Great service! Ive never gotten my nails professionally done but I think the service was pretty nice. Took about 1.5 hours, the nail art is pretty accurate (a little fuzzy around the edges), its not perfect but I will return for a fill in a couple weeks. Left a 10 dollar tip (I think thats good for nail techs, pls inform me if I under-tipped).

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Prices are decent and fair. I got my nails done last week and I unfortunately chipped my thumb yesterday at work. I walked in today to see if they could fix it and they helped me immediately with no charge. Also offered manicure at the same time as pedicure which is amazing! I was really happy with my service. The salon is clean and the technician polite and efficient, I did an almond extension with dip powder and absolutely loved how they turned out! I was also pleasantly surprised with how responsible their pricing is.

Great prices and they really take the time to do a proper manicure. As a man who takes care of his nails, I can tell you it is uncommon to find a place that takes the time and care to ensure youre getting your moneys worth. Since I dont do polish, I expect them to look nice and they always do after I visit here. Highly recommend!

I always have a pleasant experience here. Always on time when I make an appt and do their best in making my nails look great. Additionally if they feel a particular style wont work for you they suggest what will but always respect your wishes.

Every nail tech I’ve worked with has been kind, open to ideas and their work was not only the BEST quality I’ve seen - and I’ve been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for 20 years - buy it’s also fairly quickly done and I don’t have lifting or breakage! I also follow trends and try to have fun, different, classy nails, which they are always up for! Best. Nail. Salon. In the whole Portland Metro area!

Jasmine did my pedicure. I’m rather picky with length and shape and she did exactly what I wanted. Wonderful foot massage and hot oil treatment was so relaxing. Definitely return to this salon and Jasmine.

My nails are gorgeous and definitely worth the price. They were a little busy when I got there so I didn’t get in right on the dot, but that’s normal when you’re a tad busy. It took around 1.5-2 hours to do my nails and the over all experience was great! Definitely coming back to have Jenny do my nails!!!

I’ve been a customer for over a year now. I’ve tried almost all nail salons in Oregon City, Canby, and Milwaukie and Lamour Nails and Spa will always be my favorite place to go. Jenny is one of the best nail techs I’ve ever had- they are all so friendly and make sure you are getting what you want! I always get a shellac or dip full set and I’ve really picky on my nail shape and Jenny always does a beautiful job on shape and colors. I can take any idea I find on Pinterest and Jenny is able to do it perfectly. I honestly love my nails every time i leave. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!!

Everyone is so friendly. The lady changed my nails from nothing into something & did my eyebrows. They were clean and crisply done!! And another lady did my pedicure very nice. I walked out of there feeling like a celebrity.

This was my first time at this nail salon, and my first time getting nail services since lockdown last year. I needed the works! Got the nicest pedi, she really took her time and made it so relaxing. Today was my second time into the salon. The first time 3 weeks ago, they went above and beyond helping my family and me pamper ourselves before my baby shower. Their customer service is above and beyond what I ever expected. Being an expectant mother I love how ventilated the salon is. My experience today was nothing shy of amazing. I will continue to drive from Gresham to get my nails done here as the service is more than worth the drive.

They are able to be versatile; meaning you can come with a complex or simple nail design request and they are able to replicate. At a good price. I find that to be quite a desirable quality. Also everybody communicates very well and they make you, as the customer feel valued. This might be something itrivial to others, but if Im giving you my money, I really appreciate feeling valued. Ill try to post the latest nails they did for me, if I can. Otherwise, I would totally recommend.

The first time I came here the nail technician did a fantastic job. It was right when they opened again and were doing great at social distancing customers. I went again just last week and there were too many people in there to feel comfortable. Nothing was being wiped down in-between customers at all. My nail technician actually snipped my cuticles so much that my pinky bled. Despite that Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and revisit in a couple of months when Im not as concerned with a busy salon.

Don’t waste your time.

Great place! My daughter and I have been to this salon a few times for pedicures. We get great service every time! My daughter likes the place because its clean and has a nice atmosphere. Best part is how thorough they are. They always take time to do a good job, no rushing here. The pedicure even includes a paraffin treatment for no additional cost!!! Thats refreshing change because every other salon Ive gone to will charge you extra for anything they can. I highly recommend it!

The guy who did my nails was very rude! Didn’t ask me what shape I wanted and when I asked for him to to do more of a square oval on one nail he got an attitude and told me to file my own nail and actually shoved the file at me, most nail place ask you what shape you want to begin with. My daughter also got her nails dipped and they are so bumpy and uneven. So disappointed 👎🏻 and In reference to your response to my review, you do like to make excuses for other people’s bad experiences, don’t you. I never said he threw the nail file in my face but he did shove it into my face and told me to do it myself and he never once asked what shape I wanted. Yes someone else help me mainly because I called him out on his attitude towards my request for a different shape in one nail. The discount you gave us was because you guys kept rescheduling our appointment time (3 times) and not because I felt like he was being rude. And no three techs didn’t help with my nails just him and some else finished, but nice try. and my daughter has had her nails dipped multiple time and they have never looked so bumpy and lumpy, but hey more excuses. if you take complaints seriously then stop making excuses and be truthful, remember I had three other friends with me who witnessed the incident .

My girlfriend recommended this salon for mani/pedi, and I am so glad that I tried it out for myself! My husband and I got pedicures here last month, and I’m going back to get a shellac manicure today… one of the owners was my nail tech for my pedicure, and he did a fantastic job! You can choose your level of pedicure as well as the fragrance that your kit comes in.. whatever you’re in the mood for :) The space is very comfortable, the cleanliness is a 10 out of 10, and I would highly recommend this nail salon to everyone! Visit this salon and get your nails done.. you’ll be glad you did!!

I took my daughter in to get her first set of nails for her 16th birthday- BIG MISTAKE! Not only did she get the wrong type of nails (we asked for gel nails but she got acrylic nails with gel polish) her nails were uneven in thickness and a few fingers have tips slanting upwards. We had an appointment but were almost stalled halfway through because some regular clients came in for pedicures. The nail tech worked too fast like she was rushing with my daughter so she could help the other clients. We will not be coming back.

My husband and I have been coming here since they first opened when Tina was the owner. since they have switched owners, nothing has changed. Great service from everyone there. Everyone is friendly and professional. I get a Shellac manicure, pedicure, and have my eyebrows waxed from them, I tried other places after the ownership change, but never should have. This place is the best. A person always gets what they pay for, and they wouldnt be disappointed with this place.

I have been in twice both seen Lily. I am so impressed with this amazing salon. Best one I have ever been to. Had a pedi and manicure. They spend extra time making sure you get all you pay for and more. they work on dry skin and do the wax treatment. they give great messages too. My nails last longer and my skin feels softer longer then any other nail salon I have tried. The woman are warm and friendly and it is a conformable place to spend a couple hours. not a salon for a quick in and out- go and enjoy all the effort they put into your experience. I love this nail salon. The shellac manicures last a good two weeks. The pedicures a month. They add 3 coats instead of the average two. Lily and her husband are very kind as is Denny. You will not be disappointed.

A friend and I went here to have a good day, only in the end they charged us way more than the actual amount, and the nails were crooked, the employees doing our nails kept coughing everywhere and scratching their heads nonstop. We even had the same nails just different colors and they charged my friend more than they charged me. Very disappointed.

You operate a poor business. My spouse had a gift certificate which you were happy to accept real currency for. When my spouse sent an email asking about the gift certificate which had expired and whether you would honor it, crickets. No response.So she calls and you tell her how her gift cert is now worth zero. This was a gift from her Brownie Girls Scout Troop. We strive to live by the Girl Scout law. This is very disappointing to us.We live in the neighborhood. I understand the gift cert was expired but you did receive real cash money for this. We had higher expectations. I cant imagine ever doing any business with you.

I will never go anywhere else if I can help it.2 weeks ago I was at the mall and decided to get nails done at a shop there... convenient yet disappointing.... the cost was more than Lamour and didnt even last 2 weeks. I usually get 3-4 weeks out of my shellac mani from Lamour.

My friends arranged a birthday pedicure here a couple of weeks ago, and the service was exceptional! Not only did the staff let us bring in appetizers, beverages and cake, they let us enjoy ourselves, talk, and didnt rush us through the pedicure at all! Massages were great, and the staff was very friendly - even refilled our drinks and stayed late until we were ready to leave!!

Stopped by to get my eyebrows waxed and was expecting the typical 5 min painful experience. Instead their staff member took great care to touch up my eyebrows after waxing AND the wax removal wasnt as painful as at other spas. I give it 5 stars for quality, affordability (only $10) and cleanliness.

Denny is awesome! He did a great job on my French tip Gel manicure & Pedicure and he demonstrated great customer service throughout my visit to Lamour Nail Salon. This was my first visit but I will be back.

Went to this salon for a regular pedicure with two friends this past weekend. Both got their nails done immediately and I waited in a nearby salon chair until another professional became available, at this point both friends were both getting their nails painted (so were nearly done with their general pedicure treatment). The professional who worked on me skipped scrubbing my feet with the hard sponge where she took a phone call from the salon instead and painted my nails a different color than what I picked out. I asked her about the hard sponge scrub (that tickles my feet) and she claimed she did it, but I was too busy talking to notice, but I was still able to get my complete treatment done minutes after both my friends even though my treatment began over 20 minutes following theirs. They both enjoyed their pedicure and had a normal experience, however I was disappointed on how I was treated as a customer and the little time given to me compared to others in the salon. I plan to go back due to all the positive reviews, but had a very bad first experience and felt when I told two people at the salon they both didnt care to listen.

I went to the salon for the first time - it was amazing! The best foot massage and perfect polish applied. I also got my nails done and they massage your shoulders - it was incredible! I will be back and tell all my friends!!!

Everytime I make an appointment with a particular person I never get taken care of by the person I asked for. They say ok come by and then they have another person take care of you. No towel was placed underneath my hands like everyone else. Not happy especially for the price I paid with the service I received.

This is the place that I found on one of my searches for a new nail place. I come in to Lake Oswego several times a year for months at a time and ALWAYS go in for a nail fill and pedicure. I have had a couple of facials here also.This is a wonderful place for a complete spa day, from nails, pedicure and face. The atmosphere is very relaxing.( I am a very picky person.)
