I love coming here to get my nails done! They are absolutely the best. They always do a phenomenal job with my nails and they take the time to make sure that your experience is comfortable and relaxing. Michelle is a sweetheart and even gave me an extra massage after my manicure today.

I’ve been getting dip powder for almost 4 years. My nails are healthier and I’m happier. Unique Nails makes me excited to get manis/pedis, unlike the last place, where it felt like a chore. I initially came to this place because of the stellar reviews that I read online. Unfortunately this was not my experience. I got a fill done here and and extremely unhappy with the results. Not only did they assign me to a nail tech that was her first day but she repeatedly hurt my fingers during the appointment and did not know where anything in the store was. Then they transferred me over to a second lady to fix the nail polish application which did not improve the end result. Finally a third lady came to fix my nails from the beginning which was promising until she started applying the nail polish. The end result turned out thick and uneven with polish all over the front of the nail. When I asked her to fix it she told me this is how its done. Although they did try to fix my nails as much as they could, I am very unhappy with the service here and will most likely not be coming here again for an acrylic fill service.

The place is clean and nice inside. I went with my mom and we both wanted different kinds of manicures; my mom loved hers. Too bad I didnt have the same woman do mine!!!I had very, very short nails, which was why I wanted to get tips and some type of mani! Please keep in mind that I have almost no experience having my nails done in a salon. I wanted dip powder (something Ive never had) and tips because my real nails were so short, they werent even grown out past my own fingertips, and I needed length and strength on them. I dont see the point of this manicure without tips on someone like me whos nails were EXTREMELY short at the time. I told all of this to woman doing my nails, before even looking at colours, expecting her to give me some kind of expectations, pr at the very least try to upsell at the opportunity to do so, and I was very open to that! But nope. I was given colours of dip powder to choose from; I saw they had ombre and wanted that, but I was given zero options for colours, effects, zero suggestions, advice, literally nothing. I told the woman several times I had not had this before, but she didnt guide me through the steps or tell me a vague idea even of what steps there were to a dip powder mani. Shes the pro so I assume shed walk me through it. She did not.Not only did she not even give me nail tips (what the actual hell???!), the dip powder she used was very transparent pink, it was thick and lumpy. She did not bother to shape my nails whatsoever. She even removed a strip of powder at the base of each nail, detaching it from the cuticle but also making it appear already grown out in need of a fill! Ive never seen such odd and bizarre choices. As soon as it was over, I was completely stunned: they looked HORRIBLE. No nail length/artificial tips! Short, misshapen, disgusting! There are terrible THICK glops on my hands! I immediately wanted to remove them. As my mom was thrilled with hers I didnt want to be negative in front of her(my mom did not have the same person working on her as me), but I otherwise NEVER would have paid for this. I cannot believe a licensed professional did these nails, because it honestly looks like a child did them. Its by far the worst manicure Ive ever had.

My experience this evening was perfect. It was exactly what I needed on a Friday night at the end of a hard week. The service was spectacular and the culture special. All technicians are happy and helpful. Felt like a family get together. Very nice experience Indeed!

I was able to make an impromptu appointment for a shellac manicure and my nails turned out great! I loved how much attention the nail technician paid to my nails--shaping them and tending to my cuticles. The price was fair and I walked out with the nails I was hoping for!

I got a pedi. The gal was very attentive and did an awesome pedicure. It’s a great, convenient location and they were able to accept me just as a walk-in.

This place was recently redone and looks beautiful on the inside :) the people are kind and take good care of you ❤️ Ive always enjoyed my time here and I look forward to every visit

Excellent! I came in on a whim, one of the nest mani pedis I’ve had in years. I got the ultimate pedi, worth the extra $$ for the massage I received. I’ll definitely be back!

Visited exactly a week ago and the gel on my manicure has not lifted or chipped. The nailtech was kind, offered a complimentary beverage, and really took her time and didn’t skip any steps (nor harm my cuticles like many other salons have!). Durable, quality work well worth the money! Highly recommend.

I had some last minute availability and decided to try this place out. I will not be going back. The gal who did my nails nicked my cuticles 4 times. I got the dipping powder which is supposed to last a long time & it has now chipped after 3 days. It’s not cheap either, I’m sad I wasted my money.

I have wonderful service each time. Truong really takes her time and it shows. My cuticles look fantastic. The nail grow out is even with no lifting.Definitely recommend 👌

The people their were very nice. And I love the decorating it really makes you feel like your getting a luxury experience. Also everything was cleaned and sanitized. Overall a good experience.

They give great pedicures and plain manicures. Would like to try and get acrylic nails again but the first time they were uneven and crooked. Looked beautiful from afar but I am willing to try again because they are always so nice.

Had a Very nice mani-pedi and brow wax. Please note: they do not reuse hot paraffin here! Very clean and healthy. Location is right off Exit for Lower Boones Ferry Road. Easy to find with my GPS app.

I got an awful manicure and immediately went somewhere else to have it fixed.I double checked the address. This is where I got my nails done.

It was fine. I didnt want my cuticles cut because then they fray. The woman doing my nails seemed to be very confused by this request. I asked to just have them pushed back but I dont think she understood. She cut my nails short, and then spent some time filing. Unfortunately its still very clear where she used the clippers. She did a very good job painting. Overall, I probably will not be back.
