I have had the pleasure of getting the Annies spa treatment now the times. Twice with my family for pedicure day and now singularly with my basic manicure.Whether Im spending $20 or $80 I am treated with professionalism and care. They keep my nails in great shape and do not dig or hurt my fragile cuticles.I love that I can ask for creative colors and designs and they are accommodating. They are LOs well known secret!

Was able to get a same day appointment for a relaxing pedicure after surviving most of the last two years without one. Very attractive and clean salon. I’ll come back for a manicure once I let my nails grow back. Not until after my camping trip however.

The people working here are always friendly and accommodating. They do really wonderful pedicures and manicures and they’re always punctual with my appointment times. They listen to what you want and don’t get offended if you politely ask for a little correction. It’s bright and clean inside as well. I will continue enjoying the services at this salon as long as I’m living nearby.

Im uncomfortable having to leave a bad review as Ive never left a review before let alone a poor one but my service/end product was so bad that I feel the need to. I chose this place BECAUSE of the 5 star rating but my service was anything but. I had an appointment but had to wait as they were busy (which is okay because they do accept walk-ins so I figure its just one of those things). Their cost is much higher than other places but I figure its because of their 5 star rating and they MUST be that good to charge such high prices. Well, my manicurist cut me several times and I bled on two of the fingers. The manicure itself was very painful and rushed (which Ive NEVER EVER had such a painful experience getting my nails done before EVER). I timidly told her it was painful to which she assumed it was my first time getting my nails done and that I didnt understand the process. I let her think it as Im very much scared of confrontation and being uncomfortable with others. Im not one prone to cuticle problems or hang nails (my natural nails and skin around them are actually very healthy) but I definitely left with those problems. Its been a week and my nails are already coming off and my skin around my nails are very very very poor with bits of skin having to be pulled/yanked off with tweezers. I tried to upload some pictures but google is having some problems with the upload BUT YES believe my nails look horrible. She used the electric grinder in such a manner that it completely tore up all the skin BEYOND my nail bed (maybe thats why it hurt so bad). When she put on the top coat at the end, all my nails/skin stung so bad that I winced again. Im not trying to crucify this place but I do think that there are perhaps people out there like myself who are too scared to leave a bad review for fear of backlash confrontation from the business(s) but I do think if some more people like myself left real and honest reviews... I most likely would not have gone to this place and had to deal with the pain at the time and the aftermath pain of my nails currently. Thank you for reading.

This salon is clean, relaxing, and does a fantastic job every time! They have a huge selection of colors and services and the staff is kind, friendly, hard working and talented. I’ve been going to this salon since they opened but was at their second location La Vie before that and they always do a perfect job, specifically Paulina is incredible, but everyone that works here is wonderful! Highly recommend this salon for Dip nails!

Annie’s is very clean, attentive and provided professional service. I received a shellac pedicure and the attention to detail was impeccable. Beautifully done and very relaxing. This will be my go-to nail salon from now on.

Followed the suggestions I requested regarding the Polish I wished to use and this took extra Care and time to do. All done very well for this manicure.I will definitely return again.

This salon was a gem, just moved here from CA didnt know where to go, had looked at their reviews and they were good. Annies is 5 min from me. Whole experience was great.

In addition to the excellent service, Annies doesnt have the television blaring. There is lovely instrumental music playing in the background. The serene ambiance is what I return for every month!

Best nail place EVER! Me and my daughters don’t go anywhere else! Super clean and our dip nails always look amazing! Friendly and always try to get us in at the time we want. Can’t say enough great things about them!!

I travel farther from home to come to this branch instead of the one on Pilkington because I really like the people and the cleanliness better. I do hope you will consider separating people again with the Delta virus so rampant. I would also like people to be required to wear a mask as the CDC suggests.

Ive been going here for a few month now and the entire staff is wonderful. Annie convinced me to switch from acrylic to dip nails and Im so much happier! The product is thinner which makes my nails look so much more natural and the grow out less apparent. I get so many compliments on my nails. Thank you!

Decided to come and get my nails done here since my work is close by. I’m very picky with how my nails are done. Paulina took such good care of me and did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure it looked good at the end. I love the quality work she put into my nails. She was careful and made sure I liked my nails. I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean and they make sure it is sanitized. I will be back again next month to get my nails done again!

I went in for a dip powder manicure and am hooked! I’ve had dip powder used at other places and wasn’t impressed but decided to give this place a try and was blown away! The staff takes the time to ensure your nails are perfect and you are happy.I’ve also made this my go to place for pedicures because they are affordable and my feet always feel great after a visit.This is one of the few places I feel comfortable visiting during the pandemic due to the plastic barriers they have between stations. They are also always sanitizing between clients.10 out of 10 recommend!

Deluxe Pedicure: absolutely divine and for a very reasonable price! This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had. Massaging chairs, very clean, very nice. I am making this a regular thing.

Loved the ambiance, cleanliness and layout of this salon. The staff was friendly and professional. Most gentle manicure I’ve ever had! My nails were beautiful and just what I wanted. The soft music playing in the background was very relaxing. There were no surprises with the pricing. Prices were posted and I was charged accordingly. I will definitely go back again!

I have been seeing Annie for about a year now (previously at La Vie) and I am so happy with her work. She is friendly and professional, and this new salon is clean, pretty, relaxing, and has a ton of color and service options. I am very picky about my nails and have always been very happy with the result. Annie does my nails exactly the way that I like them, and she has never cut me or otherwise hurt me, which is rather common when getting fake nails. Thanks Annie!!!

First mani/pedi since the pandemic, glad I went to Annie’s. Service was excellent, salon was clean and organized. I also liked that everyone was wearing a mask and the nail techs were sanitizing on customer contact (e.g. massage chair remote, etc.). The salon was half full so there was plenty social distancing going around. Highly recommend and will come back.

Kind of bummed this place had all five stars and then kind of disappointed my friends and I. We all got pedicures, which were really good and the reason Im giving 3 stars. But then when me and one of my friends got manicures it went downhill. We asked for nail art and she was told no and they did mine after I sat there for 30 minutes waiting to get it done (which wasnt a big deal) but then she didnt seem to want to do it and when I asked for dots for the yin yang (while she was looking at the picture) she didnt even do all the dots. She only did art on two fingers, so you wouldnt think it would be a big deal to do it well. And they had me pay before they even did the manicure, and I felt uncomfortable doing it without seeing the finished product, and I tipped $30, and didnt get service that matched that tip in the end. Pretty upsetting.

I had a great gel manicure and deluxe pedicure at Annies Nails. I arrived on time for my 5:30pm appt and was done around 7:30pm. They close at 7:00pm and despite my appt going a half hour past closing, they never made me feel rushed or that I was inconveniencing them. There were a couple of other customers there as well. Moving forward I will make sure future appts begin earlier in the day. My technician gave me a very good shellac mani and a deluxe pedicure. I was very pleased with both. The place is well-lit, attractive and quiet. Lots of nail colors and service types to choose from! Very nice place. My only suggestion for the shop would be to have the TVs tuned to real channels. It gets quite tedious and boring to sit there for 2 hours and theres nothing on but nail treatment infomercials on a continuous loop.

I did a walk-in appointment for my daughter who is in a wheelchair and transfers to the pedi chair. She has tight tone in her legs and requires assistance from me throughout her pedicure. The technician was great! She was patient, kind and did a wonderful job! I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name. Will definitely be back!
