Been here a year. Service requests are fulfilled fairly quickly even with Covid protocols. Shout out to Marcos who fixed our kitchen leak very quickly. Best way to reach office is a quick visit, I find. Overall Id recommend the property...amenities are great and finally open, lots of walking paths and access the the community center a plus.

I had an excellent experience moving in! All the leasing consultant’s were excellent! The consultant I directly worked with ADAM LUJAN was amazing and awesome! I highly recommend requesting Adam Lujan to work with but all were great!!! Adam made sure I understood everything, he was patient and helpful with me as I asked questions.. I love it here!! I had a great experience living at One Jeff through two leases. Anthony, Adam, and Chris are incredibly helpful. They always answer my questions promptly. Tim, who heads up Maintenance, is also a stand up guy. Hes communicative and reliable. The team at One Jeff is solid. The community is really kind and keeps to themselves for the most part - I was surprised by the diverse mix of folks living here. There are families, young folks, old folks, etc. The gym has all of the amenities you would want from a gym. There are great trails nearby. Overall, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and accessible. 10/10 One Jeff!

I lived at One Jeff for a few years now, and I would categorize my experience living at this apartment complex as pleasant most of the time. Both the Leasing Consultant Adam and the Assistant Property Manager Anthony have been nothing but helpful when it came to me renewing my lease and any question or concerns that I have had throughout my time living here. I appreciate not only their costumer service, but also their willingness to go above and beyond to find solutions to problems. With that being said I think there is always room for improvement when it comes to the property as whole and the way in which it operates.First, prior to the shift in the maintenance team work orders would take a while to be completed and when they were they would be incomplete. Now I would say that this new maintenance team is doing an incredible job with trying to redeem their reputation. Luis, especially is the maintenance teams star player. He goes above and beyond to make sure that things are completed properly and in a timely fashion. Not only that he even goes as far as to giving updates on shipments and deliveries of parts or appliances that are needed for him to complete the work orders.Secondly, I think the property could improve when it comes to the community amenities. The gym could use an update in regard to its overall look and equipment. Not only that for the time that Ive been living here the pool has barely been open(currently not open). The community fire pit add-on and outdoor lighting was a nice addition. I think they should do something similar with the grill patio.Third, I think there could be more community events and opportunities for residents to get to know their neighbors and staff. I appreciate what the staff has done with bringing the food trucks to the complex. By doing so I dont have to worry about cooking on Tuesdays and Thursdays, not only I think its been a great way to support small businesses and while opening residents palates to different foods and businesses. I think their should be a community meeting of some sorts once a month for residents to get the opportunity to mingle and air out their grievances.Overall One Jeff is a nice and safe place to live and should be considered when looking for a place to live in the Lake O area.

Only moved in a month ago. Had a few maint. issues, most have been taken care of. We really like our apt, good location, quiet, and friendly people. Really hope the pool / spa open up soon though.

Chris in the leasing office helped me get settled in when I had one week to move out of my other apartment in Lake Oswego. The whole process was smooth and the staff was available for all my questions.I cant hear my neighbors and the apartments are super spacious. Dog friendly as well!

I really dont like the zoom video to visit the room, too much blinding that we cant see. And i dont understand why they dont check everything before the customer to check in? Why have to wait for us to check it, is it not their job? Its very wasteful my time. We dont want anyone to come in after we move in n during the covid time, why just wish one way to understand, i wish should be both way to understand . Not happy today. No remote for the fan and dinner light, dusty and spider webs in the kitchen and window. The blindings in the bedroom are only half cover . Refrigerator is very wiggly. Please check everything and be settled before the customer got there!!

I am a 51 year-old person, and Ive had occasion to live in many different kinds of housing and apartment environments.I confess I chose this particular apartment primarily because it was in the Lake Oswego School district, top-rated for the public schools in the Portland metropolitan area, where my nine-year-old son attends 4th grade.But it turns out One Jefferson Apartments is a magnificent place to live. The apartment itself is lovely.Youre surrounded by nothing but a variey of deciduous and coniferous trees. You have many peeks into the valley (there is the 360-degree view from nearby beautiful Nanes Park).And it has a management that takes its job extremely seriously. The one time I had any need of a repair (stuck garbage disposal, and my fault) it was accomplished that very day.The manager, Christopher, was hired away from a high-end apartment complex in Portland, is genuinely kind man with extreme attention to detail. He is fantastic.The staff are treated well and extremely loyal; in fact, a great many of them live on premises. Everyone takes pride in this clean and quiet community.It is a great place to live. This place is great! Our appartment is super cute and cozy. We have a nice community of neighbors. They have good service. If something needs attention you fill out a slip and a handyman shows up and unplugs the drain, replaces a screen, fixes a faucet, etc. Kimberly is the manager and shes gone out of her way more than once to help us as tenants. I highly recommend it.

I have been living in One Jefferson now for a year and a half. Unfortunately the management cares more about the outside than the inside and the tenants. If you have an issue you will be lucky if it gets done properly if at all. Going through hoops is what they want and expect from you but god forbid it you ask for anything in return.There is never a follow up and the tenants are an inconvenience to the maintenance staff and the management. Shoddy repairs and lack of preparation moving into new apartments with patches and quick fixes to hide serious issues or problems.The management is quite to happy to put fault with the tenants as opposed to admitting fault.The maintenance staff and the management staff is a revolving door, so follow up is non existent. Promises are made and never kept. Its quite comical if it werent so sad and frustrating seeing they are quite happy to just take your money.I would not recommend this place to anyone for any amount of money.Ants, thin walls, holes in the subflooring, patchy paint jobs, rats in the lidless garbage bins, parking issues, thin walls that all noise penetrates, and hapless staff that lie in order to appease unhappy tenants. Run, dont walk from this place--youll be better off any place else.

3 phone calls with voicemails left over the course of 4 days, trying to inquire about leasing with them as well as scheduling a video tour of the Apartment. After finally getting in touch, I was able to schedule a video tour for today at 10am on 1/26/21.I checked my email an hour before to ensure I received the link they said they would send... Nope. I called & just got the Were closed message. I waited until 10am & called again & got their voicemail. 15 minutes later & no-one has yet to reach out for the scheduled tour.I read the reviews, yes thy are terrible... I guess I was hopping the apartment would be more than enough to make up for them. Who knows? I certainly do not...Quick note: At 12:16 they called while I was writing this review & I said no thanks.The following is my own issue but Im going to share anyway. Im currently visiting family in rural Texas & since their internet is incredibly awful, I had to drive an hour into town so I could take this video call at a local cafe. Now another hour drive back.This really is a poorly run complex. Quite sad when you this about it, given our curent situation.Now they, like most... will either ignore this review all together or respond with the most canned, PC / HR appropriate response, which Im sure has been copied & pasted from a previously sent response to what I can only assume was a valid & deserved negative review. Why people refuse to make an actual effort & speak like a human beings is beyond me...-M

The most mismanaged property I have ever seen.Please save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere.There was a RAT infestation while I was living here, my vehicles wiring was chewed through 4 times. The first time was the start of COVID quarantine so I hadnt moved it in a week but once I had it towed and fixed I asked the property manager how to prevent further damage and they told me to sue Lexus. (I had taken steps myself such as rodent spray on the engine and not leaving it in one place for over a day but that did not stop them)The overall cost to my car after all 4 visits was over $1300 and after 3 months of arguing with management I asked for a garage space for the remainder of my lease at a discounted price, that in itself was a hassle for 2 weeks until finally I was offered a garage for 3 months.I have been moved out now for 42 days and still have not received my deposit refund check due to a clerical mistake on their end which I had pointed out well before hand. When I emailed the senior property manager saying I have still not received my refund she responded I am sure you will receive it soon.

Very, very poor service provided from office staff; very poor communication and professionalism. The dog park is really nice. Theres a decent amount of parking and the gym (when its available) is okay. Overall, the apartment itself was nice and well updated. They really crank up the rent for the shorter term leases; $400 increase if I went from a year lease to month-to-month.

The staff is always prompt and courteous, particularly the maintenance team. Following a power surge, there was a backlog of maintenance requests, and the team replaced our washing machine and dryer ahead of schedule. I would like to thank them again for such a timely and professional response, as this was an urgent issue.

I never write negative reviews but I am so disappointed with this place I would unfortunately not recommend it. It’s been 10 days my washer broke and they do not give me any updates or nothing on what is happening. The young people in the office said it would “eventually” be replaced. This is a huge inconvenience for my family. 10 days out of 30 days of paid rent and it’s still not here. I would not write this review if they would communicate well about it but communication is non existent and they obviously just don’t care at all.. Also now that I am at it, water bills are huge like other reviews mentioned. On the plus side the location is good and the clubhouse next door as well. The property here seems to be falling apart slowly... that’s too bad, probably needs better management and more maintenance help.UPDATE: in regards to their response about “reaching out”, i do reach out to them everyday and to the maintenance to inquire about my washer but no one ever answers., I leave voicemails and I am not called back. I have a job and I can’t spend my time trying to track them down. This is becoming a nightmare.

I adore One Jefferson! Weve lived here for a little over a year, and the staff have been exceptionally welcoming and accommodating, especially Alex and Dallon. Our needs have been met each time with compassion and action. Ive mostly only worked with these two staff members, as well as their maintenance team, and the support and assistance they provide is consistent. They all clearly manage a great number of tasks each day but they have never failed to make me and my partner feel like our needs were important. So, thank you!The homes are beautiful, and there are so many different kinds of floor plans to choose from. Many of the units are upgraded. The location is in a nicely tucked away part of Lake Oswego surrounded by trails, cozy woodland areas, and a convenient little shopping center nearby. There is also a fantastic Mountain Park recreation center that you will become a member of as a One Jefferson resident. One Jefferson is my favorite place to have lived so far!

Apartment hunting has not been easy but Alex has made it as painless as possible. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy and approved. We moved to Portland in June. Needed to find a place and move in quickly. Alex made things happen. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Our stay was very comfortable. When needed things fixed, it was handled within a reasonable time frame. No complaints. If we needed to get an apartment again it would be at One Jefferson!

Ive been living here for over one year now and its been a great experience. The front office is very responsive with any questions or requests, maintenance issues are closed out quickly if they do arise, and the amenities they offer are really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are beautifully forested walking trails all around.

I have lived here for 3 years and i am up for lease renewal. although we have had some management issues in the past during my residency, as a Contractor I find that One Jefferson offers the amenities that you would expect from a top rated complex and they have great quality appliances with open floor plan that has served me well. I would defiantly recommend One Jefferson for apartment living.

I have lived here for a year and a half & it continues to disappoint us. The new employee in the office is rude & unhelpful. His communication is horrible. The pool & hot tub have been closed for months. Our actual apt is nice. The grounds have garbage scattered all over and the garbage/recycling service is ineffective. I would not recommend it to others.

The location is beautiful and kept up well. The people I come into contact with are personable and social. Walking trails surround all of One Jefferson and make up the Mountain Park community. You can have a local stroll with the family or pets right from the footsteps of the apartment.I am very surprised at the ratings for One Jefferson Parkway. From reading the older ratings, I can only guess it was a management issue in the past. The current management is great. My experience has been very positive. Ill have to say, the management team is professional, friendly, caring and always willing to help. I personally feel welcomed when I ask questions or need assistance with anything related to my apartment. Just like anywhere else you reside, things tend to break when they get older. Ive had a normal issue here or there and the staff has always taken care of my concern as fast as they possibly can.Pricing for the location is good value in my opinion. Its a great deal when you take in consideration safety, accessibility (within 2 miles of the 5 and 217 Freeways) the amenities and the neighborhood in general. Ive been here for 2 years and depending on life, may happily stay longer :).

Luis in maintenance is FANTASTIC. He is pleasant and REALLY knows his stuff. 1 Jefferson is fortunate to have Luis and his skills on staff.He ripped right through my maintenance list in no time at all!

The worst place I have ever lived. Kept a list of all issues and am still dealing with wrong charges a near month after moving out. They even got our move out date wrong. Will update review once we are finally done with this place.

Really nice apartment - not worth the trouble. I lived here for a year and the apartment itself was big and comfortable. However, I had a mold issue that took over 4 months to deal with. They came and cleaned up the leak and mold itself quickly, but I was then left with an unfinished bathroom and hole in my wall. Trying to get a hold of the office is impossible and they will never call you back if you leave a message or email them. The main office staff seemed to have a high turnover during my time there. Online payment was nice but the breakdown receipts made little to no sense and utilities are high (we were 3 people paying $200+ for only water, sewer and trash).Overall - the grounds and location are great but I was pretty excited to move out.

I absolutely love it here. The property managers are the best-always helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The upgraded units are beautiful and I love that you get membership to the Mt. Park rec center. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. Also you get a way nicer place for the price compared to neighboring communities. If you are looking for an apartment in Lake Oswego then this would be a good choice.

One Jefferson is an excellent place to live. The front end and management staff is very friendly and helpful. The ownership is taking the property seriously, as they are not only tending the grounds on a daily basis, but they are renovating the apartments and repainting the entire complex. Repair orders, depending their seriousness, take between a few hours and a few days to resolve. This area of Lake Oswego is very quiet and One Jefferson is quite secluded within the community. There are woods, a dog park and great trails around the complex. There is a wellness club on property as well as a large athletic center across the street that is free to tenants. For being secluded, it is hard to believe that it is a 15 minute drive to downtown Portland. Restaurants and shopping are no more than a 7-10 minute drive away. My family is very happy with the choice we made to move here!

Very rude service and very low quality apartments. Not only is the service horrific, the manager here is extremely rude and some staff too. What is obnoxious are the replies by One Jefferson Apartments like they care. This is all fake! Their online behavior is drastically different than how you are treated in person. The manger is very rude and unprofessional! The apartments are in poor conditions and again very unprofessional treatment by management and staff! Do not even post a reply here saying you want to work things out. That scam is over! Our staff lost so much work days living here due to constant aggravation with management and poor living conditions.

Ive lived at One Jefferson for six years and Im planning on signing another lease. I love it here! I moved here because I wanted room for a dog, plenty of parking and beautiful surroundings. And Ive found all of that here and plenty more, including free membership to the Mountain Park Rec. Center (which I use on a regular basis, they have a ton of great classes, its within walking distance and I love it!), an indoor pool thats open year round, another gym on the property that is open 24/7, walking trails that I feel safe on, extra storage, garages, a dog park, beautiful open green spaces for relaxing, a quiet setting and easy access to downtown!Over the years Ive had a lot of neighbors come and go and have never had a problem with noise and I live on the ground floor. I would highly recommend One Jefferson to anyone looking for a bit of peace and quiet thats not far from downtown.Cheers!

I have lived in the One Jefferson apartments since late 2013 when I moved from my home due to a divorce. When I first moved in, the management was very friendly and helpful and hosted some parties and was generally an excellent place to live. When the apartment complex sold in the summer of 2014, management was completely replaced and the level of service and communication drastically changed for the worse.There are numerous examples of VERY poor communication and maintenance issues ongoing since then. I had my car towed from in front of my garage that was in no way in the way of anyone and without any markings of any kind. I checked my contract and could not see where this was referenced and it cost me over $400 plus 1/2 day out of work. The office staff showed no concern and pointed me down to the entrance to get the phone number for the tow truck. They could have easily offered me to call from their phone and given me a number. I was treated like a criminal for parking in front of my own garage with NO markings of any kind. There are lots of other examples and now that Ive given my notice (after a $400 increase in rent in October), I feel comfortable publishing this review. Until they change management and/or start treating residents with much more respect, I would NOT recommend living at One Jefferson Pkwy.

Agree with Corrine! She is exactly right..I will say the location is beautiful and the rec center across the street is a huge bonus that they include in your rent. BUT if you cant afford more then 1600.00 for a nicer unit dont choose this place.

Worst experience... Here is a list of things that I’d want to know prior to moving in.1. Apartment renovations were cheaply done and things were literally falling apart (cabinets, leaks, door to washer & dryer, dishwasher, etc.). It would then take 2-4 weeks to have these things fixed, to just have them fall apart again.2. When we moved in we saw that there is a pool and gym available for tenants. However, it was never disclosed to us at time of move in. They were under renovation for 10 of the 12 months we were there... There is a community center, but it wasn’t always open when I needed it to be. Not sure how, but make sure everything is disclosed prior to moving in.3. Our billing company Velocity used to bill us $95 to $110 for water, sewer, trash. 6 months into our agreement they switched to Conservice and started charging $225 -$240 a month for the same services.. We lived in an 850 sq ft 2 bed/1 bath apartment, 2 adults and 2 small children. We now live in a 1500 sq ft townhouse and pay $120 for all the same utilities plus grounds maintenance and street lamps (different community).4. Management doesn’t try to help you unfortunately. Multiple times we have contacted these guys and were never helped (still aren’t). They obviously do not care about the people who are temporary calling this place home.Do not give One Jefferson Apartments your trust or business, there are many places with better reviews that care about their tenants in the same area.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! These are super cheap apartments that just look nice but are not. The manager here is so rude, how does she still have a job here. Young staff with constant turnover. They are rude and laugh at you even, which is just unacceptable. DO NOT RENT HERE! It will be a very bad experience if you do!!!

Awful place to live. Staff is very unresponsive and uncaring. My family has had to listen to the same dog bark above us since the young gf/bf moved in at the beginning of the year. The complex said I needed to complain more to get results and now that I have been, say there isnt anything they can do. My daughter will no longer sleep in her own room she is so scared- wont go anywhere by herself. My well behaved dogs have started whining... and this barking? It happens every day- all day- without fail.

Be careful! These are horribly managed apartments. They are of poor quality. Poorly managed and worse, they come with a very rude manager. She is something! Billing is inaccurate with these guys and they quickly will cause damage to your credit report. Low quality service, rude, and low quality apartments.

Do not move into these apartments unless you would like a $200-$250 a month water bill for a 900 square foot apartment with one bathroom. This was our bill every month and it should be illegal.

I just moved out of the apartment complex and I am glad I did. The management is terrible and maintenance takes forever to fix things. We had numerous problems with the apartment in the year that we lived here. The first week we moved in, you could see a huge gap in the door to the outside and light could be seen from inside. We asked them to replace this and they came and put a new door frame in, but we still had the same problem. Our apartment flooded and it took over a week for them to come in and fix the carpet, which was just them tearing the padding out from underneath the carpet and putting the same carpet back down. Then we had huge fans throughout our apartment for 3 days. No record of our apartment even being flooded was kept. Our washing machine broke and was full of water for 4 days until someone came to fix it. Then shortly after our dryer broke and took a few days to be fixed. The sliding doors in the kitchen didnt have anything to slide on and constantly would fall out. Both of our bedrooms in the apartment had black mold on the window seals from the time we moved in to the time we left and was never fixed. We had an ant infestation in our place, and were always putting out traps to keep them from covering our counters and my dogs food dish.When you finally figure out that this place is terrible and you decide to move, dont bother cleaning anything, you will be charged regardless. Great location, way overpriced for the poor conditions and management. Stay away, you wont regret it.

My name is Annie Eames.I just cannot beIve the staff. For Alex, Dallen, Kimberly Tim Lewis and Jon, you cannot find younger guys with such grace, compassion ( not just me). Are they perfect? No but they admit it., And remedy quickly.I m not not graceful I get mad, from my point my behavior is awful, Dallen knows how( Idont get it) but those two and Kimberly may be mad but she has no grudge. And she never will. Plus when she smiles itLiterally lights up a room. They have all been here 2 years. No changes every 3 months and that includes, Tim, Lewis has been her longer than I, and jon. Kind and Lewis is fabulous when he fixes something. HehiWho of go professionally. Jon is just sweet and when he worked on my bathroom lets just say you cannot ask for better.The other day I look out its pouring rin and Lewis is out fixing then Ill let in wall from outside. I just know this team and Steve, make life better, they add to peoples lives with commpassion, grace and dignity. IWill end herif your thinking about moving ok my this is the place. One more thing yes thigs make me mad. You might have to wait for maintenance( not llongpeople, but this company now here for ok r2 years and the same staff. That is the most important thing me. My place got flooded and it took management 4 days to contact me. The manager here is so rude and unprofessional. How does she still have this job??? Such rude service here with extremely poor conditions and way overpriced apartments. It took 3 months to fix my heating issues and during the time was treated very rudely. Over 10 times my place had to be entered for a single issue. Very unprofessional and extremely rude attitude by the manager Kimberly here. She is awful!!!

Ive been a resident for almost two years and I am happy to say I survived the apartment management turnover :) The new management team is amazing. They have responsive, experienced office staff and a personable, professional maintenance team. I especially like the recent attention to improving the clubhouse maintenance and grounds keeping including the walkway lighting and dog park amenities. Generally, the features of the units are high quality, except for the carpeting. Granted, there are areas for improvement (clubhouse exercise equipment and barkdusting before the next rainy season would really help us dog owners). Bottomline: I feel safe, heard, and important, a person to the management team, not just a rent check. Thank you!

Im not sure when the other reviewers who were disparaging lived here. I know that management/ownership changed when I moved from Oswego Point a year ago, and I couldnt be happier with management. It is a substantial improvement to the problems I had at Oswego Point. Things arent perfect because the previous owners apparently didnt believe in routine maintenance. However, the current owners are bending over backwards to upgrade and fix problems. When I have an issue, it usually gets resolved in a matter of days, and all of the staff I have had interaction with have been helpful and professional.

I dont know why the electricity charge here is so high, the refrigerator will work as soon as it opens, and the heating cost in winter will make the electricity charge even higher. Water, water, sewage and garbage should be included in the rent.

One Jefferson Parkway should be YOUR LAST CHOICE for a temporary home. In addition to regular problems with property crimes (car and apartment break-ins) and grossly insufficient parking, One Jefferson Parkways new owners have been in engaged in a two-year process of degrading the landscaping that provided privacy and beauty to this complex, removing countless trees (perhaps 100).The new owners of One Jefferson Parkway have continued their heartless degradation of the quality of life for all renters and the surrounding neighborhood without regard to numerous complaints. Renters beware!

These are the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. The Apartments are nice and clean, however the staff is restarted and will screw you out of your security deposit even when you clean, paint and shampoo the carpets. The pool is terrible and the hot tube is even worse. For the amount that they charge to live here you could grab a way better place. Dont be fooled you will hate it.

One of the Best Apts. I have ever lived in by far!

Amazing place💘

Not a great experience here at One Jefferson Apartments. Parking is ludicrous, even if you are put on a wait list youll never get contacted. They have the Lake Oswego price with NE apartment quality. This place is comparable to opening a bag of your favorite chips and its 80% empty and 20% chips. Steer clear LOL.

The apartment itself is nice enough. The issue is with management company. They never answer the phone when you call the office. The last time it snowed the parking lots were not plowed for 5 days.... Its almost like they were waiting for the 12 of snow in the parking lot to melt and most residence were stuck and could not leave due to the volume of snow. Lastly they do a terrible job at dealing with trash.... The trash is EVERYWHERE! The garbage bins are overflowing and i have seen rats around the overflowing trash bins on several occasions when trying to find a bin that is not overflowing with garbage. The rent on this complex is way to expensive to have to deal with management like this.

These apartments are very low quality. The management there and some people are very rude, inconsiderate, and do not properly resolve issues. There are too many issues to discuss. Leaving appliances outdoors standing around for weeks, construction garbage forgotten about, and non stop construction disturbances. I have never been treated as unprofessionally as I have been here by a landlord or property management company.This has been by far the WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE!

One Jefferson recently become acquired by new management and their customer service since then has been horrible!! They are so unprofessional, cold, irresponsible and lack any type of customer service. We reported a fire hazard and theyve failed to take action on it. Recently, I received a notice that I underpaid on my rent when in fact my contract explicitly states the rate and matched what I had paid. Ive talked to a number mutual residents and they are equally dissatisfied. I plan to report them to the BBB.

The location is great, and it has great view. Ive been living here for a year, and here is my review about the landlord.Management The new management AMC: They will treat you like youre always wrong, and they are the right. They wont notify you when you get a package, they wont tow a car if the car is parking in wrong spot/location, and basically they will tell you its non of your business what they told me when I showed them the pic of the car that parked wrong. They will take forever to fix a work order. They lost one of my packages because one of their staff didnt know whats the different between 5 and 6. Their maintenance staff driving the golf cart crazy and carelessly. They wont answer the phone calls in the morning, they take an hour lunch break, like literally all of them and closing the office for more than an hour everyday.The apartment: If you get an apartment in the lower level, good luck having a peaceful living. Youll hear every single step going on in the upper level apartment, the sound of the shower, flushing the toilet, and the cheap dishwasher and washer vibration through the walls. People who have dogs they dont take their dogs wastes, so you might need to be carful walking on grass.Parking: The smallest parking ever! besides that people are too careless to park inside the lines, and the management wont do anything if someone parked in 2-spot parking.Please do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money by living here. Unless you dont mind whatever I said!Update: They charged me $130 for cleaning even though I did clean every single thing, like everything. So no matter what they will charge you for cleaning.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Extremely rude staff, especially the manager here. Vindictive as well which is highly unprofessional. Cheap apartments, way overpriced, poor maintenance, and as said horrible horrible service here.

One Jefferson Apartments owners in Washington State should be ashamed of this place. The manager is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever come across. The service is just awful! Rude manager, extremely poor apartments with many problems. The management is just too rude here. Zero stars if I could!!!! Do not rent here. You will regret it!

They are crooks. I lived there for 1 year and 3 months. They kept raising the utilities price. If you want to move you should add 180$ for utilities,200 for electricity. My last month rental I had threw it in the box, they said they didnt get it. We sent a request to western union and the address western union will reply to is theres Its been 10 weeks and they still say they didnt get a reply. They didnt return my deposit yet. Bunch of thieves dont believe them. Worst apartments ever!!

Literally the most overpriced GHETTO apartments I have ever lived in. Seriously though, Built by Mexicans with no contracting license and most of the stuff in the apartment, Fireplace Hearth, Door way, Electrical outlets, Paint Sagging, Garbage behind cupboards from previous tenants, Out of date windows and drapes, CAT ON A LEASH LAW, Sent a sliding glass closet door to be fixed, it took a month and a half until the bi yearly inspection came and they noticed they never brought it back, They told me when they took it, that it would be back the next Thursday pffff. No Corbal holes for cords in the desk space provided, all cords run out over the counter exposed to everyone, I can see the nails in the walls in my master bedroom, The grass is almost always muddy and impossible to walk through, You pay a collective electric bill for the building, and when someone moves out the leasing people leave all the lights in that apartment going, increasing the electric bill, Calling to let them know doesnt help either. Last but not least, the washer and dryer, WOW never seen such a old setup and no matter how many times I tell them its broke, it doesnt get fixed, 4 times to dry a load. and when washing the center tumbler piece is so broke I have to run to it to reattach it every spin cycle. Other wise its throwing it out of the washer. All in all paying 1100 a month for a one bedroom is not worth it hear. And there Ghetto cheap tile granite counters are real high class, pffff, Couldnt even afford a solid slab per kitchen. Do not Rent here. Although the front desk girls are cute and well mannered. there not the reason it is not worth it.

My name is Shawna. I have been reading ask of these complaints because I have so many myself. 100% accurate with what a bean reading. Id like to add one thing from my experience though. Had an electric bill over 900 dollars one month. They usually averaged 350 to 500ish for the smallest one bedroom available. They said they would move me to a new unit, (I had many of the same complaints everyone else on here has) but I would have to pay to reapply to live there lol and pay a cancellation fee...I could only avoid all that if I wanted until my lease was up. I did. Then they said they had a unit but it wasnt going to be available and ready until March. I waited, went back to them,then they said they had no available units for me. I told them I was out, this was in front of prospective tenants by the way lol and went back home. I talked to Carlos the apartment manager the next day to inform him that I was leaving and why. He told me I would be charged for certain things but not for canceling the lease because it wasnt my fault and it had only been a month into it. I made sure they had my forwarding address which I know they did because they forwarded my school grant money to me, and my phone number hasnt changed in years. Its been roughly a year since I left and I just recieved a call from a collection agency today nearly one year later saying Im being taken to collections for 2166 dollars. Am going to find an attorney tomorrow to countersue for all those outrageous and incredible pge bills. Over 900 one month in the smallest one bedroom possible. Blows my mind!!!

No one should waste their time, money or energy on this place. I have lived in MULTIPLE apartment complexes and nothing compares to the experience Ive had here. Ready to move and and have only been here 2 months. The management is HORRIBLE. They are rude, do not treat their residents well and are completely incompetent. Carlos is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered and the rest of the staff are just as bad. It takes multiple calls to get a problem fixed and there is a chance that youll end up with a delinquent notice on your door even though you sat in the office and wrote a check for what they told you was the right amount. Next time I see someone asking about this place in or near the office, I will for sure speak up and advise them not to.

The location is the best reason I can think of to live here but knowing what I know now Id chose a different complex in the neighborhood! Our second lease is almost up and I can honestly say I cant wait to leave and be done with this place! We thought maybe we just got a bad unit the first time around. Now we know they are all bad. Now with the third manager in the last 3 years we can even get our phone calls answered let alone issues resolved.One Jefferson Does Not Care about their residents or the apartments. At All.Here is a list of many of the things that have gone wrong.The apartments look ok when taking a tour but all they have done is put lipstick on a pig. I have lived in 2 units now and BOTH had major issues. They were built in the early 80s and have not been kept up. The units have cheep appliances and they break all the time.We had a toilet break and flood a bedroom. This happened while we were out of town. One Jefferson came in and was nice enough to turn off the water but didnt even open a window let alone touch the mess. There was so much water it came up over our shoes. It took several calls and complaints to get them to even bring a fan in. They did not replace the carpets or pad. Over time the carpets have had pet stains show through. They did offer to clean them finally again after weeks of requests. The pet satins are back again.Our washer and dryer broke twice. I still have to run the dryer twice to get things dry.Our dishwasher broke.Our garage door broke.A lot of the lights in the parking lot and around the garages are out, so this makes for dark lots.Our front door lock was broken by the handy man. I witnessed this my self. We could not lock our front door. They finally replaced the locks. They had no urgency to get this done.They have lost our packages during Christmas time. I had to re order these things and have them sent to my office at work. Still never recovered.The temp in the office actually told me Im just a temp, I cant do anything and would not help me. She offered to leave a message for the manager...again.Between my husband and I we have left 5 messages for the manager beginning December 5th 2014.We still have not heard from the manager...Its January 12th 2015!My sink wont drain and the stove light is broken.My blinds move when the wind blows because the back door wont seal!Then there is the fitness center. They sell you on a club that has 24 hour access and some equipment...but everything is broken. I have lived her for over two years and I can honestly say they never fix the cardio equipment. Both treadmills have been broken the majority of the time I have lived here. They are currently down and have had out of order signs on them since November. Both ellipticals have been broken for all 3 years I have lived here. The handles are snapped off and are sharp. You can use some weights but take a towel as the benches are torn up.This is by far one of the most expensive places around. It Is not worth the head ache and hassle! The new management will not help you when things go wrong or break. The front office staff is cold and not friendly. I urge those looking to look elsewhere!

The management of the company is bad and their services are pitch and maysaw price! She lived in this for almost two years and was the worst period explicitly, maintenance is what they attend on time and should wait two months to fix the problem, and there are mice because of the accumulation of waste a long time.I would advise everyone to stay away from this complex of experience.It is expensive for non-Sunna, and if your contract is over, they will take the insurance and ask you for a months payment.Those who wish to live in the same city will find much better options especially from the apartments owned by individuals and they are very close.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent but the rental is expensive

I do not advise anyone to live with bad service and I do not know anyone taking full insurance in addition to the delay in reinsurance
