This is my FAVORITE nail salon, its the BEST! I got SNS nails twice now and I had a great experience both times. They offer so many services and stand out from all of the other nail salons. The salon is clean and organized and the staff is knowledgeable and kind. They offer the best quality nails, I wont go anywhere else! Tiffany always makes me feel very comfortable and I was extremely happy with my results. She truly cares about her customers. Thank you, Tiffany for providing such great service. If you are looking for both high quality nails and a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this nail salon. I brought my family with me the second time because I loved the salon so much, and they already cant wait to go back!

I love this nail salon so much! I have been to several before I went to this one, and I dont think Ill ever go to a different salon again! Tiffany did an amazing job with my nails. I always get dip powder when I go and Im always blown away by how beautiful they turn out.The staff is always so professional and sweet, and they really listen to what you want, and give recommendations based on how functional you need your nails to be.Tiffany recommended that I keep the extensions long since I wanted the shape to be pointy, and Im absolutely in love with them!I cant recommend them enough! Im located in Gresham but its worth the drive to get beautiful nails.

Ive gone to Tiffanys multiple times and absolutely amazed by the work every time. Each time I had a different nail tech and they all were very attentive and detailed with the work. Tiffany makes sure youre in good hands.Prior to Tiffanys I tried out many nail salons in town, including those that are highly rated in downtown, and was never really impressed. First time in to this salon and Tiffany did an exceptional job on my dip powder manicure. She was fast but very precise and did not cut corners. She shaped my nails beautifully and didn’t put the dip powder on too thick. I was also amazed at how impeccably clean her salon and her personal station are. I watched her clean everything thoroughly and sanitize her tools. Definitely recommend this salon!

These people are leeches!!!! Charge for removal of old pedicure, pay the full amount of the pedicure, they “refunded” your deposit…didn’t see that… you want different nail polish another charge…. At this rate I had better chances if a blind person doing my pedicure than these leeches

The best salon experience I have ever had. Tiffany takes the time before she gets started to ask what you want, runs through the options of products and services that will work, and asks questions about nail shape and design to make sure you are both on the same page. She is meticulous - she wants to make sure you walk out happy!! The salon is clean and they sanitize the tools as they go following all guidelines to make me feel very safe. I will most definitely be back!!!

I came to Tiffany in a complete panic after another salon had done some *serious* damage to my natural nails and nailbed. She’s a lifesaver!! She really took her time, and was very careful to make sure no further damage was done and that I wasn’t in pain at any point during the service. It’s very obvious that maintaining the integrity & strength of the natural nail is Tiffany’s priority along with customer satisfaction, and on top of it all the salon is very clean & well kept, beautiful, and smells great! I scheduled my manicure appointment the day prior and was delighted that they were able to fit me in! This was the first time trying SNS dip powder nails. I’ve always gotten gel or shellac done; I wished I had tried SNS sooner! There’s many benefits to using SNS because it is nourishing for your nails and non-toxic. My nails will grow stronger, so adding tips won’t be necessary in the future! Super happy she didn’t make my cuticles bleed! It’s rare that it doesn’t happen. It was overall an amazing experience with Tiffany (business owner)!!! Located in downtown LO, but you won’t need to pay for parking. There’s ample parking in front of the salon. I highly recommend coming here and will be returning next week with a friend for pedicures!

If you want SNS hombre done RIGHT this is the best place hands down! I used to have another regular salon but when I moved I wanted to go somewhere closer so I thought Id try Tiffanys out. I didnt know what I was missing! The attention to detail was worth every penny! My hombre look came out PERFECT! EXACTLY how I imagined it! Also the shapping of my nails was so uniform I couldnt believe my eyes. Theres also not a SINGLE rough edge. My nails are like glass!

6/27/18 UPDATE: Tiffany reached out to me and asked me to come in and have my gel manicure redone at no charge.She truly wants everyone to have a five star experience at her spa. Im impressed with her customer service ethic and will always request Kim from now on (who did a wicked good job on my new manicure). She also explained that her spa accepts cash, checks and credit cards - but credit card payment fees are higher so the customer may not want to pay more for a credit or debit transaction. I think this is fair, but I wish a sign had been posted. She does provide an ATM with a $1 fee for customers use. Thanks, Tiffany! Im a fan!6/24/18 Worst manicure in my life! I went in on June 17 for a gel manicure and after 4 days four fingernails had chipped off. Im not doing anything more aggressive with my fingers than typing. Never again! No wonder they insist on cash only.

Tiffany Nails is a great place to get a manicure or pedicure. Its a family run business and everyone is friendly. Tiffany checks in with all of her customers to make sure they are comfortable and cared for. Im also impressed with the overall cleanliness of the salon. Ive watched them clean their pedicure chairs and they are very thorough. They offer other services, as well, but I cant comment on those, since I havent tried them.

Writing based upon to experiences in the salon and multiple experiences talking to the owner, Tiffany. The two worst manicures I’ve ever had in my life. When I received the first shellac manicure, it was foggy and chipping the next day. I sent pictures to the manager, and she offered to have me come in for a different manager. Since the first manicure was not actually the color, shape, or quality that I wanted I doubted their ability to do another shellac manicure well, so I asked for dip and said that I would pay the difference, expecting that to be $10-$15. When I actually came into the salon though, Tiffany changed her pitch and said she would charge me 50% off of a dip manicure even though it was literally days after I had paid over $100 in services for her salon. I paid $25 plus tip - paid yet again the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. When I sent photos to Tiffany she said that she would honor a free manicure within one month, a month ago today. For the last week she has been unable to for fill this due to being understaffed and busy for the holidays - so basically she tricked me into paying for two horrible manicures within one week under false promise of complimentary services. Tiffanys is my absolute favorite lash and nail place. I get my lashes done only at Tiffanys and they constantly turn out beautiful. Jackie is my lash tech and I just adore her. Shes very sweet and focused and her work speaks for itself.Its been two weeks since I got my nails done and they still look clean and as though they were done a couple of days ago. No mess around the nail is big for me.Quality of the work all around is top notch and long-lasting.On top of quality, customer service couldnt be better. Ever since the first time I came in Tiffany is always there to greet you and make sure youre comfortable. I immediately felt like a friend and a guest as opposed to a customer. She is flexible in scheduling and whenever Ive had to bail on an appointment because of some natural life occurrence she has been more than understanding and never tried to squeeze more money out of me for the inconvenience (which some salons like to do.) Before you walk out Tiffany will also check in with you and make sure you had a good visit and whatever service you were provided is up to par. I never leave without feeling happy and taken complete care of.I highly recommend you call and make an appointment! Ive found my permanent salon.

We love this nail salon. So much so that it has become our annual Mothers Day and birthday celebration spot. They have first class service and even serve complimentary champagne. The owner is so nice and makes us feel at home. The establishment is very clean, they always have the best nail polish selection, and all of their equipment is new and up to date!

I went in today for the first time with my friend Heather and the only reason we decided to go try it out was ONLY because of the reviews they were too good so we had to try it out. I believe the owners name is Tiffany and she came out to greet us and she was the nicest cutest lady ever and she has such a funny cute daughter also! The other ladies were very nice too it felt nice to go do something we like to do often and not have the ladies be rude or you feel uncomfortable with saying something to them if you don’t like it. We will be coming again soon! The reviews were so true! I loved it! Highly recommended it.

I took my sisters here a couple weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed mimosas, pedicures and manicures. Everyone is very friendly especially Tiffany. Also it is so nice to not have to remember to bring my own kit each time, they provide it for you which is great! This is my new go-to place in Lake O.

I have had my nails done twice now with Jenni and she does an amazing job, I receive so many compliments on my nails :-) I get the dipping powder and it lasts 4 to 5 weeks with no problems, the other thing that I like about this nail spa is that you are not rushed in and out, they take their time and do a great job! I absolutely love my red glider French manicure!!!

I have been here four times for SNS Dip polish which was great! This last time I went and had a pedicure was awful because the guy who did my feet did not do a good job, I wanted my nails round and cut which was not done when I said something about wanting them that way the man rolled his eyes at me and did not fix the what I had asked, then the color I chose was too light and the guy did not put another coat on my nails so they looked horrible. I was very displeased with the service this last time and will not be going back because the customer service was not good.

I am so in love with my beautiful lashes and amazing girls who work here. Tiffany was so sweet and make sure I was 100% happy with my lashes. Ive been going to Tiffanys for over a year. I was recently in Florida and one of my nails needed to be repaired, but I waited until I got home because I didnt want anyone to mess up Tiffanys work! Im clear about what I want and she obliges - shes a perfectionist and I appreciate her attention to detail. The staff is great and make me feel very welcome.

Will go again!I have to note that on my way out I knocked my hand against some things, and not even a scratch showed up on my new nails!

This place changed my opinions on how high the bar should be set for nail salons. They dont believe in pedicure kits because reusing them is unsanitary. Everything is scrubbed after use. The sns manicures are amazing. And the staff are funny and listen really well. Appointments are encouraged because if theyre booked they dont try to squeeze walkins on top of my appointment to make money. Theyre the only place Ill get my nails done from now on.

I just had my nails done with Tiffany for my sons wedding.All of the staff was so welcoming and made me feel special from the moment I walked in the door.I wasnt sure what I wanted just knew something special. Tiffany and Emily designed the perfect look- Im beyond THRILLED with my nails.Tiffany is a perfectionist when it comes to her work. She noticed that the polish on one of my nails wasnt up to her standards (I didnt even notice the flaw), so she stayed 30 mins past closing to correct it.I have never had such a great experience with a nail salon. Highly recommend !!I already scheduled my next appointment.

I got my nails done by the owner Tiffany herself and let me just say... WORST ACRYLIC NAIL JOB IVE EVER HAD!! My nails were completely uneven. They were soooo thick and the thickness changed throughout my nail. They looked disgusting!!! Did I mention she took over 3hrs..... My 10yr old sister could have done better. You would think she had to go to school or something to get her salon certificate or whatever. This place absolutely sucks balls. And I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Wonderful service. We arriver early and were greeted immediately. The owner communicated with us regularly while we waited, reassuring us it wouldnt be much longer. Our appointment started on time and I chose the Express Mani and Pedi. It was done quickly and professionally and I am very satisfied with the result. Tiffany was wonderful from the first phone call through to the end of my appointment. She applied a full set of lash extensions. She made sure I was comfortable, throughly explained the product and after care. During my session I learned Tiffany has been doing lashes for 8 years after graduating from beauty school in NYC. The lashes are beautiful! I look forward to my next appointment. In addition I got a Dip manicure and it too turned out beautifully.

I had only had my nails painted with acrylic once. I wanted them to grow out and it seemed to help a lot, however it was a sloppy job the first time. I decided to try a new place and Tiffany Nails is really close to my house so I thought I’d give it a go. It was a wonderful experience! It’s very clean and bright, and the staff are very friendly, plus they do fantastic work! I continue to come back and every time they all greet me with smiles!

I was in Portland for the weekend and decided to come here and get my nails done. I asked for a nude to black ombré and they didn’t have the right acrylic so I went with a silver and black but the young man doing my nails seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. I spent 3 hours there and I could tell he did not want to do my nails anymore he was becoming frustrated and clearly annoyed. He ruined my nails and I politely asked him to fix them because they were not looking good. Tiffany kept coming back to check on us and I could tell even she knew they looked bad. Tiffany said they wouldn’t be charging on the acrylic and extra design because they had messed up my nails and I didn’t like how they came out and still charged me for it. I paid $125 and 2 days later the gel came off my nails and one of them has already ripped off due to the acrylic not being put on right. I’m never going back and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. If I knew I was going to pay this much to have this bad work done on my nails I would have just gone to Finger Bang!

The guy that does acrylics argues with every preference you ask. I asked for thin nails and argued to do them even thinner and still is too thick after asking 4 times. It took me hours to do them and the end result was horrific. Sides done horrible, not cleaned up and uneven

Great pedicures but for me mani just not as good as first visit. I felt steps were skipped in order to rush me along on last 2 visits my cuticles require an expert nail tech. Expect to pay more but for me that means work must meet or exceed expectation.

Hands down the best nail salon in Portland area for dipping powder! Ive been loving the SNS because it allows me to use my natural nails, my nails feel healthier than they did with shellac, and my manicure lasts for 3weeks +! I always love my manicures from Tiffany Nails & Spa and the customer service is always so great!

I found this place to be a hit or miss. The first time, I enjoyed the service and found individuals to be nice and received a good pedi. The second time it was a disaster with the added bonus of an extremely volatile owner. The individual applying the pedi had nail polish all over my toes and attempted to clean it up with remover. I had non-straight toe clip/file. The owner will offer to clean it up, but it still a disaster. My daughter can do a better job. There are so many other places which are good to choose from instead of the risky unprofessional one.

Tiffany and Linh were awesome!! Linh did such a great job with my nails, and Tiffany (the owner) made sure we felt comfortable. The salon was very neat, clean, and everything looked new. There was also a very good color selection. I will continue coming here to get my nails done. Highly recommend it.

First I should state that my friend and I drive from Silverton to get our nails done at Tiffanys! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience is. In the 6 months that Ive been coming here, Ive twice seen the staff give special care to a 3 year old getting her nails done, maybe for the first time, and a diabetic in desperate need of attention. Most recently, I got the SNS nails and a pedicure for a trip to Europe. Fingers and toes both look amazing! Tiffany, and every other nail tech, take great pride in what theyre doing. Its a testament to Tiffany and her husband for seeking employees that are as devoted to quality and overall experience.

I was really excited to go and get lash extensions done after seeing pictures and saw open availability today from 1:30-6. Scheduled an appointment HOURS in advance, only to be called by the owner, less than 2 hours before the appointment canceling the appointment. (mind you when you schedule you get a pop up saying if YOU cancel within 2 hours of the appointment you owe the service fee)I wouldnt mind if the tech got sick, or if there was an emergency situation, but rather the tech/owner cares more about meeting the needs of the walk-in appointments rather than those who take their time to use the online scheduling process. VERY disappointed.

The first time I visited this salon I was very impressed! I had a mani/ pedi done. I was a walk in and had two different techs perform the job. My hand and feet were both well pampered with the package I purchased and the shelac turned out beautifully! So because of this I decided to become a returning customer. I signed up for the rewards program and upon my next visit, I decided to make my appointment online for a mani/ pedi, with the owner herself, Tiffany. I arrived the next morning for my appointment a few minutes early, and discover that Tiffany will not be doing my mani/ pedi. Ummm ok, a little annoyed, but I roll with it. ( they were not busy at all, Tiffany was just walking around observing and greeting) They people who did my mani/ pedi: ( Different techs than last time) Pedicure wasn’t as amazing as the first experience, the guy was a overly rough with scrubbing legs and kept avoiding my heels which for me is like the main reason I get pedicures! And no oil on the when finished. But the end result was pretty. ( bought the same package as last time) The manicure: I requested a specific shape and everytime I said something, Tiffany ran over to her defense as if I was being picky or something when I knew my nails were different lengths and whatnot, but the lady kept squaring them off despite asking for more round/ almond shaped. ( well if Tiffany had done them herself, as my appointment was intended, maybe this wouldn’t had been an issue) . Then, she barely cut my cuticles, leaving half of them sticking out, filing/ buffing was literally a tapping motion over the nail then done, leaving them rigid and uneven for polish still. when polish came she didn’t put polish all the way down to nail bed leaving it to look like they’d been grown out a week or so already. No oil on cuticles I had to ask and she gave me one drop per hand. At this time I was irritated that Tiffany had not done my mani pedi to begin with so I just paid and left. By the time I got home, 4 of my nails had chipped and they were SHELAC! Not to mention the amount of hang nails afterwards. I normally don’t write reviews but, especially this last because it’s been a month or so since this happened, BUT as the shelac came off almost instantaneously, I started noticing some weird coloring on my nails, so I went to my doctor to see what is going on. My doc proceeded to tell me I had nail fungus. That nail tech gave me NAIL FUNGUS! And that is the main reason I am writing this bad review.

OMG! This place us so awesome! Staff is so nice and they are so clean! They never reuse any fills and the use liners for the petties. I love there dipping pouder. So thin and thake there time. They have everything here. One stop shop.

The owner was very rude to my 3 friends and I. Although 2 of us did get pedicures and the man and woman who mainly do pedis were nice and did great work. The owner did my friends acrylic nails for her wedding day next Saturday and they turned out badly. She was very ungteatfull for the business we were trying to give her. I probably will not vome back because of her attitude, because she caused us to find another nail salon to finish the rest of our nails. Very Im happy.

If you want GOOD QUALITY nails done. GO HERE! I have had bad, mediocre and, meh(I guess that is nice)experiences. Tiffany Nails & Spa were patient, thorough and very hospitable. They took me at the end of the day even though I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I got a gel nail with a matte black and shiny red tip. It was something that potentially couldnt happen but they took the challage and I couldnt be happier. I waited with a delicious mimosa after work and a nice chit chat. They stayed late to make sure my nails were done right. The place is clean, smells nice, well decorated, the chairs are cozy, and they had music videos play the entire time. I have been into plenty of nail salons and everytime I feel uncomfortable or feel kind of this snobbish atmosphere. Tiffany and her employees are kind, funny, and very welcoming. They have found a customer FOR LIFE. You are seriously wasting your money if you go anywhere else. I LOVE my nails!!! Cant wait to see what other services they offer so I can go back again.

Ive tried a lot of salons in Lake Oswego and Tigard and Tiffanys shop is by far my favorite! I almost missed out on Tiffanys shop after having two really bad experiences at a different nail salon in the same location about 18 months ago. During that time, the old salon was under different ownership and it was terrible. I had no interest in going back. Then I saw it was under new ownership and gave it another shot. Im so glad I did because its a completely different place! Tiffany moved in, revamped the inside, brought in new technicians and new offerings, and its amazing!She has the best technicians who give you a perfect mani/pedi every time. Ive never had them miss a thing. They have a huge selection of shellac colors (dozens and dozens) that match with regular polish if you want a shellac mani/regular polish pedi of the same color. You are offered a free beverage that includes soda, wine, mimosa, tea, etc. The salon is really clean, they use a new nail kit each time and then toss it which is the way it should be but rarely is in nail salons. When I go to Tiffanys I know Im getting the best technicians, I have the best selection of colors, and its a really clean facility.I dont usually leave reviews but I think its important to support the people who are really knocking it out of the park so they get the success they deserve. Id recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great place in LO.
