2 down from ours and the whole hall smells like paint. Coming back they are testing the fire alarms so the hall doors are closed and the elevators are out. Before going out for the day we ask the front desk about the room issues and they say they will try to get them resolved. When we come back in the afternoon the A/C tech is in our room with the ceiling open. He tells us theres no way to fix it soon and that we need to ask to be moved. Again a front desk attendant calls her manager Nicole who tells her to move us down a few doors. I happen to remember this is next to the room Id been seeing construction crews in all morning. We ask if perhaps our original room on the 9th floor had been cleaned. Thankfully it was and we were given that one. Our only issue with that room was that one of the key cards didnt work. Besides that we finally had a lovely room. At check out the next morning the lady asked how our stay was and we told her all the problems that we had. She apologized for the bad experience and told us that they would comp our entire stay as long as her GM approved it. We still ended up getting our full bill. After all this trouble nothing was done to remedy the issue. No one ever mentioned or thanked us for being Hilton Diamond members. Its a shame the management is so terrible because the property and location are wonderful.
From the Decor! To the Excellent Customer Service!! The Rooms were very inviting! Was worth the $$!!
Beautiful updated hotel. Beds were AMAZING! Very well-appointed room in lively heart of downtown Lakeland. Breakfast was delicious downstairs as well.
Tried to check in and made to wait well after 5 along with six other people. Receptionist was very unprofessional and rude about the whole situation.
Great property, always has been! Close to everything, nice staff too! Eat in or dine out is a big plus too.
I lived in Lakeland for 4 years and was excited to actually stay here, especially now that it’s a Hilton property. Very convenient location and amazing parking for downtown. Easily walkable to restaurants, cafes, cigar bars, etc. main complaint for me was noise, not overly surprising but was noisy from street and train.
Such an amazing hotel with top notch staff! Hotel has a modern, yet timeless vibe. Food was excellent; the sangria and champagne cocktail was so yummy. Thank you Sanda and Marla for taking such good care of my husband and I.
Positive: Has a nice looking restaurant onsite, and is walking distance from several others. Negative: Poorly trained staff almost didn¿t let me check in. Water was not running for the first 2 hours I was there. AC never cooled the room below 78 degrees. Limited parking
Nice room, friendly staff and clean. Wonderful night sleep.
Great place to stay. Wonderful service, rooms with the genuine feeling of an old school luxury hotel.
Beautiful hotel in the center of Lakeland. All the employees were friendly and polite. The restaurant was very good, but with a small menu. I was disappointed that there was no pool, but an exercise center was available. The king-sized bed in our room was very comfortable, but the two chairs in the room were not. Everything was very clean. I would stay there again if I returned to Lakeland.
We were given an upgrade to a suite room, very nicely decorated. But this room have several irritating flaws. The bathroom door is literaly blocked by the toilet and the towel rack. The AC unit, cools the room really good but when turns on it sounds like a turbine, so it wakes you up many times at night. On the day of our departure no elevator was working, we had to drag our luggage from the 8th floor, no help from the reception desk although requested before our departure. For being a Hilton Diamond we were given 2 food credit coupons, my wife got breakfast but they never honored those coupons. I gave 2 stars for the upgrade, service is awful, dont recommend anyone this hotel until Hilton and admin get their act together.
Loved my room, beautiful views of the park, friendly employees, great experience, will come back
Stayed here for two days and was really impressed by the quality of the room. Staff was professional. Definitely will stay here again
The place has really run down. They charge high prices and deliver a second-rate product. The coffee maker did not work, no one to bring in the bags, and mistakes galore. The manager, Sanda Budic, was contacted twice, but she did not respond. What a joke! She was disrespectful and unprofessional by not addressing legitimate concerns. Their restaurant is now closed, which reservations did not disclose. I was told by reservations that because they are a Hilton property, they would accept a AAA discount, only to be told by the reception desk that they no longer did that. A nightmare stay!! Poor management. Stay away.
We stay at this hotel this past weekend for my granddaughter Hall of Fame dance competition at the RP funding center. The rooms are extremely small, there isnt a restaurant and its going a major renovations. They dont tell you that on their website. the beds were uncomfortable, their windows arent noise impact there is a bar across and we could hear the noise all night long. definitely wont stay here again.
By far, the best hotel in Lakeland. Clean, great customer service. Top Notch!
Cute hotel and nicely appointed rooms. Grab a spot on the verandah with a coffee or cocktail if you have the opportunity; the view of the lake is beautiful.
Enjoyed my stay very much with just a few glitches. Once renovations are complete, dining is fully restored and Hilton is fully integrated, this hotel should become five stars.
I ordered the paddyymelt cooked medium. When it was served, as a big round ball of meat (which was ok), it was raw on the total inside. The waitress apologized and took it back to the kitchen. It was remade. When presented the 2nd time, it was again raw with the cooks explanation, well its pink on the inside. We left.
The hotel is gorgeous. However, do not bother utilizing the restaurant. A friend and I ordered the charcuterie board... what a joke. Ive had better cheese boards at a diner. Seriously, $28 for 3 slices of prosciutto, 3 slices of waygu, and 3 slices of deli ham, 2 laughing cow size wedges of goat cheese and 1/4in slice of sharo cheddar..3(yes 3)blueberries, approx 1/4 c of almonds, 1 teaspoon of strawberry jelly, 1 teaspoon of ?pepper jelly?? 3 mini pickled figs. 1 halved pickled shallott.Seriously? Ive made better charcuterie boards on a poor man budget. This was LAME
Planning our October wedding here! My experience with the Terrace Hotel has been great. Jena and her staff have been very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns.
An incredible transformation! I love that its part of the Hilton Chain now as well.
Good location. Hotel staff needs to work out the kinks in their recent renovation and rebranding as a Hilton. Many rough edges during our visit.
I have always stayed here for years but this will be my last stay. The web site does say (as the condescending young lady at the fold out table in the reception area stated) that the Grill is closed for a few months. However, the web site also continues to mention that there is on-site fine dining. There is no mention that the fine dining restaurant is closed, or that the bar is closed too, and there is no valet parking. When I asked to speak to the hotel manager I was told that he works Monday -Friday and is off on the weekends. I replied Today is Wednesday and i was informed that he was gone for the weekend.Considering my disappointments at almost every level I was surprised that i was not offered an upgrade or any form of compensation considering the hotel does not look busy by the empty parking lot. What ever happened to great customer service or the value or a returning client. SAD.
Positive: Everything!! Negative: N/A
Nice, historic hotel. Customer service could be improved.
Awful experience! Booked a stay, it never said you had to arrive by 6 or they would give away your room! Well we were coming in from out of town and when we got there they said they gave our room away because we didn’t arrive by 6. So unprofessional. We drove 3 1/2 hours to get there. Had to find another hotel that night. Luckily we found a nice one down the road but I would never recommend a place that this!!!
Nice place. NIce location.
Really cool little place. Room and bathroom were clean, appliances functional. Keurig and several drink choices were provided. Sheets white and bright per hospitality standard. I was very impressed and will certainly be staying here again if Im in the area.
It has been a while since we dined at the Terrace. Our previous experience left us wanting a more sophisticated and varied menu. Our most recent experience was excellent. It was as if management read our minds. The menu was much improved. The service was spot on. I selected the sea bass. It was prepared perfectly and the flavor was delicate with a slight toasty note from the grill. I look forward to returning to try the lamb.
Lovely hotel. Great rate. Room was very nice. Great bed with luxury bedding. Nice location. Highly recommend!!!
Loved our stay in one of the suites, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing the next day. We went down for breakfast in late morning and had the place to ourselves for the most part. The eggs benedict were some of the best weve ever had, and the service was wonderful.
Small room but clean. Bed was good. Really not a bad stay for the money. They are not cleaning the rooms with people staying there because of virus but will get you clean towels if you ask for them. Room was cleaned when we checked in. Only draw back is where the main entrance is is also their smoking area. Did not like that but found a way in without going through the smoke.
Not that impressive. An upscale restaurant by Lakeland standards, the food was very mediocre. Atmosphere and service was good. Very disturbing that social distancing was not observed. We had a table of 4 about half finished with dinner when a table of 6 was seated so close that chairs were almost touching. Plenty of room elsewhere. Not worth the single price charged.
Nearest motel that works there they are totally re-read renovating the whole place and it is going to be a great great place in your school close by right now and everything I would suggest that you go there and stay a night and decide
I stayed with my wife at this hotel for 2 nights and we really liked it. The location, the service and the restaurant inside the block are the strong points of the respective hotel. The price for 2 people if you want to eat something specific varies between 50-70 dollars, including 2 glasses of white wine and tips. I took a room with a view of the lake with water lilies nearby. In addition to this not far from the lake is a place called the Garden of Heaven. There are a variety of flowers, shrubs and trees, which are very well cared for, have different colors and sizes and smell extremely pleasant! Honestly my wife and I liked the Hotel and those places around the hotel!
Fantastic hotel. Historic, beautiful, and cozy! Had our wedding there and it was a great experience. Food was delicious and the staff were amazing. Thanks for making our wedding an experience.
Teething problem. Avoid until rectified
Nice place.
Love staying in old hotels like this. Nice service and beautiful room.
Enjoy the atmosphere :)
To even say 2 stars is being alittle nice.... I’m never one to complain or write bad reviews but this is my time. My best friend just had her wedding here yesterday, the day was really good but it wasn’t because of the hotel but because of the vendors and the people and family we had there. Ever since we started planning this wedding with them long long ago they gave us so much trouble and each time we called to plan more a new person would be working in the old one would be fired. They went through management change a few times in this less than a year span. They gave us trouble on so many things like our block of rooms been gone. They said we were supposed to sign off by November 5 for the rooms but we went in person before that and confirmed. That is when we saw the room again and looked at the suite we would be staying in and getting ready in. A couple months before the wedding we literally had to call a whole other hotel and get a block of rooms for the guest that hadn’t been able to even get a room yet. All we had was our suite in the room for our groom to stay in. It was a big inconvenience since we sent out our invitations letting our guests know to book a room at the terrace hotel under the Basile/Torres wedding. Then having to reach out to every single guess letting them know the new hotel.Communication from the hotel to the bride was terrible and never good. Our bride was always stressed because of the miscommunication the hotel was presenting. There’s many more little details that I won’t get into or bore you with. The day of the wedding we had stayed the night in the room the night before and had a late check out the next day, the wedding was at four so we imagined that we would be able to stay in the room until then since there will be nowhere for the bride to stay since the wedding was at four. The hotel proceeded to call us and tell us at 1:30 at the checkout time was 130 and we couldn’t stay in the room and less we paid half of a day when they never told us the time and they told us it was a late check out. This was with them knowing we have the wedding at 4o’clock.We arrived at the hotel the night before we had gotten a suite with two king size bed and a double pull out couch. Tired and stressed from all the pre-planning for the day before the wedding we got to the hotel late at night, for the couch bed to literally be broken and not be able to come out from the couch. We called the front desk and all the man had to say was that oh yes it’s broken and if you take it out it will get stuck. He seemed very unbothered by it didn’t didn’t even care to offer a discount for the room that we have paid for an extra bed for, and was sold as a room that could sleeps six. This was very inconvenient and lead some people to have to sleep on the floor which is very upsetting.I don’t blame the workers because they don’t have much say in what goes, and a lot of the workers and maintenance people were very very nice and helped us as much as they could. The place is beautiful and we did have a wonderful wedding but it wasn’t because of the hotel. The servers for the wedding were great and worked really hard for both the wedding and the breakfast the next day.We truly wouldn’t recommend anyone holding an event here until they have their stuff together and figure out what they’re doing. Maybe even wait for renovations to be done. Their management is very messy and unstable and we really wouldn’t recommend you to do your wedding here. The stress the bride went through was not worth it. That said we did have a wonderful wedding and we would like to think the maintenance man that came in and tried to help us with the couch. He was very nice and very personable when he didn’t need to be. Again I hate being negative and running reviews like this but I wouldn’t want anybody else to have to go through the same thing.
I have stayed at Terrace Hotel and it is an okay place to stay. Its location is what sells it. It’s very rundown and outdated. The rooms are like a standard hotel room from any other moderate hotel chain. However, I have enjoyed staying there because of the location. Unfortunately, I will not be staying there again after they refused to honor a rate on their website. I booked (and received confirmation email from their hotel) for a weekend stay. Days after receiving the confirmation email, I receive a second email stating that there was a “glitch” and that the actual price is $60 more than what I had originally booked! That is absolutely awful customer service if you ask me. I will not be staying here again.
Sweet little place. The accomodations are dated but very historically accurate (and I think largely original inside). The only negative is the construction, which is almost complete I believe. The restoration of the outside looks gorgeous. Unfortunately, it meant that at 8 a.m. we were awoken to a lot of commotion on the very top floor, only to realize that it was all coming from outside our window! Tools and a lot of hearty laughter at 8 a.m. is... A lot.
I certainly would not stay here again. My son and I stayed only one night. Neither of us slept well. People could be heard outside laughing/being obnoxious until 3am. At about 2am, the people above us must have started a gymnastics routine. We finally fell asleep around 3:30am, only to be woke up by construction equipment at 6:30am. I could have dealt with that as I am not sure how much control the hotel staff have over these things, but the room was horribly dirty. I was so glad I had stopped at target to get flip flops before we checked in. I couldnt walk on the floor without them. The shower also had quite a bit of mold. I thought this place was supposed to be nice. I was very disappointed. It was worse than a run down motel room.
Hotel was alright, restaurant of the hotel a disappointment.
We recently visited Lakeland and spent 4 days at this hotel. I wish this hotel was as good as the local restaurants, it is not.We stayed in suite 5. On the plus side this is a great location, the room was large with a great view of the lake. On the minuses it is very dated, rug buckled throughout, stains on ceiling, no housekeepingI will give greater detail later, but the brief synopsis is that the office manager, Brenda, should not be in the customer service business. Somehow, this hotel has decided that not cleaning rooms is the answer to preventing the spread of Covid. Not one time in 4 days did we see anyone cleaning touchpoints, every morning we saw cheap little breakfast pastries left on a coffee table unattended and not even protected by a sneeze guard. One morning my wife saw a vagrant come in and help himself to said pastries. Now for details,On the afternoon of our first day we noticed that our room had not been cleaned by 4:00. We called the desk and woman I spoke to said because of Covid they only cleaned rooms when requested. I requested the room be cleaned. My wife and I left the room for a bit so that it could be cleaned. When we came back it still was not cleaned. Again, we called the desk. This time we spoke to Brenda. She said they were not cleaning rooms at all during the stay. When I told her I had just spoken to another person at the desk that told me it on request she curtly told me that was not the policy and she would “verify” what I told her and get back to me. I told her that I did not need her validation of what I told her. I then asked them to bring towels to my room. Again, to reduce Covid exchange my wife and I left the room. Came 30 minutes later and still no towels. I called desk and as for manager on duty only to get Brenda. She explained that they took towels to the room and knocked 4 times and left because they won’t go into room unless specifically requested. (quite sure I did that). So this time I waited to exchange dirty towels for clean. Then for the remainder of the stay I had to call every time to request clean towels and let dirty towels pile up.Will not be staying here again and I recommend the same for you.
Excellent Hotel!! I felt service by all staff was exceptional. All were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. All common areas of the hotel were very fresh, clean and upscale. Rooms were generally nice however the one thing I could say was a bit dated was the room carpeting. It was the same in several rooms I went into. Too small of an issue to really ding this otherwise outstanding hotel however. Would definitely gladly stay here again...
Room was impressive!!
Great place to take in downtown Lakeland and Lake Mirror. Treated grandly and loved the 3rd floor suite on quiet side of the building. Small continental breakfast. Near lots of activities. Lovely clean rooms. Thick towels! Coffee, fridge is nice. Loved our little living room. Quick elevators, great staff. Walk to lots in vibrant downtown.
Terrace hotel is okay. I loved that area, they have a good restaurant and free coffee with some snacks for free for breakfast. It is pet friendly which is important to me. Hotel itself is very beautiful and staff is very nice. They have a great swimming pool, I loved it. Only problem I had is no working wifi in my room, which I really needed in that time.
The terrent hotel will never let you down. High quality food and accommodations.
Very nice hotel and convenient to bars and restaurants and lake views rooms are the best
This hotel is full of history, is within walking distance of so many things and is just delightful! All of the staff are awesome! The valet parking is great! EVERYONE IS JUST SUPER HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!I definitely recommend a stay here!
Nice meeting stage. Valet only parking. Most of the did was very good. Service was good- dying the meeting time did we offered buffet style with table service for drinks and dessert. They brought out a selection of desserts, but no dessert plates
If I could give this hotel a negative star rating I would. This hotel is suppose to be known for luxury however it is far from luxury. Our room had stains all over the green carpet. It smelled musky, dirty couch, cracked tile and very out-dated decor. The sprinklers had so much dust on them, I would be shocked if they worked properly. We asked if we could see another room, one maybe cleaner than the one we were originally assigned. They gave us another key to a different room and the second room was worse than the original room. Ive never stayed in a room for $170 a night for Motel 6 quality. This is unacceptable and I will never stay at this hotel again. Very disappointed
Its a beautiful and historic hotel with Grand old style and look. Right in a little pond with lots of fowl life. Great to walk around in the morning
We had a lovely lunch at the grill including a delicious crab cake with vegetable wellingtons (my characterization) and arugula salad with marinated grilled pork. Food was creatively conceived and elegantly prepared. Not inexpensive but you cannot get great for cheap.Excellent service as well. Very impressive.
Restuarant not worth the money very disappointing. The hotel is beautiful though
They charged my credit card for 20 odd dollars. When i called to ask why, they said its a restaurant charge which I had never used. They said they will take care of it but no one took care of it. I called gain today 10 times and no resolution. its unfortunate that they cant resolve such a small isuue and are tossing me around like this from one operator to another
We loved this hotel. We will stay here again in the future. We liked the location and the valet parking. The elevators are very small and our room was small but nice. I slept great, felt safe and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. We were treated very well.
I havent finished my stay yet, but the experience so far has been amazing. I applaud the service. The room feels smaller than I expected, but it is comfortable and the high roof on the top floor is great. The view is impressive and I cannot overstate the location. There are a lot of restaurants, nicer bars, parks, and even a childrens museum in a 2 minute walk. Its a great place to stay and experience the city.
I gave it 2 stars because the food in the restaurant is delicious, however the service was absolutely horrible. GET YOUR LIFE TOGETHER
I love this hotel. This place was very comfortable and staff was extremely nice. The pool was also nice. Very enjoyable stay and good value for an extended stay. Recommended!
Stayed overnight in one of the suites here, and had a very good time. Valet parking was convenient. Checking in and out was simple as well. The room itself was very large, especially for the price. It was well maintained, but with a little room for improvement. There was an empty soap-bar box in the shower, and some staining/wallpaper starting to peel as well. That could have just been because of the age of the hotel itself though.Overall, I had a very good stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and it has plenty of history to appreciate. There are also many things to do within walking distance, so the location is great too.
Very clean. Nice park to go for a walk
We ended up getting the handicap room which was nice but would have enjoyed a regular room a bit more as the water runs put of the shower in the handicap bathroom. Otherwise I would have goven it 5 stars. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
Had my honeymoon here. It was magical. Lovely lake view and beautiful rooms. What an amazing historic hotel. Cant wait to visit again.
This is a historical building in downtown Lakeland that originates to the 1920s, and was re-opened as a hotel in 1998. By todays standards, the rooms are small and a little dated, but for the price this hotel remains a bargain. The service staff were always helpful and the food/drinks were excellent. Sitting out on the front veranda with a drink in the evening is highly recommended. There is a lake across the street that makes for a great morning walking trail (0.7 mi).
Beautiful hotel in downtown area. Front desk staff very friendly. Check in was a breeze, room was very clean. Nice restaurant and bar. A little pricey, but very nice. Free valet parking, or parking nearby. Will stay again if in the area.
Still no hot water available (for several weeks now per other reviews). Pillows are too tall and firm, as is the bed. Had to exchange remote for TV. Room was clean, but windows were not. Skimpy continental breakfast- Danish and whole fruits only. Staff was friendly. Great location downtown across from Lake Mirror. This could be a great hotel with some attention to detail. They have a five star restaurant, but hotel is currently not the focus.
I reserve this the night before and got a rate of $89 I was terrified. Ive never gotten a hotel under $100 that was okay and I am a germaphobe and a bit picky about where I stay. I absolutely love this hotel and so did my 11 year old son. Ive stayed at a lot of places some of which are very fancy but this one exceeded my expectations and we were super happy that there was a smart TV in the room and we were able to watch YouTube! Being that this is a historic Hotel its just very lovely looking and its in a great part of town. I highly recommend this one.
Was a pleasure staying there. Everything was great.... Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend anyone to this hotel
Great historical place. Feels like The Olden Days when there. The restaurant is amazing. Everything tastes even better than it looks. Seriously, I even eat certain veggies and dishes that I would hate anywhere else. I am ALWAYS surprised. We often go for special events, but sometimes just on a whim for a quality experience. Then you can go walk Lake Mirror after.
Was ok bed was ok just need to update there rooms decor all that stuff
Great dinner with a very attentive server.
Very beautiful hotel with great service and price. The view is beautiful and accessible to everything. Definitely a place I would go to again. I stood in a suite that was big enough to sleep 5 with a dish washer, refrigerator, separate living room, and bedroom. Amazing view. Very spacious.
Really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was incredibly professional and personable calling me by name during each interaction. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and spacious. The building itself had tons of charm. Next time Im in Lakeland this is where Ill be staying!
Great staff!!!! Great location! Loved hanging out on the veranda with family. Bar staff made sure we were well taken care of.
Beautiful place to stay and eat. Wonderful views of lake mirror. Right down town and parking garage across the street. Restaurant and bar very nice. Also has banquet rooms available. Great place for a wedding!
Great hotel and top line amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast the hotel has to offer is actually pretty good. Recommended to everyone!
Awesome stay. The Heart of Lakeland
